Dac\u0103 putem face transportul mai eficient, determin\u00e2nd mai mul\u021bi oameni s\u0103 foloseasc\u0103 biciclete, transport public, s\u0103 mearg\u0103 pe jos sau alte mijloace de transport alternativ\/ mobilitate partajat\u0103, \u00een loc s\u0103 fie bloca\u021bi \u00een trafic, singuri, \u00een propria ma\u0219in\u0103, c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103m spa\u021biu, c\u0103ci alternativele sunt mult mai eficiente, mai sigure \u0219i mai curate.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ce investi\u021bii \u00een transport considera\u021bi c\u0103 ar trebui prioritizate \u00een urm\u0103torii cinci ani?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regiunea Capitalei Bruxelles are<strong> <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">o mare problem\u0103 bugetar\u0103 acum<\/mark><\/strong>. Andreea Tudor<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cum v\u0103 asigura\u021bi c\u0103 exist\u0103 o politic\u0103 de transport coerent\u0103 \u00een Regiunea Bruxelles, av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere c\u0103 este \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bit\u0103 \u00een 19 comune?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Planul nostru de mobilitate durabil\u0103<strong> \u201eGood Move\u201d<\/strong> a reu\u0219it, cel pu\u021bin ini\u021bial, s\u0103 adune un consens larg \u00een jurul obiectivelor \u0219i instrumentelor sale principale, datorit\u0103 unui <strong>proces de co-construc\u021bie<\/strong> care a precedat aprobarea sa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Totodat\u0103, Verzii au c\u00e2\u0219tigat alegerile at\u00e2t la nivel regional, c\u00e2t \u0219i comunal \u00een 2019, astfel c\u0103 am avut mul\u021bi<br><strong>alia\u021bi, \u00een cele 19 comune<\/strong>. Acest lucru a \u00eempins nivelul general de ambi\u021bie \u00een sus.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Care sunt principalele provoc\u0103ri cu care v-a\u021bi confruntat \u00een implementarea planului \u201eGood Move\u201d?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avem nevoie de schimb\u0103ri rapide pentru a aborda probleme precum victimele din trafic, calitatea slab\u0103 a aerului \u0219i criza climatic\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Deoarece mobilitatea \u021bine \u0219i de obiceiurile zilnice ale oamenilor, schimbarea acestora va fi \u00eentotdeauna dificil\u0103.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Spre deosebire de planurile de mobilitate anterioare, scopul nostru nu este doar s\u0103 facem o re\u021bea care s\u0103 func\u021bioneze pentru ma\u0219ini, autobuze \u0219i biciclete. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Primul nostru obiectiv este s\u0103 facem <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">cartierele noastre mai umane, mai pl\u0103cute<\/mark><\/strong>. Acesta este motivul pentru care vorbim despre <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">spa\u021biul ocupat de ma\u0219ini, deoarece poate fi folosit pentru at\u00e2t de multe alte lucruri<\/mark><\/strong>, motiv pentru care am \u0219i implementat efectiv schimb\u0103rile necesare \u00een ultimii ani. Acest proces a \u00eent\u00e2mpinat cu siguran\u021b\u0103 rezisten\u021b\u0103, dar \u0219i mult sprijin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Dac\u0103 ne uit\u0103m la \u201epi\u00e9tonnier&#8221; (zona pietonal\u0103) sau la noul tramvai 10, au existat multe pl\u00e2ngeri, deoarece am cerut oamenilor s\u0103-\u0219i schimbe obiceiurile. Dar ast\u0103zi, nimeni nu ar vrea s\u0103 se \u00eentoarc\u0103 la situa\u021bia de dinainte. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Acesta este \u0219i motivul pentru care am fost foarte sus\u021binu\u021bi \u00een timpul alegerilor regionale din 2024: votan\u021bii ne-au r\u0103spl\u0103tit, pentru aceste schimb\u0103ri ambi\u021bioase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/d\/embed?mid=1CCEx6Cjy_LSLqxoMsJ-DMVnNpMPo17M&#038;ehbc=2E312F\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bruxelles-ul este adesea clasat printre cele mai aglomerate ora\u0219e din Europa. Cum v\u0103 propune\u021bi s\u0103 aborda\u021bi blocajele din trafic, f\u0103r\u0103 a afecta activitatea economic\u0103?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Blocajele din trafic sunt cele care ne afecteaz\u0103 activitatea economic\u0103: \u00een 2024 au avut un cost de <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">5,3 miliarde de euro pentru \u00eentreaga Belgie<\/mark><\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen schimb, ar trebui s\u0103 facem u\u0219oar\u0103 \u0219i sigur\u0103 trecerea oamenilor la alternative precum transportul public, mersul cu bicicleta \u0219i mobilitatea partajat\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>O schimbare modal\u0103 va ajuta afacerile locale. Chiar \u0219i acum, nu exist\u0103 nicio strad\u0103 comercial\u0103 \u00een Bruxelles, unde mai mult de 15% dintre clien\u021bi s\u0103 vin\u0103 cu ma\u0219ina.
