Radu Andronic, reprezentatul FIP Consulting, firma care elaboreaz\u0103 Masterplanul Velo d\u0103 un exemplu concret: l\u0103rgirea Bulevardului Dimitrie Pompeiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Avem un alt proiect \u00een derulare cu PMB: proiectarea l\u0103rgirii Bulevardului Dimitrie Pompeiu care, la fel, nu avea \u00een PUZ-ul de acum 10 ani pist\u0103 de biciclete. Dar ast\u0103zi, proiect\u00e2nd, am introdus inclusiv infrastructura velo pe aceste artere majore care se creeaz\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CITE\u0218TE \u0218I:<a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/tramvaiele-16-si-36-conectate-cu-linia-5-modernizarea-bd-dimitrie-pompeiu-prevede-si-un-parkride\/\"> Tramvaiele 16 \u0219i 36, \u201econectate\u201c cu linia 5. Modernizarea Bd. Dimitrie Pompeiu prevede \u0219i un \u201epark&amp;ride\u201c<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Totodat\u0103, prevederea ar urma s\u0103 fie aplicat\u0103 \u0219i sta\u021biilor de metrou din Bucure\u0219ti. Concret, se propune un protocol de colaborare \u00eentre Prim\u0103rie \u015fi Metrorex\/ Ministerul Transporturilor pentru <strong>amenajarea unor locuri de parcare \u00een interiorul sta\u021biilor de metrou. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0218i \u00een acest caz, proiectele deja \u00een desf\u0103\u0219urare, de pild\u0103 Magistrala M6, vor fi prioritizate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Pentru sta\u021biile care sunt \u00een momentul de fa\u021b\u0103 \u00een proiectare, va fi preluat\u0103 deja aceast\u0103 idee pentru a avea spa\u021bii dedicate pentru bicicli\u0219ti \u00een interiorul lor. Pentru cele care sunt executate, un pic mai dificil, dar g\u0103sim loc \u0219i acolo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<cite>Radu Andronic, reprezentatul FIP Consulting<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>O alt\u0103 propunere vizeaz\u0103 un protocol de colaborare cu CFR \u0219i Metrorex care s\u0103 permit\u0103<strong> accesul \u00een vagon cu bicicleta. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen prezent, regulamentul Metrorex precizeaz\u0103 c\u0103 accesul cu bicicleta este interzis \u00een timpul zilei, cu excep\u021bia weekendului \u0219i a s\u0103rb\u0103torilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Accesul \u00een&nbsp;metrou&nbsp;cu&nbsp;biciclete&nbsp;este permis \u00een zilele lucr\u0103toare \u00eentre orele 20:00 \u2013 23:00 \u0219i permanent \u00een zilele de s\u00e2mb\u0103t\u0103, duminic\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103rb\u0103tori legale.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>De asemenea, regulamentul CFR precizeaz\u0103: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Sunt admise la transport biciclete nepliabile numai la trenurile care au \u00een compunere tipuri de vagoane cu spa\u0163iu special amenajat (din punct de vedere constructiv) pentru transportul de biciclete.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201ePe toate trenurile <strong>se pot transporta gratuit biciclete pliabile<\/strong> la clasa 1 \u015fi a 2-a sau schiuri la vagoanele de clasa a 2-a, ca bagaj de m\u00e2n\u0103, \u00een limita spa\u0163iului disponibil bagajelor de m\u00e2n\u0103, cu condi\u021bia s\u0103 nu incomodeze pe ceilal\u021bi c\u0103l\u0103tori (o biciclet\u0103 pliabil\u0103 sau o pereche de schiuri de persoan\u0103).\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-infrastructura-pentru-biciclete-obligatorie-\u0219i-pentru-proiectele-de-dezvoltare-imobiliara\">Infrastructura pentru biciclete, obligatorie \u0219i pentru proiectele de dezvoltare imobiliar\u0103<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Totodat\u0103, se propune o formul\u0103 de calcul similar\u0103 locurilor de parcare pentru ma\u0219ini, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t dezvoltatorii imobiliari s\u0103 fie obliga\u021bi s\u0103 includ\u0103 locuri de parcare pentru biciclete \u00een toate proiectele viitoare (dezvolt\u0103ri reziden\u021biale, cl\u0103diri de birouri, centre comerciale).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eA\u0219a cum exist\u0103 Hot\u0103r\u00e2rea de Consiliu 66, dac\u0103 nu m\u0103 \u00een\u0219el, privind locurile de parcare auto la orice dezvoltare imobiliar\u0103, spa\u021biu comercial, centru de business, vom avea aceast\u0103 prevedere de num\u0103r de locuri de parcare velo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cumva, tot a\u0219a, cu o formul\u0103 de calcul similar\u0103, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t tot a\u0219a, \u00een momentul \u00een care apare un bloc nou, un centru comercial sau un centru de business, s\u0103 avem parc\u0103ri de biciclete \u00een aceste dezvolt\u0103ri<\/strong>\u201d, explic\u0103 Radu Andronic, \u00een timpul prezent\u0103rii MasterPlanului Velo Bucure\u0219ti.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prezentarea complet\u0103 poate fi urm\u0103rit\u0103 pe <a href=\"https:\/\/fb.watch\/u6HxEn5Csa\/\">pagina de Facebook a PMB<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CITE\u015eTE \u015eI:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/masterplanul-velo-bucuresti\/\">MasterPlanul Velo Bucure\u0219ti, plusuri \u0219i minusuri.
