Peste jum\u0103tate nu pot fi folosite \u00een siguran\u021b\u0103<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-masterplanul-velo-bucure\u0219ti-e-mai-confortabil-ca-nu-trebuie-sa-stai-a\u021ba\">MasterPlanul Velo Bucure\u0219ti: \u201eE mai confortabil, c\u0103 nu trebuie s\u0103 stai a\u021b\u0103\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ionu\u021b Ciurea atrage aten\u021bia c\u0103 dimensiunile prev\u0103zute \u00een masterplan nu sunt suficiente. <strong>Pista de biciclete ar trebui s\u0103 aib\u0103 cel pu\u021bin 1,75 metri, pentru ca bicicli\u0219tii s\u0103 se poat\u0103 deplasa confortabil.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pistele principale ar trebui s\u0103 aib\u0103 2 metri, iar cele secundare 1,75, explic\u0103 acesta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Nu e suficient un metru. La un metru trebuie s\u0103 mergi a\u021b\u0103. Trebuie s\u0103 ai 1,75 m\u0103car, dac\u0103 nu 2 metri. (&#8230;) At\u00e2t este \u0219i \u00een Olanda \u0219i exist\u0103 un motiv pentru asta: c\u0103 e mai confortabil, c\u0103 nu trebuie s\u0103 stai a\u021b\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 v\u00e2j\u00e2ie ma\u0219inile pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 tine.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Totodat\u0103, sunt de preferat cele unidirec\u021bionale, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t bicicli\u0219tii s\u0103 poat\u0103 merge \u00een acela\u0219i sens cu traficul auto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Exist\u0103 multe bulevarde unde chiar este loc. Multe bulevarde late cu locuri de parcare, cu trei sau patru benzi pe sens. De exemplu, Maniu, Magheru, Pantelimon. Mai exist\u0103 pe aici, pe acolo, dar sunt \u00eentrerupte. Nu sunt f\u0103cute cum trebuie, din varii motive. Din aceast\u0103 cauz\u0103, multe dintre pistele existente nu pot fi folosite. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Cele amenajate pe trotuar nu se pot numi piste, ar trebui aruncate la gunoi.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Mai exact, este nevoie de o separare fizic\u0103 \u00eentre circula\u021bia rutier\u0103 \u0219i cea velo, de tip bordur\u0103 sau st\u00e2lpi\u0219ori. \u00centrebat de reporterii Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti ce variant\u0103 ar fi de preferat, Ionu\u021b Ciurea a r\u0103spuns<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Cu c\u00e2t delimitarea este fizic mai dur\u0103, cu at\u00e2t este mai sigur. Adic\u0103 o bordur\u0103 \u00eenalt\u0103 ar fi mai sigur\u0103.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vajaie-autobuzul-\u0219i-ma\u0219ina-pe-langa-tine\">\u201eV\u00e2j\u00e2ie autobuzul \u0219i ma\u0219ina pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 tine\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un alt exemplu de \u201ea\u0219a nu\u201d este cea de pe Splaiul Independen\u021bei, amenajat\u0103 \u00een timpul administra\u021biei Firea, adaug\u0103 vicepre\u0219edintele Asocia\u021biei Pro Infrastructura:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<strong>Mai bine tr\u0103geai o limb\u0103 de vopsea pe asfalt, c\u0103 era mai sigur \u0219i era mai folosit\u0103. Nici autobuzul nu \u00eencape, nici ciclistul, c\u0103-\u021bi v\u00e2j\u00e2ie autobuzul \u0219i ma\u0219ina pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 tine. Nu este nici separat, este o b\u0103taie de joc. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eu de c\u00e2te ori am mers pe Splai cu ma\u0219ina, nu am v\u0103zut un ciclist. Cu siguran\u021b\u0103 este. C\u00e2t de mare este \u0219i ce se poate face \u00een 10 ani, r\u0103m\u00e2ne de v\u0103zut.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Totodat\u0103, cu siguran\u021b\u0103 va fi nevoie de o schimbare de mentalitate, adaug\u0103 Ionu\u021b Ciurea.
