Tarif integrat cu STB-Metrorex \u0219i 300.000 de c\u0103l\u0103tori din Bucure\u0219ti \u0219i Ilfov pe zi"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Proiectul trenului metropolitan Bucure\u0219ti-Ilfov urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie integrat tarifar cu transportul \u00een comun din Bucure\u0219ti \u0219i s\u0103 fie lansat etapizat \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu 2023 astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t, \u00een 2035, cele 20 linii prev\u0103zute s\u0103 fie 100% func\u021bionale.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Transportul feroviar metropolitan pentru Bucure\u0219ti-Ilfov \u00eenseamn\u0103 20 linii care vor lega g\u0103rile din Capital\u0103 cu principalele localit\u0103\u021bi din Ilfov p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 2035. Asta de\u0219i \u00eentr-o prim\u0103 faz\u0103 a proiectului erau preconizate 16 linii, dintre care una circular\u0103 pe actuala centur\u0103 feroviar\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conducerea CFR a aprobat deja protocolul de colaborare cu Prim\u0103ria Capitalei pentru primele trei trasee de tren urban \u00eens\u0103 proiectul de hot\u0103r\u00e2re din partea municipalit\u0103\u021bii a c\u0103zut la un vot urm\u00e2nd ca la \u0219edin\u021ba urm\u0103toare s\u0103 fie repus pe ordinea de zi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cenainte de a fi \u00eenfiin\u021bat, serviciul de tren metropolitan necesit\u0103 \u00eens\u0103 o integrare tarifar\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>De principiu, costul c\u0103l\u0103toriei va fi la fel ca \u00een transportului public actual. Acest pre\u021b \u00eenc\u0103 este decis politic. Este \u00een func\u021bie de suportabilitatea localit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i a regiunii, restul cheltuielilor sunt compensate de autorit\u0103\u021bile publice, prin impozitele colectate. <strong>Probabil pre\u021bul va fi ca cel de ast\u0103zi, eventual cu ajust\u0103rile \u00een baza infla\u021biei<\/strong><\/em>\u201d, explic\u0103 pentru Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti, \u0218tefan Ro\u0219eanu, pre\u0219edintele Autorit\u0103\u021bii pentru Reform\u0103 Feroviar\u0103(ARF).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Primele estim\u0103ri arat\u0103 c\u0103, dup\u0103 ce vor fi puse \u00een func\u021biune, cele 20 de linii de tren metropolitan vor dep\u0103\u0219i num\u0103rul zilnic de c\u0103l\u0103tori de la Metrorex, situat \u00eenainte de pandemie la aproximativ 180.000 de mii de pasageri pe zi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>Ne a\u0219teptam la 200-300 de mii de c\u0103l\u0103tori pe zi. Nu este o cifra nerezonabil\u0103. Practic e vorba de un metrou de suprafa\u021b\u0103. Nu mai vorbim de un tren care circul\u0103 de c\u00e2teva ori pe zi<\/em>\u201d, mai spune Ro\u0219eanu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perla din Pipera<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00centr-o prim\u0103 faz\u0103 vor fi introduse linii \u00een zonele care nu necesit\u0103 investi\u021bii foarte mari. Trenul metropolitan ar urma s\u0103 preia din sarcina sta\u021biei de metrou Pipera care, \u00eenainte de pandemie, era dus\u0103 \u00een supra capacitate la orele de v\u00e2rf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em>\u00cen cazul Petricaniului exist\u0103 un proiect de subtraversare a c\u0103ii ferate. Va fi construit un pasaj. Pe partea feroviar\u0103 se analizeaz\u0103 cum va fi construit\u0103 aceasta sta\u021bie, mai ales pentru faza a doua, pentru c\u0103 nu mai putem vorbi de un punct de oprire care afecteaz\u0103 capacitatea de transport. Trebuie s\u0103 ne imagin\u0103m c\u0103 un tren blocheaz\u0103 orice alt poten\u021bial tren pe kilometri \u00eentregi. Spre deosebire de transportul rutier, un tren nu se poate apropia foarte mult de un altul oprit sau s\u0103-l dep\u0103\u0219easc\u0103. Sunt reguli dup\u0103 care circul\u0103 trenurile, sunt intervale de siguran\u021b\u0103 \u0219i de aici apar \u0219i problemele de capacitate. Nu este acela\u0219i principiu ca la tramvai, spre exemplu<\/em>\u201d, continu\u0103 pre\u0219edintele ARF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Investi\u021biile preconizate ini\u021bial pentru cele 16 linii se ridicau la 600 de milioane de euro, adic\u0103 aproape jum\u0103tate din bugetul anual al Municipiului Bucure\u0219ti. Banii trebuie \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bi\u021bi \u00eentre sisteme \u0219i subsisteme de infrastructur\u0103 \u0219i achizi\u021bia de material rulant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>Pe zona unde este un singur fir pe centura feroviar\u0103 a Bucure\u0219tiului vorbim de proiecte de dublare a liniei. Toata centura va fi cu linie dubl\u0103, electrificat\u0103. E modelul de la Berlin, S41 \u0219i S42, cu un tren circular. Din p\u0103cate inelul feroviar al Bucure\u0219tiului nu va putea fi gata \u00eenainte de 2030-2035, pentru c\u0103 nu este lucrare foarte simpl\u0103. P\u00e2n\u0103 la urma centura feroviar\u0103 are singurul rol de a uni serviciile de transport \u00eentre ele. Nimeni nu va folosi trenul circular de a se plimba pe centura capitalei de dragul centurii<\/em>\u201d, mai spune \u0218tefan Ro\u0219eanu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/jQUSYPZg3Dc?start=57\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>Sper\u0103m ca odat\u0103 cu noul mers al trenurilor de la 1 decembrie 2023 s\u0103 avem prima \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bire a serviciului metropolitan prin completarea serviciilor comandate de ARF cu serviciile cu care vine autoritatea local\u0103 \u0219i, \u00een paralel, s\u0103 vedem demararea licita\u021biei pentru trenurile pe care le cump\u0103ra regiunea Bucure\u0219ti-Ilfov care s\u0103 completeze flota na\u021bional\u0103, plus diversele lucr\u0103ri punctuale de amenajare \u0219i reamenajare de puncte de oprire, acces la gar\u0103 \u0219i iluminat public.
