Totu\u015fi, du-te vino-ul continuu de pe arterele capitalei, de\u015fi n-ai spune, este un dans sincron. Sau cel pu\u0163in se vrea a fi, \u00een condi\u0163iile de mi\u015fcare brownian\u0103 a traficului. Maestru coregraf? O aplica\u0163ie automatizat\u0103, care d\u0103 timpii semafoarelor, dup\u0103 ce \u201ecite\u015fte\u201d valorile de trafic. Ring de dans? Fiecare intersec\u0163ie. Regizori? Operatorii-inspectori din Centrul de Control al Traficului, un fel de dirijori ai orchestrei din strad\u0103. Orchestr\u0103 care c\u00e2nt\u0103 de multe ori dezacordat, pentru c\u0103 sunt prea multe ma\u015fini, infrastructura este cum este, iar nenum\u0103ra\u0163i \u015foferi ori ciupesc ro\u015ful \u015fi blocheaz\u0103 intersec\u0163ia, ori merg pe benzile destinate transportului \u00een comun, ori parcheaz\u0103 pe unde apuc\u0103 de zici c\u0103 sunt la ei \u00een garaj, ori \u00ee\u0219i folosesc ma\u0219inile pe post de umbrel\u0103 \u00een zilele ploioase.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am vrut s\u0103 vedem cum se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 tot acest balet \u015fi am mers \u00een Centrul Control Trafic din subordinea Prim\u0103riei Generale. Cu o idee preconceput\u0103 &#8211; ne-am imaginat c\u0103 vom g\u0103si un <em>situation room<\/em> ca \u00een filme c\u00e2nd vedem p\u0103pu\u0219arii din spatele unei opera\u0163iuni Delta Force. Ori un centru de comand\u0103 ca la NASA. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poate c-ar fi cam a\u0219a, \u00eens\u0103 la scar\u0103 mult mai mic\u0103. Acest centru este \u00eentr-o sal\u0103 a Prim\u0103riei Generale, de pe bulevardul Regina Elisabeta. Mergi pe un coridor, cineva d\u0103 cu cartela s\u0103 deschid\u0103 u\u015fa securizat\u0103 \u015fi &#8211; voila! &#8211; centrul dirijoral. Totul se va \u00eent\u00e2mpla \u00een patru etape, dup\u0103 cum promitea edilul. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Etapa 1:<br><\/strong><br><em>Vor fi modernizate \u0219i, dup\u0103 caz, reconfigurate, 85 de intersec\u021bii aferente unui num\u0103r de 5 radiale care asigur\u0103 leg\u0103tura dintre ie\u0219irile importante din ora\u0219 cu zona central\u0103: \u015eoseaua Colentina, \u015eoseaua Alexandriei, Bd.
