Investi\u021bia la Terminalul 2, mult \u00eent\u00e2rziat\u0103"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>O firm\u0103 de\u021binut\u0103 de miliardarul Ion \u021airiac vrea \u00eenapoi terenurile expropiate pentru l\u0103rgirea Aeroportului Otopeni, potrivit unui dosar deschis la Tribunalul Ilfov \u0219i citat de Asocia\u021bia Pro Infrastuctura.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Extinderea aeroportului a fost avizat\u0103 de c\u0103tre Guvern \u00eenc\u0103 din 2018. La acel moment, valoarea investi\u021biilor era estimat\u0103 la un miliard de euro. 250 de milioane de euro au fost aloca\u021bi doar pentru expropierea terenurilor necesare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exproprierile aferente Terminalului 2 al Aeroportului Interna\u021bional Henri Coand\u0103 au \u00eenceput \u00een 2019 \u0219i finalizate \u00een 2021. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dup\u0103 \u0219ase ani de la avizarea extinderii, Terminalul 2 este \u00eenc\u0103 \u00een faza de proiect. Prin urmare, firma Ion \u021airiac Air SRL a cerut acum ca terenurile care i-au fost luate s\u0103 \u00eei fie returnate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eLegea \u00eei permite s\u0103 cear\u0103 acest lucru dac\u0103 statul nu face investi\u021bia pentru care a fost expropriat. CNAB, compania de stat care administreaz\u0103 cele dou\u0103 aeroporturi ale Capitalei, a actualizat studiul de fezabilitate necesar noului terminal \u0219i este \u00eentr-o faz\u0103 avansat\u0103 cu documenta\u021bia de licita\u021bie necesar\u0103 proiect\u0103rii \u0219i execu\u021biei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar ministrul Sorin Grindeanu nu este capabil s\u0103 atrag\u0103 finan\u021bare de la institu\u021biile financiare interna\u021bionale. Ministrul Transporturilor a declarat, \u00een august, c\u0103 momentan nu se justific\u0103 investi\u021bia, deoarece Terminalul 1 nu \u0219i-a atins capacitatea total\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<strong>Capacitatea actualului terminal este undeva la 24-25 de milioane de c\u0103l\u0103tori pe an. Nu am ajuns \u00eenc\u0103 acolo, suntem \u00eenc\u0103 sub 20 de milioane. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Asta nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 nu trebuie avute \u00een vedere planuri pentru construc\u0163ia noului terminal, Terminalului 2 \u015fi investi\u0163ii \u00een Terminalul 1 pentru c\u0103 nu se exclud una pe alta<\/strong>\u201d, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/sorin-grindeanu-despre-terminalul-2-al-aeroportului-henri-coanda-e-o-decizie-politica.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">declara<\/a> Sorin Grindeanu luna trecut\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acesta a afirmat tot atunci c\u0103 sursa de finan\u0163are pentru Terminalul 2 se decide politic, put\u00e2nd fi realizat fie dintr-un \u00eemprumut, fie prin parteneriat public-privat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201ePartea cealalt\u0103, terminalul, studiem la nivel de guvern, fiindc\u0103 sunt mai mult abord\u0103ri pe care putem s\u0103 le avem. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe de o parte, putem s\u0103-l facem noi, cu \u00eemprumuturi externe, Banc\u0103 Mondial\u0103, BEI, toat\u0103 lumea vrea s\u0103 dea bani, sau putem s\u0103 abord\u0103m o alt\u0103 cale, cea a parteneriatului public-privat, asta e o decizie politic\u0103 pe care trebuie s\u0103 o lu\u0103m la nivel de guvern\u201d, a afirmat ministrul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asocia\u021bia Pro Infrastructura afirm\u0103 c\u0103 solu\u021biile g\u0103site de Guvern nu sunt avantajoase pentru statul rom\u00e2n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eGuvernul actual \u00eencearc\u0103 o variant\u0103 pe genunchi poten\u021bial p\u0103guboas\u0103: concesionarea infrastructurii aeroportuare din Bucure\u0219ti c\u0103tre investitori din zona Golfului. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen principiu, noi nu suntem \u00eempotriva concesion\u0103rii DAC\u0102 este f\u0103cut\u0103 corespunz\u0103tor. A\u0219adar, este probabil cel mai uzat aeroport, tehnic \u0219i moral, al unei capitale europene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Terminalul 2 ar fi trebuit s\u0103 livreze aproximativ 100.000 mp de spa\u021bii noi \u0219i 25 de por\u021bi de \u00eembarcare. C\u00e2nd s-a decis expropierea pentru Terminalul 2, pre\u021burile sc\u0103zuser\u0103 la jum\u0103tate, nota <a href=\"https:\/\/www.libertatea.ro\/stiri\/caracatita-terenurilor-de-la-noul-aeroport-otopeni-teapa-de-25-de-milioane-de-euro-pentru-tiriac-2429006\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Libertatea<\/a>, \u00een 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen iulie 2006, Ion \u0162iriac cump\u0103ra, prin Ion \u021airiac Air, dou\u0103 terenuri de 206.000 de metri p\u0103tra\u0163i \u015fi de 277.000 de metri p\u0103tra\u021bi, pozi\u021bionate \u00een perimetrul de dezvoltare al aeroportului, acolo unde, potrivit planurilor, ar trebui s\u0103 fie construit un nou turn de control \u015fi o nou\u0103 sta\u0163ie de pompieri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pre\u0163ul pl\u0103tit: aproximativ 100 euro pe metru p\u0103trat, adic\u0103 1 milion pe hectar sau aproape 50 de milioane de euro pe toat\u0103 suprafa\u0163a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e2nd s-a f\u0103cut expropierea, pre\u021burile \u00een zona din jurul aeroportului variau \u00eentre 30 \u015fi 70 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat, \u00een func\u0163ie de restric\u0163iile aeronautice \u015fi pozi\u0163ia terenului. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prin urmare, calculau jurnali\u0219tii Libertatea, Ion \u021airiac a mai recuperat doar aproximativ 25 de milioane de euro, jum\u0103tate din suma investit\u0103.<br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>O firm\u0103 de\u021binut\u0103 de miliardarul Ion \u021airiac vrea \u00eenapoi terenurile expropiate pentru l\u0103rgirea Aeroportului Otopeni, potrivit unui dosar deschis la Tribunalul Ilfov \u0219i citat de Asocia\u021bia Pro Infrastuctura.
