PSD r\u0103m\u00e2ne singurul partid care nu a semnat \u00eenc\u0103 documentul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prevederile<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1YUIFIvJzeYko6PiWLL9BBumqkaaBVgE6\/view\"> \u201eMemorandumului pentru Aer Curat, S\u0103n\u0103tate \u0219i Viitor<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/3LULwPK\">\u201d<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>I. Adoptarea proiectului de lege pentru protejarea p\u0103durilor din Ilfov, propus de c\u0103tre platforma civic\u0103 \u201e\u00cempreun\u0103 pentru Centura Verde\u201d.<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>II. \u00cenfiin\u021barea unui grup de lucru \u00eentre p\u0103r\u021bile semnatare, pe tematica cre\u0103rii Centurii Verzi; realizarea \u0219i prezentarea public\u0103 a unui calendar asumat de ac\u021biuni \u0219i m\u0103suri concrete pentru implementarea Centurii Verzi Bucure\u0219ti-Ilfov.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>III. Realizarea \u0219i adoptarea unui plan integrat al Prim\u0103riei Municipiului Bucure\u0219ti \u0219i Consiliului Jude\u021bean Ilfov pentru combaterea polu\u0103rii, plan care s\u0103 includ\u0103 ca parte din solu\u021bie \u0219i crearea centurii verzi Bucure\u0219ti-Ilfov.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>IV. Includerea Centurii Verzi \u00een Planul de Ac\u021biune pentru un Ora\u0219 Verde (PAOV), aferent Municipiului Bucure\u0219ti.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>V. Includerea cre\u0103rii Centurii Verzi \u00een Planul de Dezvoltare Regional\u0103 Bucure\u0219ti-Ilfov 2021-2027.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>VI. Includerea subiectului legat de poluarea aerului din Bucure\u0219ti \u0219i alte ora\u0219e pe agenda Consiliului Suprem de Ap\u0103rare a \u021a\u0103rii.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>VII. Sprijinirea extinderii conceptului de Centuri Verzi \u0219i la restul \u021b\u0103rii.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Parcursul proiectului \u0219i blocajul din Camera Deputa\u021bilor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cenaintat\u0103 ini\u021bial c\u0103tre Parlament acum un an, sub forma unui proiect de lege, Centura Verde a avut mai \u00eent\u00e2i un parcurs pozitiv, reu\u0219ind s\u0103 atrag\u0103 co-ini\u021biatori de la toate partidele. Totu\u0219i, a r\u0103mas blocat\u0103 la ultima comisie din Camera Deputa\u021bilor, cea pentru \u201cagricultur\u0103, silvicultur\u0103, industrie alimentar\u0103 \u0219i servicii specifice\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Drept urmare, pe 12 aprilie 2024, la aniversarea unui an de la startul demersului,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/centuraverde.ro\/\">Platforma Civic\u0103 \u201e\u00cempreun\u0103 pentru Centura Verde\u201d<\/a>&nbsp;a f\u0103cut pivotul \u0219i a depus textul ini\u021bial al proiectului de lege \u00een forma unor amendamente la noul Cod Silvic. <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/centura-verde-ar-trebui-sa-fie-gata-in-vara-a-trecut-de-comisii-in-senat-ca-amendamente-la-codul-silvic-ce-presupune-proiectul\/\">Fiind jalon \u00een PNRR, noul Cod Silvic ar trebui adoptat p\u00e2n\u0103 la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul sesiunii parlamentare actuale, mai exact p\u00e2n\u0103 la finalul lunii iunie<\/a>.<a href=\"https:\/\/api.whatsapp.com\/send?text=https%3A%2F%2Fbuletin.de%2Fbucuresti%2Fcentura-verde-bucuresti-ilfov-cu-un-pas-mai-aproape-sa-devina-realitate%2F\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ulterior, la finalul lunii, dup\u0103 patru runde de dezbateri, comisiile reunite pentru mediu \u015fi pentru p\u0103duri ale Senatului au votat aceste amendamente cu unanimitate, a\u0219a cum a scris Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti<a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/centura-verde-bucuresti-ilfov-cu-un-pas-mai-aproape-sa-devina-realitate\/\"><strong> aici<\/strong><\/a>.
