Potrivit primelor calcule, liniile vor deservi 2,6 milioane de persoane iar un abonament ar urma s\u0103 coste aproximativ 100 de lei pe lun\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proiectul presupune dou\u0103 faze: \u00een prima etapa va fi folosit\u0103 infrastructur\u0103 existent\u0103 care va suferi reconfigurari de ordin tehnic iar \u00een etapa a doua re\u021beaua va fi optimizat\u0103 prin lucr\u0103ri de infrastructur\u0103 noi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>Aici nu vorbim doar de zona de transport Bucure\u0219ti Ilfov ci \u0219i de zona de influenta a Capitalei. De exemplu, Mihailestiul nu se afla \u00een zona metropolitana dar e clar ca este un satelit important al Bucure\u0219tiului si un rezervor de for\u021b\u0103 de munc\u0103 cu foarte mul\u021bi oameni care lucreaz\u0103 \u00een Capital\u0103. Aproximativ 400 de milioane de euro vor costa trenurile iar diferen\u021ba va acoperi necesarul de investi\u021bii \u00een modernizarea c\u0103ii ferate existente \u0219i construc\u021bia de noi sta\u021bii \u0219i halte. Mai bine de jum\u0103tate din bani ar urma s\u0103 vin\u0103 de la Uniunea European\u0103 prin Planul Na\u021bional de Redresare \u0219i Rezilien\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>Acest sistem nu este profitabil nic\u0103ieri \u00een lume. Important este ca el sa rezolve indirect parte din problemele Capitalei \u0219i zonei metropolitane : \u00een primul r\u00e2nd e vorba de competitivitate, de timpul si sanatatea oamenilor. Degeaba facem rute metropolitane \u0219i urbane dac\u0103 ele se dubleaz\u0103 cu alte rute de transport.&nbsp; Costul sistemului va fi calculat per total.
