Potrivit Agen\u021biei de Investigare Feroviar\u0103 Roman\u0103 (AGIFER), institu\u021bia abilitate s\u0103 cerceteze incidentele petrecute pe infrastructura feroviar\u0103 din \u021bar\u0103, acesta izolase nejustificat sistemul de siguran\u021b\u0103, menit s\u0103 previn\u0103 astfel de evenimente.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incicdentul s-a produs, potrivit jurnali\u0219tilor <a href=\"https:\/\/clubferoviar.ro\/mecanic-accident-tren-contra-tren\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Club Feroviar<\/a>, pe 28 decembrie 2025 \u00een halta de mi\u0219care Romula, situat\u0103 la ie\u0219irea de pe sec\u021bia Bucure\u0219ti-Caracal. Atunci, un tren de marf\u0103 apar\u021bin\u00e2nd operatorului feroviar Vest Trans Rail a dep\u0103\u0219it un semnal aflat pe direc\u021bia \u201eoprire\u201d. \u00cen momentul opririi, marfarul se afla la mai pu\u021bin de doi kilometri de trenul de c\u0103l\u0103tori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Potrivit aceleia\u0219i surse, mecanicul ar fi talonat \u0219i un macaz, al c\u0103rui cioc s-a rupt. Sistemul de siguran\u021b\u0103 a fost izolat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.agifer.ro\/images\/rap-finale-ro\/I%20295%20RI%20Romula%2028.12.2025.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Documentul <\/a>lansat de AGIFER precizeaz\u0103 faptul c\u0103 revizia trenului ar fi fost efectuat\u0103 cu pu\u021bin timp \u00eenainte de plecarea trenului \u00een curs\u0103. Potrivit datelor lansate publicit\u0103\u021bii, \u00een fi\u0219a de bord a locomotivei diesel, aflate \u00een compunerea marfarului, au fost aplicate mai multe \u0219tampile pentru revizii intermediare, care ar fi fost efectuate \u00een perioada 16-28 decembrie 2025. Cu toate acestea, de pe document lipsea semn\u0103tura personalului tehnic.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trenul a plecat dup\u0103 revizie din remiza arondat\u0103 sta\u021biei Ploie\u0219ti \u0219i a circulat pe distan\u021ba Brazi &#8211; Ro\u0219iori Nord &#8211; Caracal &#8211; Slatina, remorc\u00e2nd 32 de vagoane pline cu cocs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201e\u00cen intervalul orar 00:25 &#8211; 01:28 din data de 28.12.2026, s-au produs patru fr\u00e2n\u0103ri de urgen\u021b\u0103 comandate de instala\u021bia DSV, trei dintre ele s-au produs la mi\u0219c\u0103rile de manevr\u0103 din sta\u021bia CFR Ploie\u0219ti Est, iar una \u00een circula\u021bia trenului nr.87282-027. Av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere faptul c\u0103 dou\u0103 dintre aceste fr\u00e2n\u0103ri s-au produs la viteze mici de 4 \u0219i 7 km\/h (sub viteza de 10 km\/h, vitez\u0103 la care instala\u021bia nu trebuie s\u0103 fr\u00e2neze), denot\u0103 c\u0103 instala\u021bia DSV era defect\u0103\u201d<\/em>, prevede raportul de analiz\u0103 a incidentului. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00centruc\u00e2t alarma sistemului de siguran\u021b\u0103 nu a sunat, iar acesta s-a ancla\u0219at incorect, mecanicul trenului ar fi procedat la izolarea sistemului de siguran\u021b\u0103, deoarece nu a putut stabili corect motivul fr\u00e2n\u0103rii trenului. Locomotiva a circulat f\u0103r\u0103 sistemul de siguran\u021b\u0103, vigilen\u021b\u0103 \u0219i control punctual al vitezei \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu sta\u021bia Brazi, \u00eendrept\u00e2ndu-se spre Capital\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mai mult, dup\u0103 ce a plecat din sta\u021bia Ploie\u0219ti Est, mecanicul a sesizat \u0219i c\u0103 sta\u021bia de radiotelefonie montat\u0103 \u00een postul de conducere nu func\u021biona. Din acest motiv, mecanicul nu l-a anun\u021bat nici pe impiegatul de mi\u0219care de la Brazi de faptul c\u0103 sistemul de siguran\u021b\u0103 tocmai fusese izolat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Din datele str\u00e2nse de echipa de cercetare din memoria nevolatil\u0103 a trenului \u0219i din documentele consultate, defectele existau dinaintea efectu\u0103rii reviziei \u0219i impuneau \u021bintuirea locomotivei p\u00e2n\u0103 la remedierea lor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CITE\u0218TE \u0218I: <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/noi-promisiuni-pentru-supralargirea-bulevardului-dimitrie-pompeiu-proiect-anuntat-inca-din-2023-care-este-stadiul-licitatiei-de-2564-milioane-de-lei\/\">Noi promisiuni pentru supral\u0103rgirea Bulevardului Dimitrie Pompeiu, proiect anun\u021bat \u00eenc\u0103 din 2023. Care este stadiul licita\u021biei de 256,4 milioane de lei<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-procentul-de-masa-franata-a-fost-ignorat-de-un-mecanic-obosit-care-a-depa\u0219it-viteza-maxima\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procentul de mas\u0103 fr\u00e2nat\u0103 a fost ignorat de un mecanic obosit, care a dep\u0103\u0219it viteza maxim\u0103<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Odat\u0103 ce a ajuns la Caracal, trenul a fost modificat pentru schimbarea trac\u021biunii, \u00eentruc\u00e2t pe segmentul Caracal &#8211; Piatra Olt circula\u021bia se face cu ajutorul locomotivelor diesel, iar locomotiva titular\u0103 din compunerea trenurilor era electric\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La momentul respectiv, \u0219eful de tren nu a verificat situa\u021bia fr\u00e2nelor de m\u00e2n\u0103 din dotarea celor nou\u0103 vagoane care urmau s\u0103 plece din sta\u021bia Caracal. \u00cen fi\u0219a trenului acesta a consemnat cinci vagoane cu fr\u00e2n\u0103 de m\u00e2n\u0103, \u00een loc de dou\u0103, c\u00e2te erau de fapt. Astfel, a fost asigurat doar pe h\u00e2rtie procentul de fr\u00e2nare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cu toate acestea, potrivit raportului, \u0219eful de tren cuno\u0219tea c\u0103 \u00eendrumarea unui tren cu procent de mas\u0103 fr\u00e2nat\u0103 neasigurat, a\u0219a cum este prev\u0103zut \u00een documentul de mers al trenului reprezint\u0103 un incident grav de circula\u021bie. Mai mult, acesta ar fi recunoscut \u0219i c\u0103, printre documentele trenului nu se reg\u0103sea nota de fr\u00e2ne, f\u0103r\u0103 de care trenul nu putea pleca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Totu\u0219i, \u00een aceste condi\u021bii mecanicul a circulat cu viteza maxim\u0103 de 63 km\/h, \u00een condi\u021biile \u00een care viteza maxim\u0103 \u00een livretul de mers pe sec\u021biunea Caracal &#8211; Romula era de 60 km\/h, iar pe acel tronson era \u00een vigoare o restric\u021bie de 50 km\/h.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201ePe toat\u0103 distan\u021ba Caracal \u2013 Romula era prev\u0103zut\u0103 \u00een BAR-ul decadic pentru perioada respectiv\u0103, restric\u021bie de vitez\u0103 cu 50km\/h, iar mecanicul trenului trebuia conform reglement\u0103rilor \u00een vigoare s\u0103 conduc\u0103 trenul cu viteze de 2-3km\/h sub viteza maxim\u0103 prev\u0103zut\u0103 \u00een BAR. Dep\u0103\u0219irea vitezei maxime prev\u0103zute \u00een BAR-ul decadic pe perioada respectiv\u0103 s-a produs pe o por\u021biune de aproximativ 2,548 km\u201d<\/em>, arat\u0103 documentul post-incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De asemenea, mecanicul a mai recunoscut c\u0103 \u00eenainte de sosirea \u00een sta\u021bia Ro\u0219iori Nord a alc\u0103tuit o foaie nou\u0103 de parcurs, \u00een care ar fi semnat \u00een locul impiegatului. Tot mecanicul este \u0219i cel care ar fi aplicat o \u0219tampil\u0103 cu codul Sirues al sta\u021biei Ro\u0219iori Nord, \u0219i ar fi \u00eensemnat \u201eapt\u201d pe aceasta, de\u0219i se afla \u00een serviciu de 20 de ore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CITE\u0218TE \u0218I: <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/imobilele-aflate-in-proprietatea-consiliului-local-sector-4-ar-putea-fi-inchiriate-fara-licitatie-proiectul-va-fi-supus-la-vot\/\">Imobilele aflate \u00een proprietatea Consiliului Local Sector 4 ar putea fi \u00eenchiriate f\u0103r\u0103 licita\u021bie. Proiectul va fi supus la vot<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-dispecerul-l-a-sunat-pe-mecanic-ca-sa-opreasca\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dispecerul l-a sunat pe mecanic ca s\u0103 opreasc\u0103<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Potrivit expertizei AGIFER, mecanicul a sus\u021binut c\u0103 la intrarea \u00een halta Romula, acarul i-ar fi dat semnale cu lanterna c\u0103tre tren. \u00cen lipsa sistemului de radiocomunica\u021bii, mecanicul a interpretat gre\u0219it semnalul acarului, confuzie ce este lipsit\u0103 de justificare \u00eentruc\u00e2t angajatul nu are atribu\u021bii de dirijare. Regulamentele \u00een vigoare prev\u0103d faptul c\u0103 orice semnalizare suspect\u0103 sau contradictorie ordon\u0103 oprirea trenului.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ulterior, mecanicul a mai dep\u0103\u0219it \u00eenc\u0103 odat\u0103 limita de vitez\u0103 la intrarea \u00een halta de mi\u0219care. De\u0219i documentele de restric\u021bionare a vitezei impuneau circula\u021bia cu 10 km\/h, mecanicul a circulat cu viteze de 15 km\/h. La ie\u0219irea din sta\u021bia Romula, mecanicul a dep\u0103\u0219it \u0219i indica\u021bia semnalului de ie\u0219ire, care avea indica\u021bia \u201eOpre\u0219te f\u0103r\u0103 a dep\u0103\u0219i semnalul!\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exper\u021bii raporteaz\u0103 c\u0103 acarul de la postul g\u0103rii a\u0219tepta indica\u021biile impiegatului de mi\u0219care, moment \u00een care a ie\u0219it din cabin\u0103, de unde nu avea vizibilitate asupra trenului, \u0219i a \u00eencercat s\u0103 ordone oprirea trenului. Aceste semnale nu au mai fost recep\u021bionate de personalul ce \u00eenso\u021bea marfarul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201e\u00cen aceste condi\u021bii, acarul de la cabina de ie\u0219ire (nr.2) a raportat imediat IDM incidentul produs, acesta a avizat IDM al Hm Vl\u0103duleni \u0219i p\u0103zitorul de barier\u0103 de la TN F\u0103lcoiu (km 223+270), la r\u00e2ndul lui IDM din Hm Vl\u0103duleni a avizat operatorul de circula\u021bie de la RRC Craiova care a luat leg\u0103tura cu dispecerul circula\u021bie de serviciu al OTF Vest Trans Rail SRL\u201d<\/em>, explic\u0103 ace\u0219tia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La final, \u00een jurul orei 18, mecanicul marfarului a fost sunat pe telefonul mobil de c\u0103tre dispecerul de serviciu al operatorului de transport care i-a spus s\u0103 opreasc\u0103. Acesta a fost \u00eenaintat c\u0103tre ASFR \u0219i AGIFER, potrivit concluziilor formulate de inspectorii \u00een siguran\u021b\u0103 feroviar\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Astfel, incidentele produse au fost prelucrate sub semn\u0103tur\u0103, iar personalul de locomotiv\u0103 a participat la sesiuni de reinstruire \u00een care regulamentele au fost prelucrate din nou, pentru evitarea unui nou incident similar.
