Cerul este variabil \u0219i apar \u0219i c\u00e2\u021biva nori. Nu sunt precipita\u021bii, v\u00e2ntul bate cu 11 km\/h, iar minima termic\u0103 va fi de 19-20 grade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meteorologii precizeaz\u0103 c\u0103 temperaturile se vor men\u021bine ridicate, \u00een Capital\u0103, p\u00e2n\u0103 miercuri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CITE\u0218TE \u0218I:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/vara-verde-in-vacaresti\/\">\u201eVara Verde \u00een V\u0103c\u0103re\u0219ti\u201d, la sf\u00e2r\u0219it de august. Temperaturile maxime ajung la 38 \u2013 39 de grade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen Timi\u0219, codul ro\u0219u se prelunge\u0219te \u0219i m\u00e2ine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e2ine, valul de c\u00e3ldur\u00e3 va persista \u00een sudul Banatului \u015fi al Cri\u015fanei, sud-vestul Transilvaniei, vestul \u015fi sudul Olteniei, sud-vestul \u015fi centrul Munteniei. Va fi canicul\u0103 \u015fi disconfort termic accentuat, iar indicele temperatur\u00e3-umezeal\u00e3 (ITU) va dep\u00e3\u015fi pragul critic de 80 de unit\u00e3\u0163i. Temperaturile maxime vor fi \u00een general de 37&#8230;38 de grade. Minimele, de 19&#8230;25 de grade, local vor caracteriza o noapte tropical\u00e3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sub codul galben se vor afla jude\u021bele Cluj, Satu-Mare S\u0103laj, Bistri\u021ba-N\u0103s\u0103ud \u0219i Maramure\u0219. ANM precizeaz\u0103 c\u0103, \u00een zilele urm\u0103toare, valul de c\u0103ldur\u0103 va persista \u00een cea mai mare parte a \u0163\u0103rii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recomand\u0103rile speciali\u015ftilor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inspectoratul pentru Situa\u021bii de Urgen\u021b\u0103 (ISU) Bucure\u0219ti-Ilfov a venit cu c\u00e2teva recomand\u0103ri pentru protec\u021bia popula\u021biei pe perioada caniculei:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sunt recomandate deplas\u0103rile diminea\u021ba sau seara, pe c\u00e2t posibil prin zonele umbrite \u0219i altern\u00e2nd mi\u0219carea cu repausul sau intrarea \u00een spa\u021bii dotate cu aer condi\u021bionat;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evitarea aglomera\u021biei sau expunerea la soare intens, \u00eentre orele 11.00 \u2013 18.00;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Referitor la \u00eembr\u0103c\u0103minte, se recomand\u0103 hainele lejere, sub\u021biri, deschise la culoare \u0219i p\u0103l\u0103riile sau ochelarii de soare;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consumul a 1,5 \u2013 2 litri de lichide pe zi, nu prea reci, iar \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te m\u00e2ncarea, se recomand\u0103 fructele \u0219i legumele sau iaurtul, care este echivalentul unui pahar cu ap\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De evitat b\u0103uturile ce con\u021bin cofein\u0103 (cafea, ceai, cola) sau zah\u0103r;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sunt de evitat \u0219i alimentele ce con\u021bin un con\u021binut ridicat de gr\u0103simi, mai ales dac\u0103 sunt de origine animal\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nu este recomandat consumul de alcool pentru c\u0103 deshidrateaz\u0103 foarte tare;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Men\u021binerea leg\u0103turii cu persoanele \u00een v\u00e2rst\u0103 sau persoanele cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi, pentru a le putea oferi sprijin \u00een cazul \u00een care este nevoie;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copiii \u0219i animalele de companie nu ar trebui s\u0103 fie l\u0103sa\u021bi singuri \u00een ma\u0219in\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pentru persoanele care sufer\u0103 de diverse afec\u021biuni, se recomand\u0103 continuarea tratamentului potrivit indica\u021biilor medicului;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pentru ameliorarea condi\u021biilor la locul de munc\u0103, se recomand\u0103 alternarea perioadelor de lucru cu perioadele de repaus;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Autorit\u0103\u021bile sf\u0103tuiesc popula\u021bia ca la cel mai mic semn de disconfort s\u0103 cear\u0103 ajutor de specialitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CITE\u0218TE \u0218I:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/ultimele-zboruri-spre-londra\/\">Ultimele zboruri spre Londra cu TAROM.
