Totu\u0219i, pare c\u0103, atunci c\u00e2nd coronavirusul chiar a ajuns \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, am fost cu to\u021bii lua\u021bi prin surprindere. \u0218i \u00eenc\u0103 suntem zi de zi. De ce crezi c\u0103 se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 asta? &nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e2nd vine vorba de viitor, creierele noastre, ca s\u0103 poat\u0103 s\u0103 func\u021bioneze, au nevoie de o iluzie a controlului. Asta s-ar face pe baza previzibilit\u0103\u021bii. Adic\u0103 eu m\u0103 uit \u00een trecutul meu \u0219i constat c\u0103 sunt \u00een stare s\u0103 generez ni\u0219te lucruri \u0219i pot s\u0103 fac ni\u0219te previziuni \u00eentr-un mod ra\u021bional. Ele sunt optimiste sau pesimiste, dup\u0103 cum poate fiecare, dar sunt ale noastre de f\u0103cut. Ce ni s-a \u00eent\u00e2mplat acuma cu Covid-19 e c\u0103 iluzia controlului a devenit o strecur\u0103toare. Toate lucrurile care generau stabilitate, c\u0103 \u0219tiai c\u00e2nd pleci \u00een concediu, \u0219tiai c\u00e2nd te duci la serviciu \u0219i c\u00e2nd te \u00eentorci, \u0219tiai c\u0103 ai un plan cu prietenii, c\u0103 ai restaurantul t\u0103u preferat unde-\u021bi bei cafeaua, au cam disp\u0103rut. \u0218i, atunci, fiecare dintre noi avem de digerat dou\u0103 chestii: prima este frica concret\u0103 de rafturile goale din magazine \u0219i restul lucrurilor care ni se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103, iar a doua e anxietatea generat\u0103 de faptul c\u0103 ne punem \u00eentreb\u0103ri cu privire la cum o s\u0103 fie m\u00e2ine, poim\u00e2ine \u0219i r\u0103spoim\u00e2ine \u0219i nicinul dintre noi nu \u0219tie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Ce ni s-a \u00eent\u00e2mplat acuma cu Covid-19 e c\u0103 iluzia controlului a devenit o strecur\u0103toare. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Care e mai exact diferen\u021ba dintre fric\u0103 \u0219i anxietate?<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Frica e cea generat\u0103 de prezent, de lucrurile concrete, iar anxietatea, care e generat\u0103 din imagina\u021bie, e rezultatul colabor\u0103rii noastre cu viitorul. Avem dou\u0103 probleme. Una se refer\u0103 exact la lucrurile care se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 \u00een momentul \u0103sta, care nu sunt toate la fel de dramatice cum ai fi tentat s\u0103 le iei \u00een considerare. Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 avalan\u0219a de \u0219tiri care vine peste fiecare dintre noi, mai sunt \u0219i diverse comportamente care nasc panic\u0103 \u0219i pe care le vezi \u00een jurul t\u0103u \u0219i pe care iar trebuie s\u0103 le colectezi \u0219i interpretezi \u00eentr-un mod con\u0219tient: f\u0103cutul de provizii, oamenii cu m\u0103\u0219ti pe strad\u0103 \u0219.a.m.d. \u00cen mod automat, apare frica. A doua problem\u0103 are leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu prima, \u00eens\u0103 e alimentat\u0103 de imagina\u021bia noastr\u0103 \u0219i de cum ne construim viitorul \u00een capul nostru. Fiecare dintre noi o s\u0103 aib\u0103 de gestionat mai mult\u0103 anxietate dec\u00e2t de obicei pentru o perioad\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Ai men\u021bionat avalan\u0219a de \u0219tiri ca o poten\u021bial\u0103 surs\u0103 de fric\u0103 \u0219i ulterior\nanxietate. Cum ar trebui controlat acest lucru? <\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Limitatul consumului de \u0219tiri \u0219i a unor informa\u021bii pe care nu le po\u021bi disemina. Trebuie s\u0103 gestionezi mul\u021bimea de informa\u021bii \u00eentr-un mod responsabil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Ce altceva ar ajuta la diminuarea amalgamului de sentimente negative?<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aten\u021bia trebuie s\u0103 fie pe ce pot s\u0103 fac eu concret. Pot s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleg c\u0103 pe fiecare dintre noi numai cuv\u00e2ntele criz\u0103 economic\u0103 ne las\u0103 cu fiori pe \u0219ira spin\u0103rii, da nu-i ceva ce eu pot \u00een mod concret s\u0103 gestionez. Nu supraaprovizionez, \u00eencerc c\u00e2t de c\u00e2t s\u0103-mi p\u0103strez o normalitate, m\u0103 g\u00e2ndesc la cum pot s\u0103 \u021bin cont de ni\u0219te restric\u021bii fire\u0219ti de interac\u021biune. \u00cen acela\u0219i timp, con\u0219tientizez c\u0103 nu o s\u0103 se termine m\u00e2ine, deci va trebui s\u0103-mi g\u0103sesc un fel de a tr\u0103i care s\u0103 m\u0103 ajute s\u0103 nu-mi pierd min\u021bile. De exemplu, pot s\u0103 ies s\u0103 fac o plimbare, adic\u0103 ceva care se poate face f\u0103r\u0103 a \u00eei pune \u00een pericol pe ceilal\u021bi. Cineva mi-a spus chiar c\u0103 nu se mai\nsimte util\u0103. Ce p\u0103rere ai despre asta<\/strong>?<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Lucrul de acas\u0103, da, e claustrofobic. \u0218i depinde \u0219i unde stai acas\u0103, dac\u0103\nte treze\u0219ti \u00eentr-o garsonier\u0103 mic\u0103 e una, dac\u0103 via\u021ba a fost mai generoas\u0103 cu\ntine \u0219i ai o cas\u0103 mare e alta. Utilitatea jobului nu se schimb\u0103 din cauza\nlocului. Pentru c\u0103 nu mai ai de unde s\u0103-\u021bi iei energia, iar asta e de ajuns ca s\u0103 devii\npanicat \u0219i s\u0103 te sim\u021bi prins \u00een cu\u0219c\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Ce pot face extrover\u021bii cu work from home?<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Au nevoie s\u0103 se asigure c\u0103 pot s\u0103 interac\u021bioneze cu ceilal\u021bi m\u0103car virtual.\nS\u0103-\u0219i programeze s\u0103 vorbeasc\u0103 cu prietenii la telefon, s\u0103 se vad\u0103 cu ei pe\nskype. S\u0103 se \u00eent\u00e2lneasc\u0103 cu un prieten doi, asta \u00eenc\u0103 se poate face. Poate s\u0103 cheme\npe cineva \u00een vizit\u0103. Cu un minim de precau\u021bie lucrurile astea sunt ok, dac\u0103\nomul e sigur c\u0103 nu are niciun fel de problem\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Prin urmare \u00een\u021beleg c\u0103 e foarte important s\u0103 \u00eencerc\u0103m s\u0103 ne construim o\nnou\u0103 normalitate, una \u00een care nu ne aliment\u0103m cu fric\u0103 \u0219i anxietate.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Da. Ce e esen\u021bial este c\u0103 emo\u021bia nu e informa\u021bie. Faptul c\u0103 \u021bi-e fric\u0103 sau faptul c\u0103 te sim\u021bi \u00een pericol nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 e\u0219ti \u00een pericol. Emo\u021bia e consecin\u021ba unei pove\u0219ti pe care \u021bi-o spui despre realitate. Acum c\u0103 trecem printr-o pandemie, este foarte important ca aceast\u0103 poveste s\u0103 fie ra\u021bional\u0103. Bine\u00een\u021beles, nu o s\u0103 ne min\u021bim c\u0103 via\u021ba-i cum a fost, pentru c\u0103 nu e. Dar povestea trebuie s\u0103 fie ra\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i pozitiv\u0103. Dialogul din capul nostru trebuie s\u0103 ne ajute, nu s\u0103 ne \u00eengroape. De asta spun c\u0103 cea mai bun\u0103 solu\u021bie e s\u0103 limitez \u0219tirile \u0219i s\u0103 \u00eencerc s\u0103 fac ce e mai bun cu ce am. S\u0103 \u00eencerc s\u0103 nu m\u0103 setez pe lucrurile care nu depind de mine ci pe ceea ce depinde de mine concret. Dac\u0103 fiecare dintre noi facem ceva, at\u00e2t c\u00e2t \u021bine de noi, ca s\u0103 nu agrav\u0103m situa\u021bia, lucrurile per total o s\u0103 fie mai bune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Emo\u021bia e consecin\u021ba unei pove\u0219ti pe care \u021bi-o spui despre realitate.
