Este prietenos cu cerin\u021bele bicicli\u0219tilor? Necesit\u0103 \u00een viziunea dumneavoastr\u0103 vreo schimbare?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Raluca Fi\u0219er: <\/strong>\u00cen primul r\u00e2nd este important c\u0103 avem un Masterplan Velo pentru c\u0103, at\u00e2\u021bia ani de zile, acesta a fost dezideratul nostru, al tuturor celor care lucr\u0103m \u00een zona de protec\u021bie a mediului \u0219i promovare a transportului alternativ \u0219i sustenabil. Ne-am dorit s\u0103 avem o planificare la nivel de Capital\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este un prim pas extrem de important care urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie implementat. Este vorba despre acele str\u0103zi \u201eprintre blocuri\u201d. Crede\u021bi c\u0103 dezvoltarea unor astfel de trasee este o ini\u021biativ\u0103 ce trebuie \u00eencurajat\u0103?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aici cumva planul se \u00eendreapt\u0103 \u00eentr-o direc\u021bie \u00een care lucrurile vor fi tot timpul \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bite. Eu cred c\u0103 at\u00e2ta vreme c\u00e2t oamenii sunt civiliza\u021bi \u00een trafic \u0219i \u0219tiu s\u0103 se respecte, nu este nevoie s\u0103 tragem astfel de linii peste tot, \u00een toate sectoarele \u0219i pe toate str\u0103zile. Am putea pur \u0219i simplu s\u0103 nu avem nevoie de astfel de marcaje mai ales pe str\u0103du\u021bele mici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cu toate acestea, dac\u0103 \u021binem cont de faptul c\u0103 nu suntem at\u00e2t de dezvolta\u021bi la capitolul de sus\u021binere a biciclistului \u0219i promovare a mersului pe biciclet\u0103, cred c\u0103 foarte mult\u0103 lume este speriat\u0103 \u00een continuare \u0219i simte nevoia acestei siguran\u021be rutiere pe care pista ne-o confer\u0103, fie c\u0103 este ea segregat\u0103 sau doar desenat\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eu personal nu sunt sus\u021bin\u0103toarea acestor segreg\u0103ri, iar dac\u0103 ne uit\u0103m la ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 \u00een parte de planificare urban\u0103 \u00een alte ora\u0219e europene se renun\u021b\u0103 la aceast\u0103 m\u0103sur\u0103 \u0219i se g\u0103se\u0219te loc pentru to\u021bi participan\u021bii la trafic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru moment \u00eens\u0103 este o m\u0103sur\u0103 bun\u0103 pentru educarea popula\u021biei \u0219i promovarea transportului alternativ, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 creasc\u0103 acest mix modal. Avem nevoie de aceast\u0103 schimbare nu numai pentru mi\u0219care, c\u00e2t \u0219i pentru calitatea aerului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Va contribui Masterplanul Velo la sc\u0103derea num\u0103rului de accidente \u00een care sunt implica\u021bi bicicli\u0219tii? C\u00e2nd vom sim\u021bi o diferen\u021b\u0103 \u00een statistic\u0103?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obiectivul este evident. Suedia, spre exemplu, a fost prima \u021bar\u0103 care a avut un plan strategic foarte clar, acela de a avea zero persoane grav r\u0103nite pe partea de biciclete, scop pe care l-au atins anul trecut. Sigur c\u0103 acesta este dezideratul oric\u0103rui plan &#8211; s\u0103 creasc\u0103 siguran\u021ba \u0219i num\u0103rul de utilizatori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe de alt\u0103 parte, astfel de rezultate vom vedea atunci c\u00e2nd o s\u0103 avem Masterplanul implementat \u00een totalitate, \u00een prim\u0103 parte. Acesta \u00eens\u0103 ar trebui dublat \u0219i de campanii de con\u0219tientizare precum s-au f\u0103cut pentru motociclete, de c\u0103tre Poli\u021bia Rom\u00e2n\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cred c\u0103 e nevoie de astfel de campanii pentru a prinde mai mult curaj. Avem nevoie de o cre\u0219tere a masei critice, pentru a fi mai vizibili \u00een spa\u021biul public. Cum prindem acel curaj despre care a\u021bi vorbit?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eu cred c\u0103 argumentele sunt multiple \u0219i nu ar trebui s\u0103 ne uit\u0103m numai la cele care aduc un bine ora\u0219ului, deci calitatea aerului. \u0218tim c\u0103 transportul cu bicicleta este mai rapid dec\u00e2t cel cu alte vehicule. Dac\u0103 \u00een ora\u0219e, \u00een Europa, media de vitez\u0103 cu care se deplaseaz\u0103 ma\u0219inile este de 17 kilometri pe or\u0103, cu bicicleta este ceva mai mare, undeva pe la 19, deci avem o vitez\u0103 ceva mai rapid\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apoi, componenta de s\u0103n\u0103tate este foarte important\u0103 \u00een zona de obezitate infantil\u0103. Dac\u0103 ne uit\u0103m la rezultatele ultimului sondaj al Organiza\u021biei Mondiale a S\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii (OMS), rata obezit\u0103\u021bii infantil\u0103 este \u00een cre\u0219tere, fiind cauzat\u0103 de lipsa de activitate sportiv\u0103, de mi\u0219care. Totu\u0219i, un argument suplimentar ar mai putea fi \u0219i descoperirea ora\u0219ului, deoarece este mult mai frumos \u0219i e\u0219ti \u00een fapt, mult mai liber dec\u00e2t crezi atunci c\u00e2nd \u00ee\u021bi vizitezi ora\u0219ul dec\u00e2t dac\u0103 ai face asta cu ma\u0219ina, din punct de vedere al congestiei traficului. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu ar trebui s\u0103 uit\u0103m \u00eens\u0103 nici problema de cost, deoarece este cel mai sustenabil \u0219i mai ieftin mod de deplasare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Green Revolution \u00eei pune pe locuitori \u00een mi\u0219care, at\u00e2t \u00een parc, c\u00e2t \u0219i prin ora\u0219. Cum a ap\u0103rut povestea I`Velo? Cum s-a dezvoltat acest proiect?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I`Velo a ap\u0103rut dintr-o frustrare personal\u0103, deoarece \u00een momentul \u00een care m-am \u00eentors de la studii, mi-am dat seama c\u0103 nu am unde s\u0103 merg cu bicicleta \u00een siguran\u021b\u0103, iar \u00eentr-o discu\u021bie cu edilul de la acea vreme l-am \u00eentrebat de ce nu avem piste de biciclete. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La momentul respectiv r\u0103spunsul a fost \u201epentru c\u0103 nu avem statistic\u201d, ceea ce era adev\u0103rat &#8211; nu existau bicicli\u0219ti, real vorbind, \u00een transportul modal din 2009 &#8211; a\u0219a c\u0103 am facut un pariu \u0219i am zis c\u0103 noi vom aduce bicicli\u0219tii, iar edilul va dezvolta infrastructura rutier\u0103 pe spa\u021biul public pentru c\u0103 au obliga\u021bia aceasta din punct de vedere legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>A\u0219a a ap\u0103rut I`Velo, pentru a reobi\u0219nui omul cu bicicleta \u0219i a prinde curaj pentru a se sim\u021bi confortabil \u00een manevrare ei. De aceea proiectul a fost la \u00eenceput mai mult \u00een zona de agrement.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Ulterior, obiectivul nostru a fost foarte clar. Am transformat proiectul \u00eentr-un sistem de bike-sharing automatizat, care promoveaz\u0103 transportul utilitar cu bicicleta. Fie c\u0103 mergi la birou, la \u0219coal\u0103 sau la cump\u0103r\u0103turi, ori iei s\u0103 te plimbi prin ora\u0219, I`Velo este un mijloc de transport. Nu mai este un mijloc destinat exclusiv agrementului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e2t despre dezvoltare, anul viitor venim cu un sistem nou la nivel mondial, pentru c\u0103 vom continua montarea noilor sta\u021bii \u00een ora\u0219. Am scos deja sta\u021biile de ridicare a bicicletelor vechi \u0219i vom ad\u0103uga \u0219i o flot\u0103 nou\u0103 de biciclete, at\u00e2t normale c\u00e2t \u0219i electrice, \u00eens\u0103 vom avea \u0219i alte surprize \u00een hub-ul nostru de mobilitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 ne raport\u0103m la succesul proiectului, acesta se datoreaz\u0103 utilizatorilor I`Velo, pentru c\u0103 am str\u00e2ns \u00eentre timp ni\u0219te milioane de oameni care au pedalat pe bicicletele noastre \u0219i au f\u0103cut de c\u00e2teva ori \u00eenconjurul P\u0103m\u00e2ntului ca num\u0103r de kilometri parcurs, ceea ce arat\u0103 c\u0103 exist\u0103 aceast\u0103 dorin\u021b\u0103 de mers cu bicicleta. Sigur c\u0103 toate sunt dublate de echipa noastr\u0103, Green Revolution, \u00een tot ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 partea de dialog cu autorit\u0103\u021bile locale \u0219i centrale de promovare a transportului alternativ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen schimb, dorin\u021ba cet\u0103\u021beanului este foarte clar\u0103 \u00een privin\u021ba mersului pe biciclet\u0103. Acest proiect cum a fost primit?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A fost un demers pe care demult, cu restul organiza\u021biilor non-guvernamentale care promoveaz\u0103 mersul cu bicicleta, am \u00eencercat s\u0103-l facem \u0219i s\u0103-l \u00eenaint\u0103m. Credem cu t\u0103rie c\u0103 este nevoie de o lege dedicat\u0103 care s\u0103 promoveze transportul alternativ sustenabil \u00een Rom\u00e2nia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mai sunt mul\u021bi pa\u0219i de f\u0103cut acolo, pentru c\u0103 vorbim at\u00e2t de dreptul pe care biciclistul \u00eel are \u00een spa\u021biul public, c\u00e2t \u0219i de obliga\u021biile pe care le are. De cele mai multe ori, lumea nu \u00een\u021belege c\u0103 nu avem doar drepturi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trebuie s\u0103 \u0219tim cum s\u0103 ne facem vizibili, cum s\u0103 ne echip\u0103m astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 fim vizibili \u00een trafic. Mai trebuie s\u0103 \u0219tim \u0219i cum trebuie s\u0103 fim dep\u0103\u0219i\u021bi de un autovehicul pentru c\u0103 dup\u0103 cum \u0219tim, a ap\u0103rut o lege care impune dep\u0103\u0219irea biciclistului cu men\u021binerea unei distan\u021be de siguran\u021b\u0103 de 1,5 metri. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceast\u0103 lege are nevoie \u0219i de un enforcement din partea poli\u021biei.
