(Inquam Photos\/George C\u0103lin)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Gheorghe Udri\u0219te s-a ocupat de acest proiect \u00eenc\u0103 din 2000, c\u00e2nd a condus Direc\u021bia de Infrastructur\u0103 din Prim\u0103ria General\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>Primul studiul pe care l-am f\u0103cut la Prim\u0103ria General\u0103 a fost \u00een 2008. \u00cen 2009, s-au reluat discu\u021biile la Ministerul Transporturilor pentru a prelua proiectul iar \u00een 2010 a fost semnat primul contract de finan\u021bare cu Banca Japoniei. Dobanda a fost mic\u0103, de 1,5%<\/em>\u201d, explic\u0103 fostul director al Metrorex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proiectul a fost evaluat la 1,3 miliarde de euro, iar 310 milioane au venit de la Tokyo sub forma unui \u00eemprumut dedicat pentru aceast\u0103 magistral\u0103 de metrou.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>Japonezii s-au \u021binut de cuv\u00e2nt pentru c\u0103 vorbim \u00een primul r\u00e2nd de un proiect de mediu. Pentru ca toate proiectele de transport electrice sunt proiecte de mediu.<\/em> <em>Ulterior \u00een 2012-2013, Metrorex \u0219i Ministerul Transporturilor au aplicat la Comisia European\u0103 pentru cofinantarea proiectului pentru ca vorbim de o valoarea mare de 1,3 miliarde de euro. Au fost de acord sa \u00eencepem studiile \u0219i s\u0103 transform\u0103m studiile \u00eentr-un document bancabil \u0219i a\u0219a se face ca au fost de acord cu o prima finan\u021bare din POIM pe primul tronson de la 1 Mai p\u00e2n\u0103 la sta\u021bia Tokyo<\/em>\u201d, mai spune Udri\u0219te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al doilea tronson a fost prev\u0103zut de la sta\u021bia Tokyo p\u00e2na la Aeroportul Otopeni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>Cei de la Comisia European\u0103 nu au \u00een\u021beles ca proiectul nu vizeaz\u0103 doar o legatur\u0103 simpl\u0103 Bucure\u0219ti Otopeni, ci e vorba de un proiect care vine sa rezolve problema de transport public \u00een zona de Nord a Capitalei care e deficitar\u0103 din punctul \u0103sta de vedere, mai ales \u00een zona DN1. Ce s-a f\u0103cut ulterior, acea leg\u0103tur\u0103 direct\u0103 feroviar\u0103, este un lucru bun \u00eens\u0103 este un proiect complementar<\/em>\u201d, continu\u0103 fostul director al Metrorex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Banii de la Banca Japoniei a\u0219teapt\u0103 \u0219i la aceast\u0103 or\u0103 s\u0103 fie folosi\u021bi pentru Magistrala M6 iar din aceast\u0103 cauz\u0103 statul pl\u0103te\u0219te penalit\u0103\u021bi de neutilizare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>Contractul a avut o perioada de gra\u021bie de \u0219apte ani. Deci p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 2017 ar fi trebuit s\u0103 se \u00eenceap\u0103 cheltuirea banilor. S-au cheltuit bani doar pentru consultan\u021b\u0103 \u0219i elaborarea proiectului tehnic preliminar. Banii sunt \u00een trezoreria Ministerului Finan\u021belor. Dac\u0103 cineva g\u00e2nde\u0219te s\u0103-i reloce, acest lucru e imposibil pentru c\u0103 guvernul Japoniei i-a dat cu o adresa exacta pentru proiectul de extindere p\u00e2n\u0103 la aeroportul Otopeni<\/em>\u201d, puncteaz\u0103 Udri\u0219te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e2t prive\u0219te fezabilitatea Magistralei 6 p\u00e2n\u0103 la Otopeni, din perspectiva dezvolt\u0103rii viitoare a Bucure\u0219tiului \u0219i a zonei metropolitane,&nbsp; Gheorghe Udri\u0219te sus\u021bine c\u0103 \u00een viitor acesta ar putea s\u0103 devin\u0103 unul dintre cele mai mare proiecte de metrou din Europa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>Vorbim de o diametral\u0103 de 25 de kilometri pentru ca s-a elaborat \u0219i studiul de fezabilitatea de la Gara de Nord la Gara Progresu. E un proiect care leaga pe parcusrul sau doua aeroporturi \u0219i patru g\u0103ri de cale ferat\u0103: Gara B\u0103neasa, Gara Basarab, Gara de Nord \u0219i Gara Progresu. Mai mult, pe tronsonul de la Gara de Nord la Gara Progresu s-ar prefigura o ramificatie c\u0103tre Platfoma de la M\u0103gurele.&nbsp; Perspectivele sunt mari \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te magistrala de la Otopeni. Ora\u0219ul se dezvolt\u0103, nu a\u0219teapt\u0103<\/em>\u201d, mai spune Udri\u0219te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La \u00eenceputul lui 2019, Comisia European\u0103 a alocat o finan\u021bare de 517 milioane de euro pentru primul tronson al M6, \u00eentre Gara de Nord \u0219i Mall B\u0103neasa iar \u00een prezent proiectul se afl\u0103 \u00een faza licita\u021biei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru a continua magistrala p\u00e2n\u0103 la aeroportul Otopeni, cu tot cu banii europeni \u0219i cei de la Banca Japoniei, ar mai fi nevoie de aproximativ 460 de milioane de euro pentru a acoperi restul de \u0219ase sta\u021bii \u0219i cei aproximativ 8 kilometri de tunel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Foto: Metrorex S.A.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Magistrala 6 de metrou, care ar trebui s\u0103 lege Gara de Nord de Aeroportul Otopeni, este o idee care a prins contur la jum\u0103tatea anilor 2000.
