Exist\u0103 \u00een prezent 54 unit\u0103\u021bi care au \u00een dotare aparate de testare RT PCR, \u00eens\u0103 num\u0103rul de test\u0103ri continu\u0103 s\u0103 varieze drastic de la o zi la alta.<\/em> <em>Ministerul S\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii spune c\u0103 e normal.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ministrul S\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii Nelu T\u0103taru a aprobat ast\u0103zi cre\u0219terea num\u0103rului de persoane testate. Comisia pentru managementul clinic \u0219i epidemiologic al COVID 19 a stabilit includerea \u00een priorit\u0103\u021bile de testare a unor categorii de pacien\u021bi cu risc mare de forme severe \u0219i deces. Astfel, s-a aprobat testarea, suplimentar, pentru:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> Pacien\u021bi \u00eenainte de procedura de transplant (asimptomatici) \u0219i donatorii de organe, \u021besuturi \u0219i celule stem hematopoietice \u00eenainte de donare; pacien\u021bi cu transplant de celule stem hematopoietice afla\u021bi \u00een tratament imunosupresor, \u00eenaintea fiec\u0103rei intern\u0103ri din perioada de monitorizare post-transplant \u2014 2 teste la 24 de ore interval; <\/li><li>Pacien\u021bi asimptomatici cu imunosupresie \u00een contextul bolii sau indus\u0103 medicamentos la internare in spital \u2014 2 teste la 24 de ore interval;<\/li><li>Pacien\u021bi oncologici asimptomatici afla\u021bi \u00een curs de chimioterapie \u2014 de 2 ori pe lun\u0103;<\/li><li>Pacien\u021bi oncologici asimptomatici \u00eenainte de interven\u021bii operatorii sau manevre invazive;<\/li><li>Hemodializa\u021bi simptomatici;<\/li><li>Hemodializa\u021bi asimptomatici contac\u021bi cu caz confirmat, 2 test\u0103ri, la 6-7 zile interval intre ele; pe durata acestei perioade ace\u0219tia vor fi dializa\u021bi \u00een sesiuni separate de restul pacientilor;<\/li><li>Gravidele asimptomatice care se afl\u0103 \u00een carantin\u0103\/izolare la domiciliu sau au fost contact apropiat cu un caz confinnat;<\/li><li>Personalul de \u00eengrijire din c\u0103mine de b\u0103tr\u00e2ni \u2014 de 2 ori pe lun\u0103.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Totodat\u0103 s-a hot\u0103r\u00e2t c\u0103 unit\u0103\u021bile sanitare pot stabili protocoale de testare prin tehnici de RT-PCR, suplimentar, pentru  personalul sanitar asimptomatic contact direct cu caz confirmat, \u00een a 6-7 zi de la ultimul contact posibil infectant, care pot fi realizate cu resurse proprii \u00een laboratoarele pe care le de\u021bin sau \u00een alte laboratoare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La momentul de fa\u021b\u0103, num\u0103rul de test\u0103ri pe care le face statul rom\u00e2n variaz\u0103 extrem de mult de la zi la zi. De exemplu, pe 4 aprilie au fost testate 4435 de persoane, iar \u00een ziua urm\u0103toare num\u0103rul aproape s-a \u00eenjum\u0103t\u0103\u021bit &#8211; 2531 teste. Am luat leg\u0103tura cu reprezenta\u021bii Ministerului S\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii pentru a ob\u021bine o clarificare cu privire la aceast\u0103 discrepan\u021b\u0103.
