Direc\u021bia va primit 40 de milioane de lei din bugetul ora\u0219ului, cu 38% mai mult dec\u00e2t anul trecut. Alte 15,5 milioane de lei vor ajungela Clubul Sportiv Voluntari, iar alte 7,1 milioane la Catedrala aflat\u0103 \u00een construc\u021bie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proiectul de buget pe 2022 al ora\u0219ului Voluntari a intrat direct la vot \u00een Consiliul Local f\u0103r\u0103 a fi pus \u00een dezbatere public\u0103.  Planurilor primarului Pandele privind modul \u00een care se vor cheltui banii anul acesta i s-au opus doar consilierii USR. A\u0219a c\u0103 bugetul a trecut cu o larg\u0103 majoritate de 16 voturi pentru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Veniturile estimate pentru anul \u00een curs sunt mai mari dec\u00e2t cele realizate anul trecut cu 28%, din care 22% sunt bani europeni. Aceea\u0219i bani au figurat \u00eens\u0103 \u0219i anul trecut \u00een prognoza de buget, dar nu au fost \u0219i accesa\u021bi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\u00cen 2022, cei mai mul\u021bi bani din venituri proprii se vor duce c\u0103tre <em>Religie, cultur\u0103, recreere \u0219i sport. <\/em>Au sc\u0103zut, \u00een schimb, aloc\u0103rile bugetare fa\u021b\u0103 de anul trecut la Asisten\u021b\u0103 social\u0103, finan\u021barea C\u0103minului de b\u0103tr\u00e2ni.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00cen 2021, zero la absorb\u021bia de fonduri europene. \u00cen 2022 mai \u00eencearc\u0103 o dat\u0103<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Florentin Pandele mizeaz\u0103 c\u0103 \u00een visteria prim\u0103riei pe care o conduce vor intra, anul acesta,<strong> 439 de milioane de lei<\/strong>. Anul trecut n-a reu\u0219it s\u0103 str\u00e2ng\u0103 dec\u00e2t 341 de milioane de\u0219i a colectat mai multe din surse proprii dec\u00e2t prognozase, dar a ratat absorb\u021bia de fonduri europene, dup\u0103 cum reiese din execu\u021bia bugetar\u0103 pe 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mai exact, \u00een bugetul de anul trecut, erau prev\u0103zute fonduri europene pentru transport \u0219i \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt de 95.5 de milioane de lei, din care nici m\u0103car un ban nu a ajuns \u00een conturile prim\u0103riei. Simplu. Prin transferuri succesive din bugetul local \u00een bugetul a dou\u0103 insitu\u021bii aflate \u00een subordinea Prim\u0103riei: <strong>Clubul Sportiv Or\u0103\u0219enesc Voluntari \u0219i Direc\u021bia Educa\u021bie, Cultur\u0103, Sport \u0219i Identitate Comunitar\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen bugetul aprobat ini\u021bial de consilierii locali, la cheltuieli pentru <em>alte servicii in domeniile culturii, recreerii \u0219i religiei,<\/em> erau prev\u0103zute dou\u0103 transferuri de bani. Pandele a fost mult mai generos cu cele dou\u0103 institu\u021bii, suma total\u0103 transferat\u0103 de-a lungul anului a fost apropae dubl\u0103, adic\u0103 <strong>42.2 milioane de lei<\/strong>.  Conform datelor de la Ministerul Finan\u021belor DECIS a primit p\u00e2n\u0103 la urm\u0103 prin transfer <strong>29,1  de milioane de lei<\/strong>, iar Clubul Sportiv <span style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.2);\"><b>13,1 milioane<\/b><\/span><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">18,85 de milioane de lei au ajuns, \u00een 2021, la Metropola TV \u0219i FC Voluntari<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen execu\u021bia financiar\u0103 pe anul 2021, depus\u0103 de DESIC Voluntari la Ministerul Fina\u021belor, am g\u0103sit explicit cum au fost cheltui\u021bi banii primi\u021bi de la buget, din bani publici. Proiectul nu este public, a\u0219a cu ar trebui s\u0103 fie, conform legisla\u021biei \u00een vigoare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Din datele prezentate consilierilor afl\u0103m c\u0103 bugetul total al direc\u021bei, estimat pentru 2022, este de 40,5 milioane de lei. Execu\u021bia bugetar\u0103 de anul trecut, pentru aceea\u0219i direc\u021bie, a fost de 29.4 milioane de lei. Diferen\u021ba major\u0103 \u00eentre sume vine din transferul de bani de la Prim\u0103ria Voluntari, despre care vorbeam mai sus, cele <strong>40 de milioane de lei. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe ce se vor duce ace\u0219ti bani?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cea mai mare cre\u0219tere la cheltuieli este la capitolul <strong>personal.<\/strong> Salariile de baz\u0103 ale angaja\u021bilor direc\u021biei cresc de la un total de<strong> 2,933 milioane \u00een 2021 la 7 milioane \u00een 2022<\/strong>, la care se mai adaug\u0103 \u0219i contribu\u021biile, sporurile \u0219i indemniza\u021biile de hran\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ca valoare, urm\u0103toarea alocare bugetar\u0103 este la Investi\u021bii &#8211;  <strong>6,8 milioane de lei<\/strong> vor fi cheltui\u021bi pe construirea unui cl\u0103diri multifunc\u021bionale \u00een incinta bazei Ni\u021b\u0103 Pintea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9 milioane de lei <\/strong>sunt prev\u0103zute \u00een bugetul pe 2022, pentru <em>contractele pe care direc\u021bia le are \u00een derulare, <\/em>mai exact cu FC Voluntari. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"659\" height=\"102\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" data-src=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-1149.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-39929 lazyload\" data-sizes=\"auto\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-1149.png 659w, https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-1149-300x46.png 300w, https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-1149-550x85.png 550w, https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-1149-600x93.png 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 659px) 100vw, 659px\" \/><figcaption>Sursa Proiect de buget DECSIC<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru <em>ac\u021biunile cu caracter \u0219tiin\u021bific \u0219i cultural<\/em>, direc\u021bia va avea la dispozi\u021bie un buget de <strong>4 milioane de lei, de 2 ori mai mare ca \u00een 2021.<\/strong> De aici se iau banii pentru pelerinajele organizate de Pandele dar \u0219i pentru diverse alte s\u0103rb\u0103tori. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru Metropola TV, \u00een proiectul de buget pe anul acesta, sunt prev\u0103zute doar <strong>2 milioane de lei. <\/strong>La explica\u021biile din nota de fundamentare a bugetului se men\u021bioneaz\u0103 c\u0103 ace\u0219ti bani sunt la dispozi\u021bia direc\u021biei pentru <em>posibilele contribu\u021bii<\/em>. Prim\u0103ria va cump\u0103ra ma\u0219ini pentru aparatul propriu de 350.000 de lei \u0219i pentru poli\u021bia local\u0103 de aproape 1 milion. 1,3 milioane de lei vor fi folosite pentru lucr\u0103ri de construc\u021bie la o nou\u0103 \u0219coal\u0103 \u00een Pipera. Tot \u00een 2022 vor \u00eencepe lucr\u0103ri de alimentare cu ap\u0103 pe strada Crinului evaluate la 4,6 milioane de lei. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cei mai mul\u021bi bani vor ajunge, evident, la lucr\u0103rile de infrastructur\u0103. 20 de milioane de lei vor fi cheltuite pe modernizarea de str\u0103zi iar 10 milioane pe exproprieri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery
