Trenurile vor circula la un interval de 90 de secunde"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Pe magistrala 5 de metrou, care va lega cartierul Drumul\nTaberei de centrul Capitalei, Alstom a finalizat prima faz\u0103 a lucr\u0103rilor de\ninstalare a sistemului digital de control al trenurilor. \u201ePe partea de\nsemnalizare a fost un record de vitez\u0103 &#8211; s\u0103 proiectezi \u0219i s\u0103 instalezi un\nastfel de sistem \u00eentr-un an, pe 10 sta\u021bii \u0219i 10 intersta\u021bii. \u00cen mod normal ar\ndura cam doi ani\u201d, a declarat \u0219eful Alstom, Gabriel Stanciu. Sistemul deja\ninstalat trebuie, \u00eens\u0103, testat, iar acest lucru se va face dup\u0103 finalizarea\ntuturor lucr\u0103rilor la linia de metrou, lucr\u0103ri de care se ocup\u0103 asocierea\ncondus\u0103 de italienii de la Astaldi. Abia dup\u0103 aceea, cei de la Alstom vor putea face toate testele. Vor\navea, \u00eens\u0103, \u0219i ei nevoie de 4 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni pentru asta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sitemul de control \u0219i management al traficului, care este\ninstalat pe magistrala de metrou Drumul Taberei Eroilor, va fi cel mai modern\ndin Rom\u00e2nia, spun cei de la Alston. Proiectul implic\u0103 dou\u0103 etape de execu\u021bie,\ntotaliz\u00e2nd 36 de luni. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen prima faz\u0103 a proiectului, Alstom a echipat noua linie cu\ncentralizare electronic\u0103, un sistem echivalent cu cel care se reg\u0103se\u0219te \u0219i pe\ncelelalte magistrale de metrou, doar c\u0103 are componente modern. El va permite\ncircula\u021bia trenurilor utiliz\u00e2nd sistemele tradi\u021bionale de control al\ntraficului, urm\u00e2nd ulterior s\u0103 se implementeze func\u021bionalit\u0103\u021bi moderne de\ncontrol \u0219i management al traficului. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"1080\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1920 \/ 1080;\" width=\"1920\" controls src=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/wp-content\/uploads\/ALSTOM-_-159827-Urbalis-CBTC.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eAcesta este primul sistem CBTC (Communication-based Train\nControl) implementat \u00een re\u021beaua de metrou din Rom\u00e2nia. Noul sistem va cre\u0219te\ncapacitatea liniei cu 30%, cu un consum de energie cu 30% mai redus. Proiectul\nprevede operarea automat\u0103 a trenurilor (ATO), centralizarea computerizat\u0103 \u0219i\nmonitorizarea centralizat\u0103 a trenurilor (centru de control opera\u021bional, OCC),\nprecum \u0219i sisteme dinamice de anun\u021bare \u0219i informare a pasagerilor\u201d, anun\u021b\u0103\ncompania. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mai exact, Magistrala M5 va avea un sistem avansat de control al traficului pentru controlul trenului bazat pe comunica\u021bii &#8211; Urbalis 400 \u2013 cu ajutorul c\u0103ruia trenurile de pe aceast\u0103 magistral\u0103 vor putea circula f\u0103r\u0103 probleme la un interval de 90 de secunde. Sistemul este deja implementat \u00een 23 de \u021b\u0103ri din \u00eentreaga lume, \u00eentre care Italia, Olanda, China, India \u0219i Canada. \u00cen Europa, sistemul este deja \u00een func\u021biune \u00een ora\u0219e precum Malaga \u0219i Amsterdam. Acest sistem, spune \u0219eful Alstom Rom\u00e2nia, ar da posibilitatea Metrorex ca pe viitor s\u0103 renun\u021be la mecanici, dac\u0103 vrea, deoarece permite func\u021bionarea automat\u0103 a trenurilor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potrivit lui Gabriel Stanciu, directorul General Alstom\npentru Rom\u00e2nia, Bulgaria \u0219i Republica Moldova, \u00eenceperea fazei a doua a\nproiectului depinde de Metrorex \u0219i de c\u00e2t de repede se finalizeaz\u0103 licita\u021bia\npentru achizi\u021bia celor 13 garnituri noi, care ar trebui s\u0103 circule \u00een viitor pe\nM5. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deocamdat\u0103, \u00eens\u0103, acesta sper\u0103 s\u0103 poate face c\u00e2t mai repede\ntestele pentru prima faz\u0103 a proiectului. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eTrebuie s\u0103 se termine celelalte lucr\u0103ri care maim ai sunt \u00een execu\u021bie, s\u0103 nu mai fie niciun element pe calea de rulare. Nu ne deranjeaz\u0103 dac\u0103 mai sunt de f\u0103cut finisaje, dar la cale totul trebuie s\u0103 fie terminat, inclusiv acele str\u0103pungeri la bazinele de colectare a apei freatice. C\u0103 asta este cea mai mare problem acum. Odat\u0103 finalizate aceste lucr\u0103ri, vom avea nevoie de 4 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni. In\u021bial am spus 6 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni, dar am compresat la 4\u201d, a spus Stanciu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Metrorex a transmis, la solicitarea Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti, c\u0103 \u201eprobele tehnologice pentru instala\u021bii, subsisteme, sisteme \u0219i alte teste specifice, precum \u0219i recep\u021bia par\u021bial\u0103 a lucr\u0103rilor au fost demarate \u0219i se afl\u0103 \u00een derulare. De asemenea, punerea \u00een func\u021biune a Magistralei 5 de metrou se va realiza dup\u0103 efectuarea probelor tehnologice \u0219i numai \u00een momentul \u00een care vor fi fost parcurse toate etapele impuse de normele \u0219i reglement\u0103rile \u00een vigoare\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La finalul lunii trecute stadiul lucr\u0103rilor la sta\u021biile M5 Drumul Taberei-Eroilor era urm\u0103torul:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>sta\u021bia R\u00e2ul Doamnei:                                             98%<\/li><li>sta\u021bia Br\u00e2ncu\u0219i:                                                       99%<\/li><li>sta\u021bia Romancierilor:                                             99%<\/li><li>sta\u021bia Parc Drumul Taberei:                                 95%<\/li><li>sta\u021bia Tudor Vladimirescu:                                   99%<\/li><li>sta\u021bia Favorit:                                                           99%<\/li><li>sta\u021bia Orizont:                                                           99%<\/li><li>sta\u021bia Academia Militar\u0103:                                       95%<\/li><li>sta\u021bia Eroilor 2:                                                         95%<\/li><li>sta\u021bia Valea Ialomi\u021bei:                                              99%<\/li><li>depoul Valea Ialomi\u021bei                                            99%<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mai este de lucru la sta\u021biile:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Parc Drumul Taberei accesele A-A1-A2-B (leg\u0103tura cu refugiile de tramvai) ce subtraverseaz\u0103 strada Bra\u0219ov, dar nu impiedic\u0103 punerea \u00een func\u021biune, spun cei de la Metrorex;<\/li><li>Academia Militar\u0103 accesul B ce subtraverseaz\u0103 B-dul. Panduri,&nbsp;din nou nici aceste lucr[ri nu impiedic\u0103 punerea \u00een func\u021biune a liniei de metrou;<\/li><li>Eroilor 2 datorit\u0103 complexit\u0103\u021bii sta\u021biei, inclusiv leg\u0103tura cu sta\u021bia Eroilor \u0219i adaptarea acesteia.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd Metrorex va finaliza licita\u021bia pentru achizi\u021bia de\ntrenuri noi, pe M5 vor circula, atunci c\u00e2nd va fi pus\u0103 \u00een func\u021biune, garnituri\ndin actuala flot\u0103 a regiei, respectiv garniture Bombardier. Testele se fac \u00eens\u0103\n\u0219i cu rame IVA, produse \u00eenainte de 1989 la Arad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Valoarea coontractului pe care \u00eel are Metrorex cu Alstom\npentru sistemului de siguran\u021b\u0103 \u0219i automatizare a traficului de pe M5 este de\ncirca 113 milioane de lei, f\u0103r\u0103 TVA. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Magistrala de metrou Drumul Taberei Eroilor are aproape 7 kilometri, 10 sta\u021bii, un depou. Lucr\u0103rile au fost licitate \u00een 2008. Contractele pentru construc\u021bia liniei de metrou au fost semnate \u00een 2011, iar lucr\u0103rile au \u00eenceput la scurt timp dup\u0103 \u0219i ar fi trebuit s\u0103 fie gata patru ani mai t\u00e2rziu, incluz\u00e2nd aici \u0219i lucr\u0103rile la sistemul de automatizare \u0219i siguran\u021b\u0103. Valoarea total\u0103 a proiectului este de circa 3,22 miliarde de lei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Linia de metrou Drumul Taberei-Eroilor este, de fapt, o sec\u021biune din magistrala M5.
