La eveniment au participat aproximativ 1.500 de persoane, conform organizatorilor.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ultimii ani, printre r\u0103zboaie, pandemii \u0219i efectele economice mondiale aferente situa\u021biilor de criz\u0103, au avut ca efect, pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 cre\u0219terea efectiv\u0103 a violen\u021belor de gen, cre\u0219terea sus\u021binerii pentru mi\u0219c\u0103ri politice care militeaz\u0103 activ, direct sau indirect, \u00eempotriva egalit\u0103\u021bii de gen.&nbsp;Drepturile femeilor, ale persoanelor LGBTQIA+, ale persoanelor aflate \u00eentr-o clas\u0103 social\u0103 discriminat\u0103 din cauza etniei, sunt primele care au de suferit \u00een urma destabiliz\u0103rii sociale, deoarece nu se pliaz\u0103 pe &#8220;dihotomia arhetipal\u0103&#8221; Cele mai multe veneau \u00een grupuri: al\u0103turi de parteneri, familie, prieteni sau companioni bl\u0103no\u0219i. St\u0103teau \u00een picioare ori pe iarb\u0103, vorbind, r\u00e2z\u00e2nd, sim\u021bindu-se \u00een<strong><em> siguran\u021b\u0103<\/em><\/strong>, sentiment care, de\u0219i ar trebui s\u0103 reprezinte o normalitate, constituie un lux pentru multe femei din Rom\u00e2nia: \u201e<em>\u00cempreun\u0103 avem mai mult\u0103 \u00eencredere \u00een noi \u0219i determin\u0103m sistemul s\u0103 ne ofere siguran\u021ba de care avem nevoie<\/em>\u201d, declar\u0103 una dintre organizatoarele evenimentului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>O parte dintre revendic\u0103rile Re\u021belei VIF<\/summary>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00cenfiin\u021barea unui Program de Interes Na\u021bional pentru promovarea egalit\u0103\u021bii de \u0219anse \u0219i pentru prevenirea \u0219i combaterea violen\u021bei de gen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finan\u021barea serviciilor pentru victimele violen\u021bei domestice a\u0219a cum sunt prev\u0103zute de Legea 217\/2003. Extinderea \u00een toat\u0103 \u021bara a subcontract\u0103rii serviciilor de la ONG-urile licen\u021biate de c\u0103tre Consiliile locale acolo unde nu exist\u0103 posibilitatea cre\u0103rii serviciilor publice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gratuitate pentru emiterea certificatului medico-legal pentru victimele violen\u021bei domestice (eliminarea taxei IML sau decontarea ei)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitarea accesului copiilor victime sau martori la violen\u021b\u0103 la psihoterapie prin eliminarea obliga\u021biei de a avea semn\u0103tura p\u0103rintelui agresor pentru terapia infantil\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Introducerea defini\u021biei consim\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntului \u00een Codul Penal \u00een acord cu prevederile Conven\u021biei de la Istanbul pentru a clarifica defini\u021biile infrac\u021biunilor sexuale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Campanii na\u021bionale de educa\u021bie sexual\u0103 specifice pentru a preveni abuzurile sexuale, violul, h\u0103r\u021buirea sexual\u0103 \u0219i alte forme de violen\u021b\u0103 sexual\u0103 pentru tineri \u0219i adul\u021bi&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Dosare pr\u0103fuite pe masa poli\u021bi\u0219tilor: Cinci ani \u0219i niciun telefon<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em>Cre\u0219te num\u0103rul interven\u021biilor (n.r. \u00een&nbsp; cazurile de violen\u021b\u0103 domestic\u0103). Anul trecut, \u00een timp ce noi eram la mar\u0219, aveau loc 10 interven\u021bii la cazuri pe or\u0103. \u00cen total, statistica Inspectoratului General al Poli\u021biei Rom\u00e2ne arat\u0103 c\u0103 au fost<strong> 90.174 de interven\u021bii \u00een cazuri de violen\u021b\u0103 domestic\u0103<\/strong> \u0219i s-au emis <strong>12.972 de ordine de protec\u021bie provizorii<\/strong> \u00een anul 2022<\/em>\u201d declar\u0103 directoarea executiv\u0103 a Centrului FILIA, Andreea Rusu, \u00een deschiderea mar\u0219ului.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Date cu privire la violen\u021ba domestic\u0103, 2022<br><\/summary>\n<p>Conform unor date \u00eenaintate de c\u0103tre <a href=\"https:\/\/centrulfilia.ro\/date-despre-drepturile-femeilor\/\">Centrul Filia<\/a>, num\u0103rul agresiunilor \u00eempotriva femeilor a crescut, iar, pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 violuri, acte de violen\u021b\u0103 fizic\u0103 \u0219i h\u0103r\u021buire, numai \u00een primele \u0219ase luni ale anului 2022 au fost \u00eenregistrate 31 de fapte de omor; 25 de fapte de tentativ\u0103 de omor. Mai mult dec\u00e2t at\u00e2t, num\u0103rul cazurilor de viol, agresiune sexual\u0103 sau act sexual cu un minor a crescut cu 59% fa\u021b\u0103 de anul precedent.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 femeia sau fata agresat\u0103 \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103 se apere, printr-un ordin de restric\u021bie, de exemplu, acest lucru nu \u00eei asigur\u0103 siguran\u021b\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de agresor: tot \u00een primele \u0219ase luni ale anului 2022, O treime din cele 5.163 de ordine de restric\u021bie au fost \u00eenc\u0103lcate (IGPR, 2022), iar acest lucru se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 \u00een fiecare an, la aproximativ aceea\u0219i rat\u0103, conform Centrului Filia.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen aplauzele publicului, urc\u0103 pe scen\u0103 urm\u0103torul vorbitor, Nicoleta, supravie\u021buitoare a violen\u021bei domestice, care sublinieaz\u0103 faptul c\u0103 victimele ajung s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i retrag\u0103 cererea din cauza lipsei de reac\u021bie din partea autorit\u0103\u021bilor: <strong><em>\u201eNu este posibil s\u0103 stea un dosar cinci ani p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd poli\u021bistul \u00eendr\u0103zne\u0219te s\u0103-l sune pe Domnia Sa, agresorul.\u201d<\/em><\/strong> \u00cemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219ind pu\u021bin din propria experien\u021b\u0103, aceasta declar\u0103 c\u0103 \u00een ciuda statutului profesional \u0219i al implic\u0103rii civice, tot \u00een cadrul Asocia\u021biei ANAIS a g\u0103sit refugiu \u0219i \u00eendeamn\u0103 victimele s\u0103 nu uite niciodat\u0103 c\u0103 nu sunt singure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un caz gr\u0103itor pentru starea de fapt descris\u0103 la \u00eenceputul protestului este cazul educatoarei de a o \u0219coal\u0103 privat\u0103 din Bucure\u0219ti, Liliana Faur, care a fost ucis\u0103 \u00een propria cas\u0103 de c\u0103tre so\u021bul s\u0103u \u00een noaptea de 11-12 august 2022. Aceasta a fost \u00eenjunghiat\u0103 de multiple ori cu un cu\u021bit de buc\u0103t\u0103rie, <strong>\u00een contextul \u00een care femeia a depus mai multe pl\u00e2ngeri<\/strong>, iar autorit\u0103\u021bile au emis \u0219i un ordin de protec\u021bie <strong>provizoriu<\/strong>. Cei doi aveau dou\u0103 feti\u021be \u00eempreun\u0103, mama copiilor fiind \u00een prag de divor\u021b la momentul crimei. Edilul i-ar fi spus c\u0103 nu exist\u0103 violen\u021b\u0103 domestic\u0103 \u00een comunitatea din care face parte. Confruntat cu cifrele ob\u021binute de la Poli\u021bia Rom\u00e2n\u0103, privind num\u0103rul cazurilor de violen\u021b\u0103 domestic\u0103, acesta ar fi chemat \u0219eful poli\u021biei locale. E-Romnja, spune pentru Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti c\u0103 femeile rome nu se simt ajutate sau auzite de c\u0103tre reprezentan\u021bii statului:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<strong><em>\u201eCa femeie de etnie rom\u0103 \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, suntem expuse mai multor tipuri de violen\u021b\u0103, mai ales din partea sistemului care niciodat\u0103 nu este prezent atunci c\u00e2nd reclam\u0103m violen\u021b\u0103, nu este prezent c\u00e2nd solicit\u0103m servicii sociale, nu este prezent atunci c\u00e2nd suferim discriminare \u0219i rasism (&#8230;)<\/em>\u201d<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lipsa educa\u021biei sexuale, accesului facil la servicii \u0219i informa\u021bii medicale, existen\u021ba, \u00een primul r\u00e2nd, a acestor servicii, dar \u0219i refuzul oferirii serviciilor medicale pe considerente ce nu au leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu s\u0103n\u0103tatea, precum refuzul la avort al mediciilor pe baza credin\u021bei religioase personale, <strong>duc la moartea femeilor c\u00e2t \u0219i la perpetuarea inegalit\u0103\u021bii de gen, economice \u0219i sociale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Date despre situa\u021bia descris\u0103<\/summary>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>aproape un sfert (23%) dintre mamele sub 18 ani din Uniunea European\u0103 tr\u0103iesc \u00een Rom\u00e2nia (Salva\u021bi Copiii).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>peste 300 de femei \u0219i-au f\u0103cut avort \u00een condi\u021bii nesigure \u00een ultimii trei ani, doar anul trecut au fost \u00eenregistrate 127 de cazuri. \u00cen timpul pandemiei au fost \u00eenregistrate peste 200 de cazuri de avorturi realizate acas\u0103, f\u0103r\u0103 personal medical \u0219i cu instrumente improvizate (INSP). \u00cen cazurile \u00een care avorturile sunt realizate \u00een condi\u021bii favorabile, majoritatea majoritatea sunt realizate \u00een sistemul de s\u0103n\u0103tate privat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3500 de femei din Rom\u00e2nia sunt diagnosticate cu cancer de col uterin anual, iar1800 de rom\u00e2nce mor anual de cancer de col uterin (INSP)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cancerul la s\u00e2n este a treia cea mai \u00eent\u00e2lnit\u0103 form\u0103 de cancer \u00een Rom\u00e2nia;
