Dosarele au fost deschise in rem \u015fi vizeaz\u0103 s\u0103v\u00e2r\u015firea infrac\u0163iunilor de abuz \u00een serviciu \u015fi z\u0103d\u0103rnicirea combaterii bolilor. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potrivit Agerpres, cele dou\u0103 dosare nu sunt instrumentate de procurorii de la Sec\u0163ia de Urm\u0103rire Penal\u0103 \u015fi Criminalistic\u0103 din cadrul Parchetului General, ci de alte unit\u0103\u0163i subordonate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot pentru Congresul din 25 septembrie, Partidul Na\u0163ional Liberal a fost amendat cu 10.000 de lei de c\u0103tre Poli\u0163ia Capitalei pentru nerespectarea normelor de protec\u0163ie sanitar\u0103. Poli\u021bi\u0219tii au constatat c\u0103 nu au fost luate m\u0103surile necesare pentru a-i determina pe participan\u0163i s\u0103 poarte masc\u0103 \u015fi s\u0103 p\u0103streze distan\u0163area fizic\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/pnl-amendat-de-politie-cu-10-000-de-lei-pentru-nerespectarea-masurilor-anti-covid-la-congres-bode-a-fost-sambata-doar-delegat-pnl-nu-ministru\/\">PNL amendat de Poli\u021bie cu 10.000 de lei pentru nerespectarea m\u0103surilor anti-Covid la Congres. Bode a fost s\u00e2mb\u0103t\u0103 doar delegat PNL, nu ministru<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A fost sanc\u0163ionat\u0103 \u0219i firma de paz\u0103 angajat\u0103 pentru Congresul PNL, cu 5.000 de lei, pentru c\u0103 avea obliga\u0163ia s\u0103 \u00een\u015ftiin\u0163eze de urgen\u0163\u0103 cu privire la nereguli &#8211; nerespectarea distan\u0163ei fizice \u015fi nepurtarea corespunz\u0103toare a m\u0103\u015ftii de protec\u0163ie.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Congresul PNL, desf\u0103\u0219urat pe 25 septembrie, mai multe persoane au fost surprinse f\u0103r\u0103 masc\u0103 \u00een plen.
