Conform acelora\u0219i surse, \u00een urm\u0103 cu doar dou\u0103 zile, Flota I Drive ar fi f\u0103cut contracte individuale de munc\u0103 pentru 750 de angaja\u021bi. Compania a primit o amend\u0103 de 200 de mii de lei. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Le-am solicitat inspectorilor de munc\u0103 toleran\u021b\u0103 zero la astfel de cazuri, dat fiind faptul c\u0103 ace\u0219ti lucr\u0103tori nu beneficiaz\u0103 de asigurare de s\u0103n\u0103tate \u0219i nici de pensie! Inspec\u021bia s-a terminat pe 20 septembrie, iar la dou\u0103 zile distan\u021b\u0103 Flota I Drive ar fi f\u0103cut 750 de angaj\u0103ri \u00eentr-o singur\u0103 zi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Flota I Drive a fost \u00eenfiin\u021bat\u0103 de Mihaela-Cristina Botezan \u00een 2019, singurul an \u00een care firma a depus bilan\u021bul la Ministerul Finan\u021belor Publice. Atunci nu avea niciun angajat, dar \u00eenregistra venituri de peste 500 de mii de lei. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De asemenea, sediul firmei este \u00eentr-o camer\u0103 din blocul East City Tower din Sectorul 3. Instan\u021ba a dat dreptate companiei de uleiuri \u0219i dosarul este \u00eenschis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De asemenea, din 2020, Flota I Drive este asociat\u0103 \u00een Brotherhood Concept SRL, o companie cu sediul \u00een Constan\u021ba \u0219i a c\u0103rei activitate principal\u0103 este, potrivit Monitorului Oficial, \u201eRestaurante\u201c. Firma a avut anual datorii \u00eenc\u0103 de la \u00eenfiin\u021bare, din 2018. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen primii doi ani, datoriile au fost de pu\u021bin peste dou\u0103 mii de lei, urm\u00e2nd ca \u00een 2020 \u0219i \u00een 2021 s\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 60 de mii de lei, conform Ministerului Finan\u021belor Publice.
