Acum, compania Romprest trebuie s\u0103 \u00eemi pl\u0103teasc\u0103 cheltuielile de judecat\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Erau nemul\u021bumi\u021bi c\u0103 dezv\u0103luiam neregulile grave din contractul de delegare a serviciilor de salubritate, cine sunt cei din spatele offshore-urilor care conduc societatea \u0219i cine, din fostele administra\u021bii locale (PSD \u0219i PNL), le-a fost complice \u00een cel mai mare furt din bani publici din Rom\u00e2nia post-decembrist\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S-au f\u0103cut presiuni pentru a fi redus la t\u0103cere, s\u0103 nu mai dezv\u0103lui acest jaf din bani publici. Voi continua s\u0103 vorbesc despre toate acestea, pentru c\u0103, sub actuala administra\u021bie a Sectorului 1, condus\u0103 de un fost ofi\u021ber SRI garantat de t\u0103tucul contractului cu Romprest &#8211; Chiliman &#8211; costurile \u0219i frecven\u021bele serviciilor de salubrizare au explodat, iar sumele pl\u0103tite c\u0103tre Compania Romprest au ajuns la niveluri uria\u0219e\u201d, a transmis <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/photo\/?fbid=1466196938204960&amp;set=a.253186319506034\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Clotilde Armand \u00eentr-un comunicat de pres\u0103<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CITE\u0218TE \u0218I: <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/universitatea-politehnica-bucuresti-parte-dintr-un-proiect-european-de-25-miliarde-de-euro-pentru-producerea-de-semiconductori\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Universitatea Politehnic\u0103 Bucure\u0219ti, parte dintr-un proiect european, de 2,5 miliarde de euro, pentru producerea de semiconductori<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cum-a-ajuns-clotilde-armand-in-procesul-cu-romprest\">Cum a ajuns Clotilde Armand \u00een procesul cu Romprest<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Conflictul dintre Clotilde Armand, pe atunci primar al Sectorului 1, \u0219i operatorului de salubritate Romprest a \u00eenceput \u00een 2020, c\u00e2nd aceasta, recent aleas\u0103 \u00een func\u021bie, a decis sistarea temporar\u0103 a pl\u0103\u021bilor pentru ridicarea gunoiului de pe str\u0103zi. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clotild Armand considera c\u0103 nivelul pl\u0103\u021bilor aferente contractului de salubritate multianual pe care operatorul de salubritate \u00eel are cu Prim\u0103ria Sectorului 1 \u00eenc\u0103 din 2008 sunt nejustificat de mari. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen replic, Romprest a oprit temporar ridicarea gunoiului de pe str\u0103zi \u0219i, ulterior, a dechis 140 de procese \u00eempotriva Prim\u0103riei Sectorului 1. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unul dintre acestea, av\u00e2nd ca obiect\u00a0<strong>\u201eexecutare contract administrativ\u201d<\/strong>, a fost demarat \u00een ianuarie 2021, potrivit <a href=\"https:\/\/justnews.ro\/operatorul-de-salubritate-romprest-infrant-intr-unul-din-litigiile-deschise-contra-primariei-sectorului-1-si-a-fostului-edil-clotilde-armand\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Justnews.ro<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Romprest Service SA<\/strong>\u00a0a dat \u00een judecat\u0103 <strong>Consiliul Local Sectorul 1, Unitatea Administrativ-Teritorial\u0103 a Sectorului 1 al Municipiului Bucure\u0219ti (SUATS1)<\/strong>\u00a0\u0219i<strong>\u00a0Primarul Sectorului 1<\/strong> \u0219i a solicitat constatarea prejudicierii imaginii companiei, ca urmare a campaniei mediatice def\u0103im\u0103toare desf\u0103\u015furate de Clotilde Armand \u0219i institu\u021bia pe care o conducea. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru aceasta, a cerut daunelor morale \u00een cuantum de 500.000 euro. Acest proces a fost pierdut definitiv de Romprest. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen schimb, compania a c\u00e2\u0219tigat celelalte litigii cu Prim\u0103ria Sectorului 1, de la care are de recuperat datorii totale de 116 milioane de lei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CITE\u0218TE \u0218I: <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/sector-1-primaria-vrea-sa-plateasca-esalonat-datoriile-istorice-catre-romprest-pentru-2025-propune-o-plata-de-inca-18-de-milioane-de-ei-daca-operatorul-nu-accepta-va-achita-30-de-milioane-de-lei\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sector 1 | Prim\u0103ria vrea s\u0103 pl\u0103teasc\u0103 e\u0219alonat datoriile istorice c\u0103tre Romprest.
