Ajutorul de stat face parte din planul pentru restructurarea companiei propus de autorit\u0103\u021bile rom\u00e2ne \u00een \u00eencercarea de a evita falimentul.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen urma discu\u021biilor cu reprezentan\u021bii Comisiei Europene \u0219i cu pre\u0219edintele Consiliului Concuren\u021bei, Ministrul Transporturilor declar\u0103 c\u0103 <strong><em>\u201etoate semnalele sunt pozitive\u201d<\/em><\/strong>. Compania aerian\u0103 de stat ar \u00eendeplini toate criteriile necesare pentru ob\u021binerea fondurilor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><em><strong>(&#8230;)Eu sper s\u0103 mergem pe linia asumat\u0103, aceea de a transforma aceast\u0103 companie \u00eentr-o companie solid\u0103 economic. Primul pas este s\u0103 primim ajutor de la Comisie pe care, de aceast\u0103 dat\u0103, nu avem niciun fel de motive s\u0103 nu \u00eel primim, \u00eendeplinim toate criteriile<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<cite>Sorin Grindeanu, Ministrul Transporturilor<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ping-pong cu ruta Bucure\u015fti-Londra a TAROM<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Planul de restructurare presupune \u0219i v\u00e2nzarea unor sloturi de zbor, cu scopul profitabiliz\u0103rii companiei. Din acest motiv, <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/ping-pong-cu-ruta-bucuresti-londra-a-tarom-compania-a-incercat-sa-vanda-sloturile-de-zbor\/\">TAROM ar fi trebuit s\u0103 renun\u021be \u0219i la zborurile pe ruta Bucure\u015fti \u2013 Londra<\/a>, conform unei hot\u0103r\u00e2ri a Adun\u0103rii Generale a Ac\u0163ionarilor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Totu\u0219i, \u201e<em>compania nu a g\u0103sit o solu\u021bie optim\u0103 care s\u0103 conduc\u0103 la renun\u021barea la sloturile LHR (de pe aeroportul Heathrow) \u0219i opereaz\u0103 destina\u021bia Londra, cu aceea\u0219i frecven\u021b\u0103 \u0219i acela\u0219i program<\/em>\u201d, anun\u021b\u0103 reprezentan\u021bii TAROM printr-un comunicat de pres\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajutorul de stat de la UE vizeaz\u0103 ra\u021bionalizarea activit\u0103\u021bilor companiei aeriene, re\u00eennoirea flotei \u00eenvechite \u0219i cre\u0219terea veniturilor.  Planul presupune \u0219i reduceri de personal. &nbsp;\u00cen prezent, sunt 1.314 angaja\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen anul 2023, societatea anun\u021ba finalizarea \u00een\u021belegerii cu forul european \u0219i \u00eendeplinirea condi\u021biilor pentru primirea banilor.
