Datele Companiei Na\u021bionale Aeroporturi Bucure\u0219ti pentru anul 2025 confirm\u0103 un nou record de aglomera\u021bie: 17 milioane de pasageri au tranzitat o aerogar\u0103 proiectat\u0103 s\u0103 suporte decent doar 12 milioane de oameni.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suprema\u021bia companiilor cu bilete ieftine a modificat fundamental profilul principalului aeroport din Rom\u00e2nia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wizz Air \u0219i Ryanair ocup\u0103 primele dou\u0103 locuri \u00een clasamentul operatorilor \u0219i au \u00eempins compania na\u021bional\u0103 Tarom pe ultima treapt\u0103 a podiumului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aceast\u0103 situa\u021bie plaseaz\u0103 Bucure\u0219tiul \u00eentr-o situa\u021bie atipic\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de standardele occidentale, unde marile hub-uri aeriene ale Capitalelor sunt rezervate curselor de linie, iar sloturile orare de peste zi sunt v\u00e2ndute companiilor la pre\u021buri mari, \u00een timp ce traficul low-cost este direc\u021bionat c\u0103tre aeroporturi secundare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A\u0219adar, modelul de business aplicat la Otopeni contrasteaz\u0103 puternic cu strategiile \u0219i managementul aeroporturilor \u201ede pe aceea\u0219i treapt\u0103\u201d din Vest.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Londra, principalul hub, Heathrow, este dedicat marilor companii de linie precum British Airways, \u00een timp ce operatorii low-cost precum Ryanair sau Wizz Air sunt cantona\u021bi pe aeroporturi periferice, ca Stansted sau Luton, situate la zeci de kilometri de ora\u0219.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O situa\u021bie similar\u0103 se reg\u0103se\u0219te la Paris, unde Charles de Gaulle r\u0103m\u00e2ne poarta premium, iar traficul low-cost este direc\u021bionat c\u0103tre Beauvais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La Bucure\u0219ti, lipsa unui management profesionist pe termen lung a transformat <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bucharestairports.ro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Otopeniul<\/a> \u00eentr-un aeroport hibrid<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Companiile de linie \u0219i cele low-cost \u00eempart acelea\u0219i sloturi orare, acelea\u0219i terminale, acelea\u0219i ghi\u0219ee \u0219i acelea\u0219i sisteme de securitate subdimensionate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rezultatul este o infrastructur\u0103 sufocat\u0103 unde o aerogar\u0103 premium func\u021bioneaz\u0103 \u00eentr-o atmosfer\u0103 de autogar\u0103 supraaglomerat\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-milioane-de-pasageri-au-trecut-pe-la-otopeni-londra-principala-naveta-a-romanilor\"><strong>Milioane de pasageri au trecut pe la Otopeni. Londra, principala \u201enavet\u0103\u201da rom\u00e2nilor<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Topul companiilor aeriene care au operat pe Otopeni \u00een 2025 arat\u0103 c\u0103 dup\u0103 liderii Wizz Air \u0219i Ryanair \u0219i compania de stat Tarom, clasamentul este completat de HiSky, Lufthansa, Turkish Airlines, Anima Wings, Austrian Airlines, KLM \u0219i LOT.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te destina\u021biile, Londra este pe primul loc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clasamentul destina\u021biilor din 2025 include, \u00een ordine, Istanbul, Roma, Viena, Bergamo, Tel-Aviv, Amsterdam, Paris, Madrid \u0219i Frankfurt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anul 2025 a marcat o cre\u0219tere de 10% a traficului fa\u021b\u0103 de anul precedent \u0219i s-a atins pragul istoric de 17 milioane de pasageri. Aceast\u0103 cifr\u0103 nu reprezint\u0103 un succes managerial, ci un indice c\u0103 infrastructura st\u0103 s\u0103 cedeze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Capacitatea de procesare a aerog\u0103rii a fost dep\u0103\u0219it\u0103 cu 41%, acesta fiind al \u0219aptelea an \u2013 excluz\u00e2nd perioada pandemic\u0103 \u2013 \u00een care terminalele au func\u021bionat peste limita de avarie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Statisticile arat\u0103 o degradare progresiv\u0103 a situa\u021biei \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu 2017, c\u00e2nd s-au \u00eenregistrat 12,8 milioane de pasageri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-consecin\u021bele-managementului-politic\"><strong>Consecin\u021bele managementului politic<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Supraaglomerarea cronic\u0103 se traduce direct \u00een chinul pasagerilor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen perioadele de v\u00e2rf, aeroportul opereaz\u0103 la limita siguran\u021bei opera\u021bionale iar defec\u021biunile tehnice au devenit o normalitate. Spre exemplu, \u00een vara lui 2025, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/avarie-la-sistemul-de-aer-conditionat-din-zona-de-imbarcari-pe-aeroportul-henri-coanda\/\">sistemul de aer condi\u0163ionat din zona de \u00eembarc\u0103ri a cedat<\/a><\/strong>, iar CNAB a fost amendat\u0103 de protec\u021bia consumatorilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen plus, dep\u0103\u0219irea capacit\u0103\u021bii de proiectare genereaz\u0103 timpi de a\u0219teptare excesivi la controalele de securitate \u0219i duce la blocaje frecvente ale sistemelor de bagaje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Aceasta realitate se suprapune peste voin\u021ba politicienilor de la v\u00e2rful Ministerului Transporturilor, care au decis s\u0103 r\u0103scumpere pachetul de 20% de\u021binut de Fondul Proprietatea la CNAB.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/mai-putina-transparenta-pe-aeroporturile-otopeni-si-baneasa-statul-rascumpara-un-pachet-minoritar-de-actiuni\/\">Decizia, luat\u0103 pe 9 ianuarie 2026, transform\u0103 statul \u00een unic ac\u021bionar.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fondul Proprietatea a \u00eencercat anterior listarea la burs\u0103 a companiei \u0219i a estimat c\u0103 aceasta ar fi putut genera 500 de milioane de euro, \u00eens\u0103 propunerea a fost respins\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V\u00e2nzarea pachetului majoritar de ac\u021biuni, cu un control riguros din partea statului, ar fi pus presiune asupra managemetului, care \u00een prezent este numit politic.
