Documentul va fi votat \u00een \u0219edin\u021ba Consiliului General de la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul lunii octombrie. Practic, \u00een baza acestui protocol putem ini\u021bia demersuri concrete pentru demararea investi\u021biilor necesare atingerii obiectivului. \u00cen aceast\u0103 faz\u0103, sunt vizate trei trasee prioritare: Bucure\u0219ti Gara de Nord \u2013 Bucure\u0219ti Obor, Bucure\u0219ti Gara de Nord \u2013 Bucure\u0219ti Vest, respectiv Bucure\u0219ti Vest \u2013 Bucure\u0219ti Obor<\/em>\u201d, a anun\u021bat Nicu\u0219or Dan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen paralel, Asocia\u021bia de Transport Metropolitan &#8211; TPBI a publicat pe 4 octombrie 2022 un anun\u021b \u00een Jurnalul Oficial al Uniunii Europene privind inten\u021bia de a lansa procedura de atribuire competitiv\u0103 a contractului de servicii publice pentru transportul feroviar aferent Trenului Metropolitan Bucure\u0219ti-Ilfov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anun\u021bul a fost f\u0103cut pentru proiectul trenului metropolitan Bucure\u0219ti \u2013 Ilfov \u00een ansamblu, urm\u00e2nd ca TPBI, pe baza mandatelor ob\u021binute de la prim\u0103riile membre ale Asocia\u021biei, s\u0103 desf\u0103\u0219oare procedura de achizi\u021bie a serviciului de transport public pentru 20 de rute feroviare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Gara de Nord \u2013 Aeroport T1<\/li><li>Gara de Nord \u2013 Scrovi\u0219tea<\/li><li>Gara de Nord \u2013 Gara de Vest<\/li><li>Gara de Nord \u2013 B\u0103neasa \u2013 Gara Obor,<\/li><li>Gara Obor \u2013 B\u0103neasa \u2013 Gara de Vest<\/li><li>Titan Sud \u2013 T\u00e2nganu<\/li><li>Gara de Nord \u2013 Pantelimon<\/li><li>Gara de Nord \u2013 B\u0103neasa \u2013 Islaz<\/li><li>Gara Obor \u2013 Pantelimon \u2013 Islaz<\/li><li>Gara de Nord \u2013 S\u0103b\u0103reni<\/li><li>Gara de Nord \u2013 Domne\u0219tii de Sus<\/li><li>Gara de Nord \u2013 C\u0103ciula\u021bi<\/li><li>Gara de Nord \u2013 Greci<\/li><li>Gara de Nord \u2013 Gara Vest \u2013 Progresul<\/li><li>Gara Obor \u2013 B\u0103neasa \u2013 Aeroport T1<\/li><li>Gara de Nord \u2013 Snagov Plaja<\/li><li>Gara Obor \u2013 Tunari \u2013 Aeroport T1<\/li><li>Gara de Nord \u2013 Balote\u0219ti \u2013 Aeroport T2<\/li><li>Orbital Mare (Centura)<\/li><li>Orbital Mic (inel median)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>Procedura de atribuire va fi cea competitiv\u0103, durata contractelor fiind de maximum 15 ani, iar procedura de licita\u021bie va putea fi lansat\u0103 abia dup\u0103 data de 3 octombrie 2023. Pentru acest proiect, poate fi utilizat\u0103 infrastructura deja existent\u0103 care trebuie modernizat\u0103 \u0219i numai \u00een unele cazuri construit\u0103 de la zero<\/em>\u201d, transmite TPBI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru realizarea primei etape, respectiv, traseele Gara de Nord \u2013 Gara Vest, Gara de Nord \u2013 B\u0103neasa \u2013 Gara Obor, Gara Obor \u2013 B\u0103neasa \u2013 Gara de Vest, Gara de Nord \u2013 Scrovi\u0219tea, ar fi nevoie de 44 de milioane de euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TPBI estimeaz\u0103 o cerere de 86.000 de c\u0103l\u0103tori pe zi \u00een prima faz\u0103 a proiectului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>Estim\u0103rile din studiu pot fi dep\u0103\u0219ite, av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere un caz precedent, c\u00e2nd estimarea num\u0103rului de c\u0103l\u0103tori pentru trenul Gara de Nord- Aeroportul Henri Coand\u0103 a fost dep\u0103\u0219it\u0103 deja de trei ori. P\u00e2n\u0103 la \u00eenceperea oper\u0103rii, TPBI \u0219i, respectiv, Prim\u0103ria Capitalei, asistat\u0103 de speciali\u0219tii TPBI \u2013 vor lansa achizi\u021bii de servicii de realizare a documenta\u021biilor tehnice de avizarea lucr\u0103rilor de interven\u021bie \u0219i a studiilor de fezabilitate pentru punctele de oprire existente, respectiv altele noi, \u00een vederea asigur\u0103rii unor condi\u021bii superioare de confort \u0219i cre\u0219terea mobilit\u0103\u021bii popula\u021biei deservite, urm\u00e2nd ca ulterior s\u0103 se treac\u0103 \u0219i la execu\u021bia lucr\u0103rilor necesare, stabilite prin studii<\/em>\u201d, a mai transmis asocia\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De altfel, la nivelul Autorit\u0103\u021bii pentru Reform\u0103 Feroviar\u0103 se afl\u0103 \u00een plin\u0103 desf\u0103\u0219urarea o licita\u021bie pentru trenuri de scurt parcurs. Lotul 3 include \u201c<em>19 trenuri care vor deservi direct municipiile Bucure\u0219ti, Ploie\u0219ti, Bra\u0219ov, Constan\u021ba \u0219i Alexandria, prin intermediul nodului feroviar \u00eenvecinat. Trenurile din acest lot vor asigura inclusiv leg\u0103tura cu sta\u021biunile de pe Valea Prahovei<\/em>\u201d.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teoretic, toate liniile de tren metropolitan ar urma s\u0103 fie opera\u021bionalizate p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 2030.
