Controversatul drum de mare vitez\u0103 Bucure\u0219ti-Alexandria"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Noua autostrad\u0103 Bucure\u0219ti-Alexandria, A6, pentru care a fost acordat recent avizul de mediu, distruge trei p\u0103duri \u0219i unul dintre cele mai importante situri arheologice rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti, cetatea lui Burebista de la Argedava, acuz\u0103 arheologul Nona Palinca\u0219 \u0219i funda\u021bia Eco-Civica. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nona Palinca\u0219 a depus o pl\u00e2ngere penal\u0103 la DNA \u00eempotriva Ministerului Culturii, care a dat aviz favorabil pentru traseul noii autostr\u0103zi, emis anul trecut, \u0219i a celor care au elaborat studiul de fezabilitate. Iar Funda\u021bia Eco-Civica a contestat \u00een instan\u021b\u0103 avizul de mediu dat \u00een martie anul acesta de c\u0103tre Agen\u021bia Na\u021bional\u0103 pentru Mediu \u0219i Arii Protejate (<a href=\"https:\/\/anmap.gov.ro\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/anmap.gov.ro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ANMAP<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CITE\u0218TE \u0218I: <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/traseul-autostrazii-bucuresti-alexandria-nu-va-fi-revizuit-in-ciuda-avertismentelor-ca-distruge-cetatea-lui-burebista-explicatiile-cnair\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">Traseul autostr\u0103zii Bucure\u0219ti-Alexandria nu va fi revizuit, \u00een ciuda avertismentelor c\u0103 distruge cetatea lui Burebista. CNAIR d\u0103 asigur\u0103ri c\u0103 vor fi \u00eenlocuite cu 62,51 de hectare de copaci noi planta\u021bi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Viitoarea autostrad\u0103 care va lega Bucure\u0219tiul de Alexandria pleac\u0103 din A0, trece prin jude\u021bele Ilfov, Giurgiu \u0219i Teleorman \u0219i va avea o lungime de 77,02 kilometri, p\u00e2n\u0103 la centura Alexandriei. \u201eAre un traseu care porne\u015fte din Lunca Arge\u015fului, continu\u0103 \u00een zona C\u00e2mpiei C\u00e2lnistei \u015fi pe partea terminal\u0103 traverseaz\u0103 C\u00e2mpia Burdea \u015fi C\u00e2mpia Urluiului\u201d, se arat\u0103 \u00een avizul de mediu dat de ANMAP. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drumul de vitez\u0103 trece prin aria natural\u0103 protejat\u0103 R\u00e2ul Vedea, pe o suprafa\u0163\u0103 de 2.41 hectare, \u015fi prin vecin\u0103tatea mai multor arii naturale protejate, printre care cele din lunca r\u00e2ului Arge\u0219 \u0219i Comana. \u00cen total, intersecteaz\u0103 peste 26 de hectare de p\u0103dure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pe traseu vor fi construite nu mai pu\u021bin de 10 noduri rutiere, iar acest lucru este unul dintre elementele care genereaz\u0103 controverse.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studiul de fezabilitate men\u021bioneaz\u0103 c\u0103 vor fi luate m\u0103suri pentru protec\u021bia mediului, precum plantarea de perdele forestiere, de panouri anticoliziune \u0219i pasaje de trecere pentru animale, pentru a evita impactul dintre autovehicule \u0219i acestea. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Perdelele forestiere sunt preconizate a avea 62 de hectare.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em>Proiectul se suprapune peste fond forestier proprietate public\u0103 a statului, propriet\u0103\u021bi private. (&#8230;) Lucr\u0103rile de execu\u021bie ale autostr\u0103zii \u015fi ale drumurilor de leg\u0103tur\u0103 implic\u0103 lucr\u0103ri de defri\u015fare pe o suprafa\u021b\u0103 de 26,1209 de hectare de p\u0103dure din zona proiectului.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00cen vederea atenu\u0103rii impactului poten\u021bial asupra fondului forestier \u015fi instituririi unor m\u0103suri de protec\u021bie \u00eempotriva \u00eenz\u0103pezirilor, conform RIM sunt propuse aliniamente de perdele forestiere pe ambele p\u0103r\u021bi ale autostr\u0103zii pe o lungime de total\u0103 de 67,025 de kilometri, care totalizeaza o suprafa\u021ba de 62,51 de hectare de terenuri plantate cu specii aclimatizate \u00een zon\u0103<\/em>\u201d, se mai arat\u0103 \u00een avizul de mediu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00cen ciuda acestui fapt, Agen\u021bia Na\u021bional\u0103 pentru Mediu \u0219i Arii Protejate a dat <a href=\"https:\/\/anmap.gov.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Acord-de-mediu-nr-1_25.03.2026-Autostrada-Bucuresti-Alexandria.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aviz de mediu pentru construirea autostr\u0103zii A6<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CITE\u0218TE \u0218I: <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/autostrada-bucuresti-alexandria-intra-in-linie-dreapta-a-fost-emis-acordul-de-mediu\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/autostrada-bucuresti-alexandria-intra-in-linie-dreapta-a-fost-emis-acordul-de-mediu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">A fost emis acordul de mediu pentru Autostrada Bucure\u0219ti\u2013 Alexandria<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-eco-civica-existau-solu\u021bii-pentru-ca-drumul-de-mare-viteza-bucure\u0219ti-alexandria-sa-nu-distruga-padurile\">Eco-Civica: Existau solu\u021bii pentru ca drumul de mare vitez\u0103 Bucure\u0219ti-Alexandria s\u0103 nu distrug\u0103 p\u0103durile<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Funda\u021bia Eco-Civica a contestat acordul de mediu acordat autostr\u0103zii A6 Bucure\u0219ti-Alexandria, tocmai pentru c\u0103 traseul acesteia trece prin toate p\u0103durile \u00eent\u00e2lnite \u0219i prin zona de protec\u021bie a Cet\u0103\u021bii Argedava, \u201e<em>o zon\u0103 inestimabil\u0103 de patrimoniu istoric, singura cetate de acest fel din tot sudul \u021b\u0103rii \u0219i Valea Arge\u0219ului, zon\u0103 care nici m\u0103car nu a apucat s\u0103 fie cercetat\u0103 dec\u00e2t \u00een mic\u0103 m\u0103sur\u0103<\/em>\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em>Traseul pleac\u0103 din D\u0103r\u0103\u0219ti, \u00eemparte p\u0103durea \u00een trei p\u0103r\u021bi, apoi p\u0103trunde \u00een p\u0103durea urm\u0103toare \u00een Giurgiu, produc\u00e2nd din nou fragment\u0103ri, intr\u00e2nd \u00een zona de protec\u021bie a Cet\u0103\u021bii Argedava. Continu\u0103 \u00een Teleorman, unde toate p\u0103durile \u00eent\u00e2lnite sunt afectate, dintre care<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"> <strong>\u00een dou\u0103 parc\u0103 au dorit cu tot dinadinsul s\u0103 treac\u0103 prin mijloc \u0219i s\u0103 le fragmenteze.<\/strong><\/mark><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Este fragmentat \u0219i un sit Natura 2000, dar pe cine s\u0103 intereseze acest lucru?!<\/em>\u201d, se \u00eentreab\u0103 Funda\u021bia Eco-Civica \u00eentr-un protest trimis redac\u021biei Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Organiza\u021bia mai arat\u0103 c\u0103 \u0219i comuna D\u0103r\u0103\u0219ti va fi grav afectat\u0103, \u00een condi\u021biile \u00een care este deja segmentat\u0103 de A0 \u0219i \u00een viitor de A6 Bucure\u0219ti-Alexandria, A4 Bucure\u0219ti-Giurgiu \u0219i Orbital\u0103 10.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CITE\u0218TE \u0218I&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/proiectul-a6-ar-trebui-sa-conecteze-capitala-de-alexandria-prin-judetele-ilfov-si-giurgiu-un-element-esential-al-acestui-drum-de-mare-viteza-este-legatura-cu-autostrada-de-centura-a-bucurestiului-a\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Autostrada Bucure\u0219ti-Alexandria, la nivelul discu\u021biilor despre mediu. Proiectul, vechi de 20 de ani, trebuie s\u0103 conecteze Drumul Radial 10 \u201eM\u0103gurele Expres\u201d \u0219i A0<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em>Cu toate aceste multiple fragment\u0103ri, localitatea nu are prev\u0103zut nici m\u0103car un singur acces pe, sau de pe, aceste \u0219osele.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Aceast\u0103 ignorare a unor realit\u0103\u021bi compromite total modul cum a fost realizat\u0103 avizarea de mediu, dar este agravant c\u0103 autoritatea de mediu nu a luat m\u0103surile obligatorii pentru o variant\u0103 mult mai prietenoas\u0103 cu mediul \u0219i poate chiar mai ieftin\u0103.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>S\u0103 tai 28 de hectare de p\u0103dure la \u0219es, \u00een condi\u021biile \u00een care jude\u021bele afectate sunt pe ultimele locuri la suprafa\u021ba \u00eemp\u0103durit\u0103, este crim\u0103 de mediu, iar dac\u0103 nu a\u021bi observat c\u0103 jum\u0103tate din cursurile de apa din sudul \u021b\u0103rii nu mai exist\u0103, \u00eendeosebi \u00een Teleorman, fosta P\u0103dure Nebun\u0103 a \u021a\u0103rii Rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti, lucrurile stau mai r\u0103u<\/em>\u201d, men\u021bioneaz\u0103 funda\u021bia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eco-Civica prezint\u0103 \u0219i variante pe care le consider\u0103 mai prietenoase cu mediul, iar schimbarea traseului autostr\u0103zii Bucure\u0219ti-Alexandria nu ar presupune cheltuieli suplimentare semnificative:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Nodul de la D\u0103r\u0103\u0219ti:<\/strong> \u201e<em>Propunerea noastr\u0103 a fost s\u0103 deplas\u0103m numai un pic pozi\u021bia nodului \u0219i s\u0103 trecem tangen\u021bial pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 grupurile de p\u0103dure, linia neagr\u0103, care va fi un pic curb\u0103, nu a\u0219a dreapt\u0103 cum ne-am chinuit noi s-o desen\u0103m, dup\u0103 care putem evita u\u0219or \u0219i Cetatea Argedava. Nu ar trebui s\u0103 fim \u00eengrijora\u021bi c\u0103 un singur UAT din Teleorman a accesat fonduri de \u00eemp\u0103durire \u00een cea mai desp\u0103durit\u0103 zon\u0103 a \u021b\u0103rii?!<\/em>\u201d, se \u00eentreab\u0103 Eco-Civica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Organiza\u021bia men\u021bioneaz\u0103 c\u0103, pe traseul autostr\u0103zii A6 se construiesc dou\u0103 pasaje peste dou\u0103 r\u00e2uri care se unesc \u00een apropiere \u0219i ar fi fost nevoie doar de un singur pod.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em>O alt\u0103 p\u0103dure este afectat\u0103 pentru c\u0103 acolo este o cas\u0103 r\u0103t\u0103cit\u0103 \u0219i nu se dore\u0219te demolarea. Nici noi nu dorim, dar am propus o solu\u021bie de compromis, un mic pasaj sau o discu\u021bie cu proprietarul, poate nu s-ar opune exproprierii.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Urmeaz\u0103 traseu prin vecin\u0103tatea sau direct prin aria protejat\u0103. La final de traseu se opresc direct \u00een p\u0103dure. At\u00e2t viitorul traseu continuator spre Ro\u0219iori de Vede, c\u00e2t \u0219i bretelele nodului trec toate prin p\u0103dure. Dar c\u00e2t te cost\u0103 s\u0103 tai p\u0103durea, s\u0103 extragi lemnul, s\u0103 extragi cioatele??! Sau este gata preg\u0103tit\u0103 o societate de exploatare a lemnului s\u0103 primeasc\u0103 contractul cu dedica\u021bie?!<\/em>\u201d, se \u00eentreab\u0103 Funda\u021bia Eco-Civica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-autostrada-bucure\u0219ti-alexandria-distruge-cetatea-lui-burebista\">Autostrada Bucure\u0219ti-Alexandria distruge cetatea lui Burebista<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Traseul autostr\u0103zii A6 Bucure\u0219ti-Alexandria<\/strong> <strong>trece foarte aproape de cetatea geto-dacic\u0103 Argedava, aflat\u0103 \u00een satul Pope\u015fti din jude\u021bul Giurgiu, \u0219i se interpune \u00eentre acest monument istoric plasat \u00een secolele V \u2013 I  \u00ee.e.n. \u0219i r\u00e2ul Arge\u0219.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Argedava este un reper fundamental \u00een istoria spa\u021biului pe care se afl\u0103 ast\u0103zi Rom\u00e2nia, consider\u0103 arhitecta Nona Palinca\u0219, arheolog expert, cercet\u0103toare \u0219tiin\u021bific\u0103 la Institutul de Arheologie \u201eVasile P\u00e2rvan\u201d \u0219i coordonatoare a proiectului de cercetare&nbsp; \u201ePope\u015fti \u2013 Locuirea pre- \u015fi protoistoric\u0103\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em>Cetatea de origine a regelui Burebista \u015fi al Daciei \u00eens\u0103\u015fi, a\u015fadar un poten\u0163ial sit arheologic UNESCO, similar celor din Mun\u0163ii Or\u0103\u015ftiei &#8211; este pus\u0103 \u00een pericol de amplasarea Autostr\u0103zii Bucure\u015fti-Alexandria (A6), iar demersurile f\u0103cute pentru modificarea traseului au e\u015fuat pe motiv c\u0103 &#8211; \u00een aceast\u0103 faz\u0103 a studiului de fezabilitate &#8211; ar costa prea mult.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Nu \u015ftiu c\u00e2t cost\u0103 modificarea aceasta, dar este cert c\u0103 trebuie f\u0103cut\u0103, pentru c\u0103 Argedava este de valoare inestimabil\u0103: este monument istoric recunoscut legal drept excep\u0163ional \u015fi reprezentativ la nivel na\u0163ional \u015fi interna\u0163ional (Legea 422\/2001), ce genereaz\u0103 &#8211; \u00eempreun\u0103 cu zona sa de protec\u0163ie &#8211; o zon\u0103 protejat\u0103 de interes na\u0163ional (Legea 5\/2000)<\/em>\u201d, a precizat Nona Palinca\u0219 pentru <strong>Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-de-ce-este-argedava-exceptionala\">De ce este Argedava excep\u0163ional\u0103?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<strong><em>Mai \u00eent\u00e2i, este emblematic\u0103 pentru Rom\u00e2nia, fiind locul de origine al regatului lui Burebista \u015fi locul f\u0103r\u0103 de care formarea Daciei nu poate fi explicat\u0103. Dar este \u015fi unul dintre cele mai complexe monumente istorice din Europa de Est, prin num\u0103rul mare \u015fi valoarea excep\u0163ional\u0103 a locuirilor din epoci mai vechi \u015fi mai noi, \u00eencep\u00e2nd de acum 4600 de ani. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>De exemplu, \u00eenaintea Argedavei, aici a fost pentru sute de ani (cca. 1600-800 \u00ee.e.n.) singurul centru fortificat dintre Carpa\u0163ii Meridionali \u015fi Mun\u0163ii Balcani, cu leg\u0103turi la mare distan\u0163\u0103, ajung\u00e2nd p\u00e2n\u0103 la Troia.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00cen evul mediu t\u00e2rziu, aici a fost construit\u0103 \u201eBiserica Sf. Treime\u201d, cu cel mai bun portret al lui Constantin Br\u00e2ncoveanu.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Totu\u0219i, mult din acest monument este \u00eenc\u0103 necercetat: de jur-\u00eemprejurul cet\u0103\u0163ii, \u00een ceea ce administrativ este zona sa de protec\u0163ie \u015fi unde \u00een final va fi A6, \u015ftim deocamdat\u0103 doar c\u0103 exist\u0103 cel pu\u0163in 15 m de aluviuni rezultate din inunda\u0163ii care survin numai o dat\u0103 la mii de ani \u015fi care acoper\u0103 mai multe locuiri antice, inclusiv pe cea apar\u0163in\u00e2nd Argedavei; cca. 2,5 m deasupra ultimei, \u00een lunca de azi a Arge\u015fului, sunt resturi de locuire mult mai recente (posibil medievale t\u00e2rzii)<\/em>\u201d, a precizat experta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nona Palinca\u0219 men\u021bioneaz\u0103 c\u0103 monumentul \u00ee\u015fi datoreaz\u0103 complexitatea excep\u0163ional\u0103 peisajului: cetatea cuprinde cel mai lung <a href=\"https:\/\/dexonline.ro\/intrare\/promontoriu\/45827\">promontoriu<\/a> din C\u00e2mpia Rom\u00e2n\u0103 (cca. 1 km lungime \u015fi cca. 15 m \u00een\u0103l\u0163ime) care &#8211; \u00een acela\u015fi timp &#8211; putea fi locuit, fortificat, domin\u0103 lunca Arge\u015fului, asigur\u00e2nd vizibilitate pe kilometri \u015fi control\u00e2nd transportul pe Arge\u015f \u2013 aflat la numai cca. 100 m distan\u0163\u0103, care lega Transilvania de Dun\u0103re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em><strong>Amplasarea A6 imediat l\u00e2ng\u0103 cetate distruge iremediabil peisajul, pentru c\u0103 nu cetatea, ci autostrada (lat\u0103 de circa 60 de metri \u015fi \u00eenalt\u0103 aproape c\u00e2t cetatea) va fi dominant\u0103.<\/strong> Se \u00eencalc\u0103 astfel Legea nr. 422\/2001, Art. 9.1 care prevede c\u0103 prin zona de protec\u0163ie a monumentelor &#8216;se asigur\u0103 conservarea integrat\u0103 \u015fi punerea \u00een valoare a monumentului istoric \u015fi a cadrului s\u0103u construit sau natural&#8217;, Conven\u0163ia european\u0103 pentru protec\u0163ia peisajului (adoptat\u0103 \u00een 2002), iar orice posibilitate viitoare de \u00eenscriere a monumentului la UNESCO este distrus\u0103.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Sacrific\u0103 informa\u0163ie arheologic\u0103 important\u0103 prin impunerea cercet\u0103rii rapide, p\u00e2n\u0103 la construirea A6, a cel pu\u0163in 6 ha din zona de protec\u0163ie, cu poten\u0163ial arheologic <\/strong>(v. OG 43\/2000, Art. 2.1.j) confirmat chiar de raportul de diagnostic arheologic comandat de <a href=\"https:\/\/cnadnr.ro\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CNAIR<\/a> \u015fi face resturile de locuire acoperite de inunda\u0163iile majore din antichitate &#8211; esen\u0163iale pentru cercet\u0103ri privind evolu\u0163ia climei \u00een rela\u0163ie cu societatea ca \u015fi pentru evolu\u0163ia \u00een timp a monumentului \u00eensu\u015fi &#8211; inaccesibile pentru toat\u0103 durata de existen\u0163\u0103 a A6<\/em>\u201d, mai avertizeaz\u0103 arheoloaga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nona Palinca\u0219 men\u021bioneaz\u0103 c\u0103 drumul de mare vitez\u0103 va distruge \u015fansele amenaj\u0103rii monumentului pentru publicul larg \u2013 pentru educare \u015fi turism -, poten\u0163ialul s\u0103u de dezvoltare regional\u0103, \u015fi, \u00een consecin\u0163\u0103, rolul s\u0103u \u00een consolidarea identit\u0103\u0163ii na\u0163ionale \u015fi a promov\u0103rii valorilor Rom\u00e2niei \u00een r\u00e2ndul publicului interna\u0163ional.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em>CNAIR a ales traseul ignor\u00e2nd statutul de zon\u0103 protejat\u0103 de interes na\u0163ional al monumentului istoric (\u00eenc\u0103lc\u00e2nd Legea 5\/2000 \u015fi HG 907\/2016) \u015fi a primit, \u00een februarie 2024, un aviz favorabil de la Ministerul Culturii, despre care am aflat 6 luni mai t\u00e2rziu.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Dup\u0103 sesiz\u0103ri, trei comisii ale Ministerului Culturii, \u00een patru rezolu\u0163ii emise \u00een regim consultativ, precum \u015fi ministrul Culturii, Raluca Turcan, au cerut CNAIR modificarea traseului cu evitarea complet\u0103 a Argedavei \u015fi zonei sale de protec\u0163ie.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>C\u0103 Avizul Ministerului Culturii avea vicii de procedur\u0103 \u015fi de fond s-a putut dovedi, din cauza lipsei de transparen\u0163\u0103, abia \u00een ianuarie 2025.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>CNAIR sus\u0163ine c\u0103 avizul este un act administrativ definitiv \u015fi c\u0103 modificarea studiului de fezabilitate va trebui pl\u0103tit\u0103 de c\u0103tre Ministerul Culturii.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00cen aceast\u0103 situa\u0163ie, \u00een martie 2025, Ministerul Culturii a men\u0163inut avizul, reduc\u00e2nd doar aria de cercetat preventiv, ca s\u0103 evite s\u0103p\u0103tura arheologic\u0103 rapid\u0103 \u00een cartierul politic \u015fi administrativ al Argedavei.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Cum va fi \u00eempiedicat\u0103 afectarea accidental\u0103 a acestui cartier \u00een timpul lucr\u0103rilor de construc\u0163ie, cu \u015fantierul tangent la cetate, nu este clar. <\/strong>Ce este clar este c\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n toate celelalte daune aduse acestui monument istoric de valoare na\u0163ional\u0103 \u015fi universal\u0103<\/em>\u201d, mai averizeaz\u0103 cercet\u0103toare \u0219tiin\u021bific\u0103 de la Institutul de Arheologie \u201eVasile P\u00e2rvan\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00cen episoadele urm\u0103toare, v\u0103 vom prezenta cum a justificat CNAIR alegerea acestui traseu al autostr\u0103zii \u0219i cum a explicat Ministerul Culturii motivul pentru care a dat avizut favorabil.
