Mai multe nereguli au fost descoperite \u00een urma unui control mixt efectuat la t\u00e2rgul din Voluntari, printre care comer\u021b ilegal cu animale, condi\u021bii improprii pentru acestea \u0219i comercializarea unor produse alimentare neconforme. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cercet\u0103rile au fost efectuate de poli\u021bi\u0219tii din cadrul Biroului Protec\u021bia Animalelor \u0219i ai Serviciului de Investigare a Criminalit\u0103\u021bii Economice Ilfov, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu poli\u021bi\u0219ti din cadrul Poli\u021biei Ora\u0219ului Voluntari, reprezentan\u021bii D.S.V.S.A. Ilfov \u0219i ai G\u0103rzii Na\u021bionale de Mediu – Comisariatul General.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comer\u021b ilegal cu animale la t\u00e2rgul din Voluntari <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Potrivit Direc\u021biei Protec\u021bia Animalelor din cadrul Consiliului Jude\u021bean Ilfov<\/a>, t\u00e2rgul este autorizat doar pentru comer\u021bul cu alimente, cel cu animale fiind ilegal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Autorit\u0103\u021bile au descoperit c\u0103 animalele erau \u021binute \u00een condi\u021bii improprii, puii erau desp\u0103r\u021bi\u021bi de mam\u0103 mult prea devreme, iar alimentele erau v\u00e2ndute neconform. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00cen urma verific\u0103rilor, a fost deschis un dosar penal pentru desp\u0103r\u021birea puilor de mam\u0103 \u00eenainte de opt s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni. De asemenea, au fost acordate sanc\u021biuni pentru nedeclararea montei. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Poli\u021bi\u0219tii au acordat cinci amenzi \u00een valoare total\u0103 de 19.600 de lei <\/strong>pentru comer\u021b ilegal de animale, pentru \u00eenc\u0103lcarea legisla\u021biei privind siguran\u021ba alimentelor \u0219i comercializare f\u0103r\u0103 autoriza\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 sanc\u021biunile acordate, autorit\u0103\u021bile precizeaz\u0103 c\u0103 au \u00eencercat s\u0103 discute cu oamenii pentru a le explica prevederile legale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aceste controale vor continua \u00een toate t\u00e2rgurile din jude\u021bul Ilfov, dup\u0103 cum au anun\u021bat reprezentan\u021bii institu\u021biilor care au efectuat controlul. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

B\u0103rbat din Ilfov, arestat pentru fapte de cruzime fa\u021b\u0103 de animale <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La \u00eenceputul lunii martie, un b\u0103rbat din Afuma\u021bi, Ilfov, a fost arestat preventiv dup\u0103 ce \u0219i-a ucis c\u00e2inele \u0219i \u0219i-a b\u0103tut calul, acestea nefiind singurele fapte de cruzime fa\u021b\u0103 de animale. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pe 4 martie, s-a emis un mandat de arestare preventiv\u0103 pentru 30 de zile, pentru faptele comise asupra c\u00e2inelui \u0219i calului s\u0103u, pe 2 martie. Procurorul va propune interdic\u021bia de a de\u021bine animale, ca pedeaps\u0103 complementar\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
