Conform legii, toate ar trebui s\u0103 aib\u0103 omologare de la autoritatea care are atribu\u021bii \u00een acest sens, AFER. \u00cen realitate, doar 46 dintre ele au actele necesare pentru a fi puse \u00een circula\u021bie. Prim\u0103ria Bucure\u0219ti recunoa\u0219te c\u0103 sunt omologate doar cele produse \u00een depourile STB \u0219i sus\u021bine c\u0103 pentru restul nu e nevoie. Autoritatea care se ocup\u0103 de omologare spune c\u0103 nu intr\u0103 \u00een atribu\u021biile sale aten\u021bionarea autorit\u0103\u021bilor locale care sunt \u00een ilegalitate cu transportul \u00een comun.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>&#8220;Art. 9. &#8211; (1) Pentru a fi \u00eenmatriculate, \u00eenregistrate sau admise \u00een circula\u0163ie, autovehiculele, mopedele, remorcile \u015fi <strong>tramvaiele <\/strong>trebuie s\u0103 fie omologate \u00een condi\u0163iile legii.&#8221;<\/p><cite>Legea 49 din 8 martie 2006<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conform AFER, doar 46 de tramvaie din parcul STB sunt omologate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Omologarea tramvaielor este obligatorie din 1998, atunci c\u00e2nd, prin  HG 626\/1998 privind organizarea \u015fi func\u0163ionarea Autorit\u0103\u0163ii Feroviare Rom\u00e2ne &#8211; AFER, cu modific\u0103rile \u0219i complet\u0103rile ulterioare, se precizeaz\u0103 c\u0103 AFER este autoritatea care are dreptul de omologare a tramvaielor \u00een Rom\u00e2nia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AFER a comunicat, pentru Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti c\u0103, \u00een acest moment, doar 46 de tramvaie circul\u0103 legal pe traseele din Capital\u0103, toate marc\u0103 proprie. Mai avem date despre 212 vagoane care au avut omologare dar a expirat \u0219i alte 3 tramvaie aflate \u00een aceea\u0219i situa\u021bie. Despre celelalte niciun cuv\u00e2nt. \u0218i nici dac\u0103 au adus la cuno\u0219tin\u021ba autorit\u0103\u021bilor locale \u00een subordinea cui func\u021bioneaz\u0103 starea tehnic\u0103 a parcului de tramvaie. Adic\u0103 exact din anul \u00een care Guvernul a reglementat omologarea acestor mijoace de transport. Ne-a confirmat chiar Prim\u0103ria Bucure\u0219ti \u00een r\u0103spunsul la solicitarea Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti. Singurele garnituri noi, intrate \u00een circula\u021bie \u00een ultimii 23 ani au fost produse de STB \u00een atelierele sale, sub marca BUCUR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform Prim\u0103riei, celelate tramvaie, adic\u0103 cele achizi\u021bionate \u00eenainte de 1998 c\u00e2nd a ap\u0103rut legea de func\u021bionare AFER, n-ar mai avea nevoie de omologare, pentru c\u0103 actul normativ nu se aplica retroactiv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;<em>Av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere c\u0103 Societatea de Transport Bucure\u0219ti nu a mai achizi\u021bionat tramvaie dup\u0103 anul 1998, c\u00e2nd s-a reglementat omologarea tramvaielor, legea nu se poate aplica retroactiv.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Pentru tramvaiele confec\u021bionate de STB S.A., respectiv cele din gama Bucur LF, s-a ob\u021binut omologarea AFER conform certificatului de omologare OT 23\/27.01.2017.<\/em>&#8220;, se men\u021bioneaz\u0103 \u00een comunicatul Prim\u0103riei Generale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doar c\u0103 \u0219i Prim\u0103ria General\u0103, ca \u0219i STB, omite s\u0103 men\u021bioneze garniturile BUCUR care au pierdut omologarea, a\u0219a cum reiese din situ\u021bia AFER.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mai mult, nu face nicio referire la Legea privind circula\u021bia pe drumurile publice care la articolul 9 stipulez\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;Art. 9. &#8211; (1) Pentru a fi \u00eenmatriculate, \u00eenregistrate sau admise \u00een circula\u0163ie, autovehiculele, mopedele, remorcile \u015fi tramvaiele trebuie s\u0103 fie omologate \u00een condi\u0163iile legii<\/em>&#8220;, extras din L49\/2006.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Planuri mari de viitor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prim\u0103ria Bucure\u0219ti ne d\u0103 asigur\u0103ri c\u0103 obligativitatea omolog\u0103rii nu va lipsi din niciun caiet de sarcini de achizi\u021bie tramvaie, \u00een viitor. Mai mult, ne anun\u021b\u0103 c\u0103 a fost deja semnat un contract de achizi\u021bionare de rame Imperio, produs de Astra Arad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;<em>\u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te planurile de \u00eennoire a parcului de tramvaie, v\u0103 transmitem c\u0103 anul acesta a fost semnat un contract de achizi\u021bionare a unui num\u0103r de 100 tramvaie Imperio, dotate cu sistem de climatizare de ultim\u0103 genera\u021bie, care vor circula pe liniile 1, 10, 21, 25, 32, 40, 41, 55.<\/em>&#8220;, scrie \u00een r\u0103spunsul Prim\u0103riei Generale pentru Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prim\u0103ria Muncipiului Bucure\u015fti a publicat pe 11 decembrie 2018 anun\u0163ul pentru achizi\u0163ia a 100 de tramvaie, \u00een valoare de<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>845 de milioane de lei, f\u0103r\u0103 TVA. \u00cen 2019, administra\u021bia Firea a organizat o licita\u021bie pentru achizi\u021bia a 100 de tramvaie, c\u00e2\u0219tigat\u0103 de un produc\u0103tor turc. Astra Arad a depus contesta\u021bie \u0219i a descalificat c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103torul tocmai pe motiv de omologare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"737\" height=\"497\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" data-src=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-799.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-29292 lazyload\" data-sizes=\"auto\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-799.png 737w, https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-799-300x202.png 300w, https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-799-550x371.png 550w, https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-799-600x405.png 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 737px) 100vw, 737px\" \/><figcaption>sursa avactive.com<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La Timi\u0219oara da, la Bucure\u0219ti ba<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen 2019, Comisariatul pentru Protec\u021bia Consumatorului Timi\u0219 a amendat cu 15.000 de lei societatea local\u0103 de transport pentru c\u0103 are \u00een circula\u021bie tramvaie neomologate \u0219i a<a href=\"https:\/\/ziare.com\/social\/administratia\/toate-tramvaiele-ar-putea-fi-suspendate-in-timisoara-jumatate-nu-sunt-omologate-minciuni-in-adrese-oficiale-1569726\"> cerut intrarea \u00een legalitate<\/a> sau scoaterea lor de pe trasee. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em>Au r\u0103mas \u00eenc\u0103 neclare \u015fi mai au un foarte scurt termen de a ne pune la dispozi\u021bie omolog\u0103rile la tramvaiele de tip vechi, care se pare c\u0103 nu exist\u0103. Lucru care ar duce la o situa\u021bie mai delicat\u0103 pentru c\u0103 nu ar fi avut voie s\u0103 realizeze transport public, dac\u0103 nu au formele legale, ne\u00een\u021beleg\u00e2nd cum ar fi putut s\u0103 fie \u00eenmatriculate\u201d,<\/em>&nbsp;a declarat seful CRpC Timi\u0219, Claudiu \u0218u\u0219anu, pentru <a href=\"https:\/\/expressdebanat.ro\/mucegai-rugina-si-tramvaie-vechi-neomologate-amenzi-usturatoare-si-unitati-comerciale-inchise-in-timis\/\">Express de Banat<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am solicitat un punct de vedere Comisariatului pentru Protec\u021bia Consumatoriului Bucure\u0219ti privind acest aspect, iar r\u0103spunsul a fost clar. Din fericire, nimeni nu este r\u0103nit, accidentul cre\u00e2nd probleme doar prin blocarea circula\u021biei tramvaielor pe aceast\u0103 linie. STB comunic\u0103 c\u0103 a fost vorba de un tramvai aflat \u00een Probe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6 iulie, din nou pe aceea\u0219i linie, un tramvai deraiaz\u0103 tot \u00een zona Petre Ispirescu. \u0218i de aceast\u0103 dat\u0103 a fost vorba de un tramvai gol, aflat \u00een probe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-wp-embed is-provider-buletin-de-bucure\u0219ti wp-block-embed-buletin-de-bucure\u0219ti\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"7ZsXmgkJIl\"><a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/un-tramvai-s-a-rupt-pe-sine-pe-linia-32-in-zona-caii-rahova-circulatia-pe-acest-traseu-este-blocata\/\">Un tramvai s-a rupt pe \u0219ine, pe linia 32, \u00een zona C\u0103ii Rahova.
