Tot \u00een nota de fundamentare se precizeaz\u0103 \u0219i faptul c\u0103, \u00een cazul unei pr\u0103bu\u0219iri, cl\u0103direa prezint\u0103 risc pentru popula\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cl\u0103direa Muzeului \u201eTheodor Aman\u201d a fost supus\u0103 unor lucr\u0103ri de reabilitare \u00een anul 2013 iar cauzele care au dus la degradare sunt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>natura terenului;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>calitatea slab\u0103 a materialelor;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>infiltartiile de ap\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vibra\u021biile produse de trafic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CITE\u0218TE \u0218I:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/parteneriat-intre-primaria-sectorului-1-si-unatc-studentii-vor-sustine-spectacole-in-cadrul-evenimentelor-publice-din-2026\/\"><strong>Parteneriat al Prim\u0103riei Sectorului 1 cu UNATC. Studen\u021bii vor sus\u021bine spectacole \u00een cadrul evenimentelor publice din 2026<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-doua-cladiri-din-bucure\u0219ti-reabilitate-cu-fonduri-europene\">Dou\u0103 cl\u0103diri din Bucure\u0219ti, reabilitate cu fonduri europene<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tot \u00een \u0219edin\u021ba de Consiliu General, din data de 13 mai 2026, se voteaz\u0103 \u0219i<a href=\"https:\/\/doc.pmb.ro\/consiliu\/sedinte\/580\/oz\/13332.pdf\"> proiectul <\/a>care prevede reabilitarea circului Metropolitan.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen acest sens, este necesar ca, la nivelul unitalii administrativ teritoriale, Consiliul General s\u0103 adopte o<br>hot\u0103r\u00e2re prin care s\u0103 aprobe proiectul \u00een vederea depunerii pentru finan\u021bare, prin Programul Regional Bucure\u0219ti &#8211; llfov 2021 &#8211; 2027, precum \u0219i valoarea total\u0103 a proiectului de 166.711.769,53 lei cu TVA, din care:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>finan\u021barea nerambursabil\u0103 \u00een cuantum de 123.106.364,57 lei cu TVA;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>contribu\u021bia proprie Ia total cheltuieli eligibile de 9.266.070,54 lei cu TVA;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cheltuieli neeligibile de 34.339.334,42 lei cu TVA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>De asemenea, este necesar\u0103 \u00eemputernicirea Primarului General al Municipiului Bucure\u0219ti pentru semnarea \u0219i<br>depunerea cererii de finan\u021bare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CITE\u0218TE \u0218I:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/restructurare-masiva-la-stb-concedieri-colective-cu-plati-compensatorii-si-avocati-angajati-pentru-un-val-procese\/\"><strong>Restructurare masiv\u0103 la STB: concedieri colective cu pl\u0103\u021bi compensatorii \u0219i avoca\u021bi angaja\u021bi pentru un val procese<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dou\u0103 cl\u0103diri, emblematice pentru Capital\u0103 vor fi restaurate, cu fonduri europene.
