Doi metri din acest trotuar vor fi rezerva\u021bi pistelor de bicicli\u0219ti. Podul ofer\u0103 o cale de acces suplimentar\u0103 \u0219i mai pu\u021bin aglomerat\u0103 dinspre \u0219i spre Autostrada A2, prelu\u00e2nd din traficul de pe centura de Est a Capitalei. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cempreun\u0103 cu pasajele construite \u00een zona Pallady, podul vine \u00een prelungirea str\u0103zii Nicolae Teclu \u0219i creeaz\u0103 o cale de acces alternativ\u0103 absolut necesar\u0103 zonei periferice a Sectorului 3\u201d. Acel pod a costat 4.4 milioane de lei, fa\u0163\u0103 de cel din prezent, estimat la 11.5 mil. lei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reporterii Buletin de Bucure\u015fti l-au contactat pe primarul Robert Negoi\u0163\u0103 cu \u00eentrebarea dac\u0103 consider\u0103 c\u0103 este un conflict de interese ridicarea podului \u00een zona \u00een care familia sa are interese imobiliare, dar nu a r\u0103spuns p\u00e2n\u0103 la publicarea acestui articol. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ancheta-care-a-produs-un-cutremur-in-blocurile-fratilor-negoita\">Ancheta care a produs un \u201ecutremur\u201d \u00een blocurile fra\u0163ilor Negoi\u0163\u0103<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen 2021, numele fra\u0163ilor Negoi\u0163\u0103 au fost legate de scandalul interna\u0163ional Pandora Papers de jurnali\u015ftii de la Rise Project. Conform acestora, fra\u021bii Negoi\u021b\u0103 erau parte dintr-un mecanism complex de firme offshore care f\u0103ceau afaceri de zeci de milioane de euro \u00een Rom\u00e2nia.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jurnali\u0219tii de la Rise Project au g\u0103sit \u00een Pandora Papers c\u0103 Primarul sectorului 3 apare \u00een documentele unei case de avocatur\u0103 din Cipru ca beneficiar nedeclarat \u0219i ac\u021bionar ascuns \u00een dou\u0103 dintre firmele din Insulele Virgine Britanice care au controlat afaceri cu fonduri publice \u00een Rom\u00e2nia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una dintre aceste firme a fost \u00eenfiin\u021bat\u0103 ca s\u0103 asigure managementul hotelurilor Rin din Bucure\u0219ti.
