Fostul primar al Capitalei, Sorin Oprescu, a fost eliberat pe cau\u021biune de judec\u0103torii de la Curtea de Apel din Atena. Oprescu a fost arestat \u00een Grecia \u00een urma unui mandat interna\u021bional emis dup\u0103 ce a primit o decizie definitiv\u0103 de \u00eenchisoare cu executare pentru organizarea unui grup infrac\u021bional organizat. Fostul primar trebuie s\u0103 pl\u0103teasc\u0103 5000 de euro cau\u021biune \u0219i s\u0103 se prezinte de 2 ori pe lun\u0103 la poli\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Procesul de extr\u0103dare al fostului edil general a avut loc ieri dar judec\u0103torii s-au pronun\u021bat abia ast\u0103zi. Decizia lor este de eliberare a lui Sorin Oprescu, \u00een schimbul unei cau\u021biuni. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sorin Oprescu a fost dat \u00een urm\u0103rire interna\u021bional\u0103 pe 13 mai, dup\u0103 ce Curtea de Apel Bucure\u0219ti pronun\u021base sentin\u021ba<\/a> definitiv\u0103 \u00een dosarul \u00een care a fost acuzat de organizare de grup infrac\u021bional \u0219i luare de mit\u0103 – 10 ani \u0219i 8 luni de \u00eenchisoare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pe 17 mai, Sorin Oprescu a fost arestat \u00een Grecia. El se ascundea \u00eentr-o cas\u0103 dintr-o suburbie lini\u0219tit\u0103 a Atenei, a\u0219a cum au descoperit jurnali\u0219tii eleni.<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oprescu nu este singurul condamnat rom\u00e2n care \u0219i-a g\u0103sit refugiu \u00een Grecia. \u00cen august 2021, Drago\u0219 S\u0103vulescu a fost arestat, tot \u00een baza unui mandat interna\u021bional, pe insula Mikonos dar extradarea sa a fost refuzat\u0103 de magistra\u021bii eleni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
