Compania care vrea s\u0103 construiasc\u0103 ansamblul, Mobiplus Services, este \u201ede\u021binut\u0103 indirect\u201d de fra\u021bii Ioan \u0219i Viorel Micula.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Compania Mobiplus Service \u0219i-a exprimat inten\u021bia de a alipi terenurile \u0219i de a elabora documenta\u021bia \u00een vederea construirii unui ansamblu multifunc\u021bional cu cl\u0103diri structurate pe dou\u0103 subsoluri, parter \u0219i 11 etaje, plus etajul 12 duplex, potrivit documentelor analizate de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.profit.ro\/povesti-cu-profit\/real-estate-constructii\/foto-fratii-micula-pregatesc-un-proiect-imobiliar-amplu-cu-locuinte-birouri-si-hotel-in-locul-unei-foste-fabrici-de-tricotaje-21560638\">Profit.ro<\/a>. Proprietatea care g\u0103zduie\u0219te fosta platform\u0103 de tricotaje Trimond a fost cump\u0103rat\u0103 de fra\u021bii Micula \u00een 2004, \u00een procedur\u0103 de lichidare. Cu terenurile \u00eenvecinate, suprafa\u021ba ajunge la circa 16.000 de metri p\u0103tra\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen aceast\u0103 zon\u0103, l\u00e2ng\u0103 parcul Carol I, se afl\u0103 multe proiecte imobiliare ample. Printre acestea se num\u0103r\u0103 ansamblul format din 5 blocuri Central Address Residence pe un teren cump\u0103rat de la Telekom, al dezvoltatorilor Constantin C\u0103p\u0103\u021b\u00e2n\u0103 \u0219i Iulian Robu, un ansamblu reziden\u021bial pe un teren al Prefabricate Vest, al lui Liviu Tudor, un ansamblu reziden\u021bial \u00een locul terenului de 1,1 hectare al fabricii \u021aes\u0103toriile Reunite al Evergent Investments (fost SIF Moldova), un proiect reziden\u021bial, cu peste 500 de unit\u0103\u021bi, pe un teren de 1,5 hectare, cump\u0103rat \u00een 2021, de c\u0103tre Novum Business Invest, controlat de Ionu\u021b Cosmin Fleancu \u0219i Dan George Dobre.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cel mai mare proiect care se realizeaz\u0103 \u00een zon\u0103 este ISG Residence IV, dezvoltat de Cristian Haja \u00een locul primei fabrici Pepsi din Rom\u00e2nia, care va avea circa 700 de apartamente. Alte proiecte ample sunt derulate de antreprenorii Robertino Georgescu \u0219i Dan Dr\u0103gulin \u0219i un grup de investitori israelieni, coordonat de Ramon Tsu. Cei din urm\u0103 transform\u0103 a fostei fabrici de chibrituri Chibro \u00eentr-un ansamblu multifunc\u021bional cu locuin\u021be, magazine \u0219i birouri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fra\u021bii Micula<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fra\u021bii Micula sus\u021bineau c\u0103 de\u021bin peste 2,5 milioane de metri p\u0103tra\u021bi de teren \u00een Rom\u00e2nia. Ace\u0219tia sunt cunoscu\u021bi pentru afacerile lor \u00een domeniul imobiliar c\u00e2t \u0219i \u00een turism, precum modernizarea sta\u021biunii St\u00e2na de Vale \u0219i construirea unui ansamblu reziden\u021bial \u00een Oradea.
