Ignorate complet sau \u00een cel mai bun caz \u021binute la sertar, ideile \u0219i propunerile din ultimii 30 de ani privind \u00eenfiin\u021barea C\u0103ilor Ferate ale Bucure\u0219tiului sunt ast\u0103zi pe masa discu\u021biilor la nivelul tuturor autorit\u0103\u021bilor locale \u0219i centrale. Documentele ob\u021binute de Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti sunt ghiduri \u0219i strategii care au toate \u0219ansele s\u0103 devin\u0103 realitate \u021bin\u00e2nd cont de perspectivele de dezvoltare ale Capitalei \u0219i zonei metropolitane pentru urm\u0103torii 50 de ani.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unul dintre atuurile prea pu\u021bin exploatate ale Capitalei este reprezentat de re\u021beaua feroviar\u0103 a ora\u0219ului. Primele drumuri de fier au \u00eenceput s\u0103 fie construite \u00eenc\u0103 de acum 150 de ani. \u00cen anii comunismului, re\u021beaua a fost extins\u0103 pentru a asigura fluxul de materii prime \u0219i transportul produselor finite de la fabricile-mamut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ignorate de politicile urbane care au vizat doar dezvoltarea rutier\u0103 \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 fie g\u00e2ndite de la bun \u00eenceput strict \u00een beneficiul popula\u021biei rezidente, liniile de cale ferat\u0103 care br\u0103zdeaz\u0103 Capitala reprezint\u0103 la aceast\u0103 or\u0103 piatra de temelie \u00een solu\u021biile de transport, culmea, de ultim\u0103 genera\u021bie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Surprinz\u0103tor, trenurile urbane sunt cea mai viabil\u0103 solu\u021bie pentru descongestionarea ora\u0219ului dar \u0219i o arma secret\u0103 \u00een lupta \u00eempotriva polu\u0103rii. Berzei, de unde traseul se poate bifurca spre Gara Obor cu prelungire ulterioar\u0103 spre Gara Bucure\u0219ti Sud \u0219i ie\u0219ire pe centura feroviar\u0103. Asta ar presupune \u00eens\u0103 \u0219i modernizarea G\u0103rii Obor dar \u0219i reconfigurarea perimetrului feroviar aferent.
