Din proiectul ini\u021biat de primarul Florentin Pandele reiese o alocare total\u0103 de 27.949.300,90 lei (\u00een jur de 5,3 milioane de euro).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conform tabelului de buget, consultat de Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti, \u00eentreaga sum\u0103 este \u00eencadrat\u0103 la credite interne \u0219i este repetat\u0103 identic pe mai multe linii bugetare, f\u0103r\u0103 a fi fragmentat\u0103 pe mai multe proiecte. \u00cen sec\u021biunea de cheltuieli de dezvoltare apare o singur\u0103 investi\u021bie men\u021bionat\u0103 explicit: \u201eCentura ocolitoare tip \u2013 Autostrada DN1\u2013DN2 \u2013 prelungire Iancu Nicolae\u201d, \u00eencadrat\u0103 la capitolul \u201estr\u0103zi\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Constructorul Unitip Global anun\u021ba \u00een septembrie anul trecut c\u0103 lucr\u0103rile la autostrada urban\u0103 din Voluntari au \u00eenceput deja, scrie <a href=\"https:\/\/economedia.ro\/video-au-inceput-lucrarile-pentru-centura-ocolitoare-tip-autostrada-dn1-dn2-prelungirea-str-erou-iancu-nicolae.html\">Economedia<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eAceast\u0103 investi\u021bie are ca scop \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea mobilit\u0103\u021bii rutiere \u00een zon\u0103, printr-o leg\u0103tur\u0103 nou\u0103 \u00eentre intersec\u021bia str. Erou Iancu Nicolae cu bulevardul Pipera \u0219i strada Zimnicea. Pandele \u00ee\u0219i construie\u0219te o \u201e<em>semi-autostrad\u0103 urban\u0103<\/em>\u201d din fonduri destinate, teoretic, dezvolt\u0103rii rurale, \u201e<em>cu acces la propriet\u0103\u021bi<\/em>\u201d, scria \u00een iulie 2025 Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-primaria-voluntari-reabiliteaza-un-bulevard-cu-3-5-milioane-de-euro\">Prim\u0103ria Voluntari reabiliteaz\u0103 un bulevard cu 3,5 milioane de euro<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prim\u0103ria Voluntari a atribuit anul trecut contractul pentru proiectul de reabilitare a Bulevardului Eroilor, o investi\u021bie de peste 17,5 milioane de lei (3,5 milioane de euro), f\u0103r\u0103 TVA. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lucr\u0103rile vor acoperi o suprafa\u021b\u0103 total\u0103 de 37.157 de metri p\u0103tra\u021bi, conform&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/e-licitatie.ro\/pub\/notices\/ca-notices\/view-rfq\/100529887\">Sistemului Electronic de Achizi\u021bii Publice (SEAP)<\/a>&nbsp;iar \u00een proiect este cuprins \u0219i sensul giratoriu din zona intersec\u021biei cu str\u0103zile Ardealului \u0219i Popasului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Din datele publice, contractul include realizarea proiectului tehnic, a detaliilor de execu\u021bie, asisten\u021b\u0103 tehnic\u0103 din partea proiectan\u021bilor \u0219i execu\u021bia propriu-zis\u0103 a lucr\u0103rilor.
