de cl\u0103diri, printre care \u0219i multe alte monumente istorice, ce st\u0103teau \u00een calea controversatului bulevard.<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti a descoperit c\u0103 Prim\u0103ria Capitalei nu a \u00eencheiat niciun contract pentru \u00eenchirierea spa\u021biului care ad\u0103poste\u0219te r\u0103m\u0103\u0219i\u021bele Halei, motiv pentru care a fost obligat\u0103 de instan\u021b\u0103 s\u0103 pl\u0103teasc\u0103 societ\u0103\u021bii aproximativ 160.000 euro.<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>De\u0219i, de-a lungul timpului, s-au f\u0103cut mai multe promisiuni pentru reconstruc\u021bia monumentului istoric, hala, sau ce a mai r\u0103mas din ea, pare ca a fost complet abandonat\u0103 de autorit\u0103\u021bi.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Acum, \u00eentrega zon\u0103 c\u00e2ndva<em> \u201epestri\u021b\u0103\u201d<\/em>, vie \u0219i plin\u0103 de oameni, este un mix bizar unei mor\u021bi anun\u021bate\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Legalitatea proiectului a fost contestat\u0103 de mai mul\u021bi actori ai societ\u0103\u021bii civile, printre care \u0219i Nicu\u0219or Dan, actualul primar al Capitalei \u0219i fostul pre\u0219edinte al Asocia\u021biei \u201eSalva\u021bi Bucure\u0219tiul\u201d. Dup\u0103 lupta acerb\u0103 purtat\u0103 de \u201ePlatforma pentru Bucure\u015fti\u201d cu Sorin Oprescu, primarul Bucure\u0219tiului la acea vreme, Prim\u0103ria Capitalei a ob\u021binut, \u00een data de 25 martie 2013, autoriza\u021bia de desfiin\u021bare. Documentul prevedea <strong><em>\u201edezmembrarea Halei Matache \u0219i depozitarea componentelor \u00een condi\u021bii optime p\u00e2n\u0103 la finalizarea lucr\u0103rilor \u00een vederea reconstruirii pe un alt amplasament\u201d<\/em><\/strong>. Demontarea cl\u0103dirii \u00eencepe la c\u00e2teva ore dup\u0103 ce a fost emis\u0103 autoriza\u021bia. Astfel, construc\u021bia ar fi trebuit renovat\u0103 \u0219i integrat\u0103 \u00een proiect. Acum, monumentul istoric pare s\u0103 fi devenit mai mult o corvoad\u0103: compania are nevoie de spa\u021biul de depozitare, \u00een timp ce prim\u0103ria \u00eenc\u0103 se chinuie s\u0103 Adic\u0103 aproape 160.000 de euro la cursul de ast\u0103zi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u201eRana deschis\u0103 a cartierului Matache\u201d, mutat\u0103 la Clotilde<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La sf\u00e2r\u0219itul anului trecut, <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/sector-1-proiectul-pietei-matache-intra-astazi-pe-ordinea-de-zi-a-consiliului-local\/\">un proiect de reconstruire a Pie\u021bei Matache \u0219i de revitalizare a cartierului Buze\u0219ti \u2013 Berzei<\/a> a ajuns \u0219i pe masa Consiliului Local al Sectorului 1. Acesta a fost adoptat cu 24 de voturi pentru, dar cu <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/sector-1-c-armand-vrea-si-bani-de-la-buget-nu-doar-fonduri-europene-pentru-piata-matache\/\">un amendament din partea grupului PNL<\/a> \u2013 doar cheltuielile neeligibile vor fi f\u0103cute din bugetul local, \u00een vreme ce restul vor trebui achitate cu fonduri europene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Punctul central al \u00eentregii investi\u021bii \u00eel constituie Hala Matache (Subsol + Parter). Prim\u0103ria Sectorului 1 \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 reintegreze elemente din construc\u021bia original\u0103, \u00eens\u0103 doar o expertiz\u0103 poate arat\u0103 dac\u0103 aceast\u0103 op\u021biune mai este fezabil\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Cea mai bun\u0103 solu\u021bie pe care o avem \u00een acest moment este s\u0103 lans\u0103m licita\u021bia, s\u0103 lu\u0103m buc\u0103\u021bile de hal\u0103 a\u0219a cum sunt, s\u0103 le inventariem, s\u0103 le reexpertiz\u0103m, s\u0103 vedem ce se poate folosi, ce nu se poate folosi din ele. Dac\u0103 e ceva extrem de degradat \u0219i nu se mai poate restaura, nu ai ce s\u0103 mai faci. Folosim ce se mai poate folosi.
