Peste 1.000 de contracte, \u00eencheiate ilegal"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Operatorul de salubritate din Sectorul 2 al Capitalei, Supercom, este acuzat c\u0103 a \u00eencheiat peste 1.000 de contracte ilegale, care sunt \u00een defavoarea asocia\u021biilor de proprietari \u0219i a locuitorilor. Primarul Radu Mihaiu a declarat, mar\u021bi, c\u0103 va face o sesizare la Protec\u021bia Consumatorului.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eP\u00e2n\u0103 pe 31 decembrie trebuie s\u0103 \u00eencheiem aproape 2.500 de contracte pentru asocia\u021biile de proprietari \u0219i peste 25.000 de ocntracte cu cet\u0103\u021benii care stau la cas\u0103. \u00cengrijorarea vine de la faptul c\u0103, din cele 1.000 de contracte \u00eencheiate p\u00e2n\u0103 acum de operatorul de salubritate, toate trebuie ref\u0103cute. Pentru c\u0103 acel contract care a fost votat de c\u0103tre Consiliul Local a fost \u00eenlocuit de operatorul de salubritare cu un alt contract, care are prevederi mult mai defavorabile cet\u0103\u021benilor\u201d,<\/em> a declarat primarul Sectorului 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acesta mai spune c\u0103, din cele peste 1.000 de contracte deja semnate, 800 sunt cu asocia\u021biile de proprietari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Care sunt neregulile din contractele Supercom?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eTarifele la de\u0219euri sunt duble fa\u021b\u0103 de ce a aprobat Consiliul Local, atunci c\u00e2nd exist\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219iri. A\u0219a ceva este ilegal. Pot s\u0103 men\u021bionez faptul c\u0103, \u00een acest contract dispare obliga\u021bia operatorului de face curat \u00een jurul pubelei pe care o ridic\u0103 \u0219i dispare penalitatea pentru ne\u00eendeplinirea atribu\u021biilor \u0219i neprestarea serviciilor. Este foarte grav\u201d,<\/em> spune Radu Mihaiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prin urmare, edilul a mai precizat c\u0103 a fost creat un site special de unde locuitorii din Sectorul 2 pot desc\u0103rca draftul de contract aprobat de Consiliul Local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eSalubrizare.p2.ro \u2013 acolo pot vedea draftul de contract valid, \u00een a\u0219a fel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 fie siguri c\u0103 semneaz\u0103 ceea ce a aprobat Consiliul Local. \u00cei rog pe to\u021bi cet\u0103\u021benii s\u0103 semneze aceste contracte p\u00e2n\u0103 pe 31 decembrie. Contractele se pot semna \u0219i online, se pot trimite \u0219i prin po\u0219t\u0103 \u0219i vor exista locuri \u00een care vor putea fi semnate la operatorul de salubritate. Cine nu semneaz\u0103 contractul, va pl\u0103ti o tax\u0103 de 21,27 de lei pe lun\u0103\/persoan\u0103.
