Reabilitarea va ajunge, \u00een medie, la 123.000 de euro pentru un singur peron, valoare cu TVA, de 2,4 ori mai mult dec\u00e2t a costat modernizarea la primele 8. Lucr\u0103rile ar trebui s\u0103 fie gata p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een septembrie, c\u00e2nd vor intra \u00een circula\u021bie primele tramvaie produse de Astra Arad \u0219i care sunt mai lungi dec\u00e2t refugiile. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proiectul <em>Modernizare peroane pe traseul liniei de tramvai 41<\/em> a fost aprobat \u00een <a href=\"http:\/\/acteinterne.pmb.ro\/legis\/acteinterne\/AtachInt\/H717_18.pdf\">CGMB \u00een octombrie 2018<\/a>. Reabilitarea celor 22 de refugii era estimat\u0103 atunci c\u0103 va costa 6,9 milioane de lei. Lucrarea trebuia terminat\u0103 \u00een 8 luni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" data-src=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-1234.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-43484 lazyload\" width=\"452\" height=\"301\" data-sizes=\"auto\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-1234.png 663w, https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-1234-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-1234-550x366.png 550w, https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-1234-600x399.png 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 452px) 100vw, 452px\" \/><figcaption>sursa HCGMB<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Noile garnituri de tramvai produse de Astra Arad au&nbsp;<strong>36 de metri,<\/strong>&nbsp;cu mult mai mult dec\u00e2t cele aflate acum \u00een circula\u021bie, care au maxim&nbsp;<strong>27 de metri lungime<\/strong>. \u00cenc\u0103 de la semnarea contractului, problema a fost semnalat\u0103 de STB care a \u00eenceput procedura de modernizare \u0219i prelungire a refugiilor, proiect preluat apoi de municipalitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform datelor furnizate de STB, pentru Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti,&nbsp;<em>refugiile de tramvai din municipiul Bucure\u015fti nu au o lungime standard.&nbsp;<strong>Lungimea peroanelor variaz\u0103 \u00eentre 28 \u0219i 90 de metri,<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00een func\u021bie de perioada c\u00e2nd au fost construite sau modernizate.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8 peroane \u00een 4 ani, 50.000 de euro bucata<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen cei aproape 4 ani de c\u00e2nd investi\u021bia de reabilitare a refugiilor a primit und\u0103 verde \u00een Consiliul General au fost modernizate doar 8 din cele 22 cuprinse \u00een proiect. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prim\u0103ria Capitalei a trimis, la solicitarea Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti, o situa\u021bie cu costurile de reabilitare a celor 8 peroane. \u00cen total, modernizarea lor a costat 2 milioane de lei, cu TVA. Ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103, \u00een medie, <strong>50.000 de euro per bucat\u0103<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe 2 iunie a ajuns \u00een Capital\u0103 primul tramvai produs de Astra Arad pentru municipalitate, care va fi supus probelor \u0219i omolog\u0103rii. Nicu\u0219or Dan a anun\u021bat c\u0103 \u00een fiecare lun\u0103 vor sosi alte patru garnituri. \u00cen total, Prim\u0103ria a contractat 100 de tramvaie produse la Arad pentru care va pl\u0103ti 200 de milioane de euro, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14 peroane \u00een 4 luni, 123.000 de euro bucata<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Primele tramvaie vor circula pe lina 41 de la 1 septembrie, poate mai repede. E nevoie s\u0103 extindem ni\u015fte peroane. Azi (2 iunie, n. red) am avut o \u015fedin\u0163\u0103, pentru c\u0103 au crescut pre\u0163urile, am m\u0103rit indicatorii \u015fi p\u00e2n\u0103 iese tramvaiul din probe vom avea peroanele m\u0103rite. Urm\u0103torul lot va circula pe liniile 1-10\u201d, a declarat Nicu\u015for Dan la Digi 24.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Restul de 14 peroane r\u0103mase nemodernizate care urma s\u0103 fie gata p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een septembrie vor costa, \u00eens\u0103, mult mai mult dec\u00e2t primele 8. Valoarea  proiectului a fost modificat\u0103 de consilierii generali la 8.585.000 de lei, cu TVA. Ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103  aproximativ <strong>123.000 de euro bucata<\/strong>. Peroanele sunt din beton armat, iar acoperirea va fi cu asfalt. Totodat\u0103, peroanele vor fi dotate cu gard pentru protec\u021bia c\u0103l\u0103torilor, indicator \u0219i born\u0103 de ocolire \u00een alveola de la cap\u0103tul peronului, indicator de sta\u021bie, co\u0219uri de gunoi, funda\u021bii pentru ad\u0103postirea c\u0103l\u0103torilor.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Pentru alimentarea cu energie electric\u0103 a peroanelor sunt prev\u0103zute urm\u0103toarele:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>Pozarea \u00een lungul peronului a \u021bevilor de protec\u021bie pentru alimentarea cu energie electric\u0103 a consumatorilor electrici de pe peron;<\/em><\/li><li><em>Realizarea \u00een peron a c\u0103minelor de tragere amplasate astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 se poat\u0103 realiza coresponden\u021ba cu re\u021beaua multitubular\u0103 existent\u0103 \u0219i cu c\u0103minul din trotuar pentru asigurarea surselor de alimentare cu energie electric\u0103 pentru consumatorii din peron;<\/em><\/li><li><em>\u00cen dreptul peroanelor se vor utiliza subtravers\u0103rile existente din carosabil \u00een vederea asigur\u0103rii surselor de alimentare cu energie electric\u0103 pentru consumatorii din peron \u015fi a instala\u021biei de legare Ia p\u0103m\u00e2nt. \u00cen cazul \u00een care nu se vor putea utiliza subtravers\u0103rile existente, se vor realiza altele prin foraj dirijat orizontal.<\/em><\/li><li><em>Realizarea instala\u021biei de legare Ia p\u0103m\u00e2nt prin pozarea \u00een lungul peronului a unui platband din o\u021bel zincat Ia care se vor racorda toate elementele metalice ale peronului (ad\u0103post pentru calatori, indicator sta\u021bie, gard etc.)<\/em>, ne-a transmis Prim\u0103ria Bucure\u0219ti.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Lucr\u0103rile de modernizare a peroanelor vor fi executate de Trustul de Cl\u0103diri Metropolitane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alte 33 de peroane a\u0219teapt\u0103 modernizarea<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Situa\u021bia nu e mai bun\u0103 nici pe celelalte linii, altele dec\u00e2t 41,  pe care vor circula garnituri Astra. Conform Studiului de oportunitate aprobat de HCGMB, noile tramvaie sunt destinate linilor 1, 10, 21, 25, 32, 40, 41 \u015fi 55.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Singura linie pe care nu mai e nevoie de modernizarea peroanelor este linia 50. La toate celelalte mai trebuie f\u0103cute lucr\u0103ri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Linia 1- 3 peroane;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Linia 10- 3 peroane;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Linia 21- 1 peron;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Linia 25 \u2013 22 peroane (patru peroane la comun cu linia 1\/10);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Linia 32 \u2013 2 peroane<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Linia 40 \u2013 2 peroane;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru aceste lucr\u0103ri nu exist\u0103, \u00eenc\u0103, proiecte de modernizare \u0219i nici buget alocat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform estim\u0103rilor f\u0103cute de PMB, cele mai aglomerate linii de tramvai sunt 1 \u0219i 10, ambele cu peste 50.000 de c\u0103l\u0103tori zilnic.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Consilierii generali au aprobat, pe 2 iunie 2022, noii indicatori tehnico economici ai proiectului de reabilitare a 14 peroane de tramvai de pe linia 41, r\u0103mase nemodernizate.
