Dosarul penal \u00een care se efectueaz\u0103 cercet\u0103ri vizeaz\u0103 tranzac\u021bii cu terenuri ce se cuvin de drept Statului Rom\u00e2n, pentru care s-au utilizat sentin\u021be judec\u0103tore\u0219ti falsificate.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Terenurile ar fi ale Prim\u0103riei Capitalei \u0219i ar fi vorba despre cele pe care este ridicat ansamblul reziden\u021bial Her\u0103str\u0103u Park View, care ar fi fost cump\u0103rate \u201ede bun\u0103 credin\u021b\u0103\u201d, conform <a href=\"https:\/\/www.g4media.ro\/update-zeci-de-perchezitii-intr-un-dosar-cu-acte-de-proprietate-falsificate-si-prejucidiu-de-6-milioane-de-euro-primaria-bucuresti-este-parte-vatamata-terenurile-vizate-sunt-cele-din-herastrau-park.html\" rel=\"sponsored nofollow\">G4media<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Din 2018, mai multe persoane au folosit sentin\u021be judec\u0103tore\u0219ti definitive \u0219i irevocabile falsificate, prin care atestau faptul c\u0103 \u201eproprietarii\u201d ini\u021biali ar fi dob\u00e2ndit imobilele \u00een cauz\u0103 \u00een baza uzucapiunii de 30 de ani. Imobilele intabulate ar fi fost v\u00e2ndute unor persoane interpuse \u0219i fie rev\u00e2ndute persoanelor care falsificau actele, fie unor cump\u0103r\u0103tori de bun\u0103 credin\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cercet\u0103rile se efectueaz\u0103 sub asbectul s\u0103v\u00e2r\u0219irii infrac\u021biunilor de <em>\u00een\u0219el\u0103ciune, fals material \u00een \u00eenscrisuri oficiale, uz de fals \u0219i fals \u00een declara\u021bii<\/em>.
