Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti a descoperit c\u0103 acestea au la baza probleme de siguran\u021b\u0103 a circula\u021biei grave, dar \u0219i c\u0103, \u00een ultimii ani, bugetul STB pentru \u201clucr\u0103ri de infrastructur\u0103 absolut necesare\u201d a fost mai mic dec\u00e2t cel pentru softuri pentru protec\u021bia datelor cu caracter personal \u0219i telecomunita\u021bii. <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Dou\u0103 tramvaie s-au\nciocnit frontal, miercuri, \u00een zona Eroii Revolu\u021biei din Capital\u0103. E vorba de planuri de investi\u021bii p\u00e2n\u0103 la urm\u0103<\/em>\u201d, explic\u0103, pentru Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti, Alexandru Tufan de la Asocia\u021bia \u201cMetrou U\u0219or\u201d &#8211; unul dintre cele mai importante ONG-uri care monitorizeaza problemele de infrastructur\u0103 \u0219i transport la nivel na\u021bional. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un macaz numit Dorin<\/strong><strong>\u021b\u0103<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cele dou\u0103 incidente din ultima\ns\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2na se \u00eenscriu \u00eentr-un \u0219ir lung de accidente cauzate de infrastructura\nne\u00eentre\u021binut\u0103. Macazurile electromecanice, cu ac\u021bionare\ncomandat\u0103 din cabin\u0103, c\u00e2nd se defecteaz\u0103, r\u0103m\u00e2n a\u0219a, iar vatmanii sunt nevoi\u021bi\ns\u0103 ias\u0103 uneori p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een mijlocul intersec\u021biei pentru a schimba direc\u021bia de mers\ncu ranga. Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 faptul c\u0103 ace\u0219tia sunt expu\u0219i pericolului, vorbim despre sc\u0103derea\nvitezei medii comerciale \u0219i a cre\u0219terii duratei totale a unui tur. <\/em>\u201d, mai\nspune Tufan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cel mai elocvent exemplu \u00een acest sens este cel al intersec\u021biei str\u0103zii Mihail Sebastian cu Calea Rahovei. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aici, dup\u0103 un accident din 2012, infrastructura din zon\u0103 a r\u0103mas \u0219i la aceast\u0103 or\u0103 pe modul &#8220;manual&#8221;. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atunci, 18 persoane au ajuns la spital dup\u0103 ce macazul automat s-a schimbat sub tramvai, iar ultimul vagon s-a izbit de tramvaiul care circula din sens opus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ykRAXVkkzP8\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Investi<\/strong><strong>\u021bii critice gripate, GDPR-ul sf\u00e2nt<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Faptul c\u0103 macazurile electromecanice, \u00een lipsa unei \u00eentre\u021bineri corescpunz\u0103toare, mai mult \u00eencurc\u0103 dec\u00e2t ajut\u0103, este confirmat \u0219i de deraierile multiple din intersec\u021biile \u201cmodernizate\u201d ale liniei 21 care leag\u0103 Pia\u021ba Sf\u00e2ntul Gherghe de Pasajul Colentina, mai spun reprezentan\u021bii Asocia\u021biei \u201cMetrou U\u0219or\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iar situa\u021bia din teren este str\u00e2ns\nlegat\u0103 cu cea din bugetele aprobate ale Societ\u0103\u021bii de Transport Bucure\u0219ti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti a descoperit\nc\u0103 \u00een anul 2019, la capitolul \u201c<strong>repara<\/strong><strong>\u021bii autovehicule \u0219i lucr\u0103ri infrastructur\u0103 absolut necesare a fi\nrealizate\u201d <\/strong>municipalitatea a alocat 309.951 de euro. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Totul \u00een timp ce pentru o serie de componente software necesare s\u0103 alinieze infrastructura informatic\u0103 a companiei cu reglementarile GDPR, STB a scos din buget peste 430 de mii de euro. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mai mult, \u201cfactura\u201d din 2019 pentru servicii po\u0219tale, telefonie fixa, transmisie voce si date a fost de peste 200 de mii de euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cu alte cuvinte, bugetul STB de anul\ntrecut a prev\u0103zut de dou\u0103 ori mai mul\u021bi bani pentru protec\u021bie juridic\u0103 \u0219i\ncomunica\u021biile companiei dec\u00e2t pentru siguran\u021ba circula\u021biei tramvaielor din Bucure\u0219ti.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201c<em>Prin astfel de incidente tramvaiul atrage antipatia tuturor. Dac\u0103 \u00een Occident este privit ca solu\u021bia salvatoare, cu o vitez\u0103, capacitate \u0219i eficien\u021b\u0103 net superioar\u0103 \u0219i la costuri mult reduse fa\u021b\u0103 de un metrou sau un tren suburban, la Bucure\u0219ti cet\u0103\u021benii \u00eel asemuie cu zgomot, vibra\u021bii, lentoare \u0219i condi\u021bii improprii de transport<\/em>\u201d, mai spun reprezenta\u021bii Asocia\u021biei \u201cMetrou U\u0219or\u201d.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Cum STB nu a publicat nici la aceast\u0103 or\u0103 bugetul pe 2020, Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti a \u00eenaintat o solicitare scris\u0103 \u00een acest sens pentru a vedea care este volumul investi\u021biilor \u00een infrastructura tramvaielor \u00een acest an. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De asemenea, redac\u021bia a \u00eenaintat o solicitare de pres\u0103 \u0219i Prim\u0103riei Municipiului Bucure\u0219ti cu privire la planurile de modernizare pe anul 2021.
