{"id":156586,"date":"2025-11-07T06:58:16","date_gmt":"2025-11-07T03:58:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/?p=156586"},"modified":"2025-11-07T06:58:17","modified_gmt":"2025-11-07T03:58:17","slug":"ilfov-stefanestii-de-jos-da-peste-50-000-de-euro-pentru-doua-statii-de-autobuz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/ilfov-stefanestii-de-jos-da-peste-50-000-de-euro-pentru-doua-statii-de-autobuz\/","title":{"rendered":"ILFOV | \u0218tef\u0103ne\u0219tii de Jos, 50.000 de euro pentru dou\u0103 sta\u021bii de autobuz"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Prim\u0103ria comunei \u0218tef\u0103ne\u0219tii de Jos, din jude\u021bul Ilfov, va investi peste 50.000 de euro pentru amenajarea a dou\u0103 sta\u021bii de autobuz pe \u0219oseaua \u0218tef\u0103ne\u0219ti.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contractul prevede amplasarea celor dou\u0103 sta\u021bii \u0219i realizarea marcajelor rutiere aferente, conform <a href=\"https:\/\/e-licitatie.ro\/pub\/direct-acquisition\/view\/120815686\">anun\u021bului <\/a>publicat \u00een Sistemul Electronic de Achizi\u021bii Publice (SEAP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CITE\u0218TE \u0218I:<\/strong> <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/razboiul-betonului-la-bragadiru-opozitia-acuza-ca-noul-puz-pentru-cartierul-independentei-ar-fi-in-interesul-dezvoltatorilor\/\">ILFOV | R\u0103zboiul \u201eBetonului\u201d: Opozi\u021bia acuz\u0103 c\u0103 noul PUZ pentru un cartier din Bragadiru ar fi \u00een interesul dezvoltatorilor<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-\u0219tefane\u0219tii-de-jos-da-peste-50-000-de-euro-pentru-doua-sta\u021bii-de-autobuz\">\u0218tef\u0103ne\u0219tii de Jos d\u0103 peste 50.000 de euro pentru dou\u0103 sta\u021bii de autobuz<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lucr\u0103rile includ \u00eendep\u0103rtarea stratului vegetal, nivelarea \u0219i compactarea terenului, a\u0219ternerea stratului de balast, montarea bordurilor \u0219i a trotuarelor, construirea alveolelor pentru autobuze, realizarea elementelor de siguran\u021b\u0103 rutier\u0103 \u0219i instalarea unor st\u00e2lpi fotovoltaici pentru iluminat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00cen prim\u0103vara lui 2023, firma care se ocup\u0103 de aceast\u0103 lucrare, SAGA INFRASTRUCTUR\u0102 SRL, a fost \u00een aten\u021bia Consiliului Concuren\u021bei \u00een investiga\u021biile Consiliului, \u00eentr-o investiga\u021bie despre \u201eposibile truc\u0103ri ale licita\u021biilor\u201d organizate de Compania Na\u021bional\u0103 de Administrare a Infrastructurii Rutiere (CNAIR SA), prin Direc\u021biile de Drumuri \u0219i Poduri (DRDP) Constan\u021ba, Bra\u0219ov, Bucure\u0219ti \u0219i Timi\u0219oara.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perioada minim\u0103 de garan\u021bie a lucr\u0103rilor va fi de 36 de luni. Execu\u021bia lucr\u0103rilor este programat\u0103 s\u0103 dureze o lun\u0103 de la emiterea ordinului de \u00eencepere a lucr\u0103rilor. Autoriza\u021bia de construire a fost semnat\u0103 pe 18 august 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Garan\u021bia de bun\u0103 execu\u021bie va reprezenta 10% din valoarea contractului, f\u0103r\u0103 TVA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fostul-primar-acuzat-de-viol\">Fostul primar, acuzat de viol<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fostul edil al comunei \u0218tef\u0103ne\u0219tii de Jos, Florin Bucur, poreclit \u201eR\u00e2m\u0103\u201d, a fost acuzat \u00een 2022 c\u0103 a violat o fat\u0103 de 12 ani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mai precis, \u00een calitate de primar al localit\u0103\u0163ii, Bucur ar fi beneficiat indirect de datele ob\u0163inute de la DGASPC Ilfov.
