Spitalului Bagdasar-Arseni care ne preciza c\u0103 informa\u021biile solicitate de noi nu fac parte din sfera public\u0103 conform Legii 544\/2001 (legea care garanteaz\u0103 accesul jurnali\u0219tilor la informa\u021bii cu caracter public).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>\u201eV\u0103 comunic\u0103m c\u0103 Legea 544\/2001 nu con\u021bine care prive\u0219te activit\u0103\u021bile sau rezulta din activit\u0103\u021bile unei autorit\u0103\u021bi publice sau institu\u021bii publice, indiferent de suportul ori de forma sau de modul de exprimare a informa\u021biei<\/em>\u201d. Mai mult, articolul 11 precizeaz\u0103 \u0219i mai clar obligativitatea de a pune la dispozi\u021bie contracte de achizi\u021bii publice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>\u201eOrice autoritate contractant\u0103, astfel cum este definita prin lege, are obliga\u021bia s\u0103 pun\u0103 la dispozi\u021bia persoanei fizice sau juridice interesate, \u00een condi\u021biile prev\u0103zute la art. 7, contractele de achizi\u021bii publice.\u201d<\/p><cite>Articol 11 legea 544\/2001<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De la \u00eenceputul pandemiei, Spitalul Bagdasar a avut mai multe probleme cu echipamentele de protec\u021bie. \u00cen iunie 2020, Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti a ar\u0103tat <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/cadre-medicale-de-la-spitalul-bagdasar-focar-de-covid-19-economie-de-manusi-si-instructaj-doar-pe-hartie\/\">cum conducerea a acuzat cadrele medicale infectate<\/a> cu COVID-19 c\u0103 nu au purtat corespunz\u0103tor echipamentele, \u00een timp ce personalul ne-a spus c\u0103 instructajul a avut loc doar pe h\u00e2rtie.
