Capacitatea proiectat\u0103 a fost dep\u0103\u0219it\u0103 cu 32%, \u00een 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dup\u0103 \u00eent\u00e2rzieri repetate ale proiectului, noul terminal al Aeroportului Otopeni, cea mai tranzitat\u0103 aerogar\u0103 din \u021bar\u0103, pare s\u0103 fi intrat \u00een linie dreapt\u0103. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Recent, Compania Na\u0163ional\u0103 de Aeroporturi Bucure\u015fti (CNAB) a anun\u021bat c\u0103 au fost depuse nou\u0103 oferte pentru serviciile de proiectare \u0219i asisten\u021b\u0103 tehhnic\u0103, care trebuie evaluate p\u00e2n\u0103 la \u00eenceputul lunii decembrie. Ulterior, urmeaz\u0103 selec\u021bia unui c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103tor \u0219i semnarea contractului.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Astfel, noul terminal ar putea fi gata la finalul anului 2031, \u00een cel mai optimist scenariu. Este vorba despre o construc\u021bie modular\u0103, ce urmeaz\u0103 a fi dat\u0103 \u00een folosin\u021b\u0103 etapizat, \u00een contextul \u00een care capacitatea de proiectare a aerog\u0103rii a fost deja dep\u0103\u0219it\u0103 cu 32% anul trecut, iar traficul aerian este \u00een cre\u0219tere.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Aproape 16 milioane de pasageri au trecut por\u021bile Otopeniului \u00een 2024. Se estimeaz\u0103 c\u0103 num\u0103rul c\u0103l\u0103torilor se va dubla p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 2040.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-proiect-de-durata-noul-terminal-ar-fi-trebuit-inaugurat-inca-din-2015\">Un proiect \u201ede durat\u0103\u201d. Noul terminal ar fi trebuit inaugurat \u00eenc\u0103 din 2015<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Proiectul de extindere \u00ee\u0219i are r\u0103d\u0103cinile \u00een 1999, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t, dac\u0103 planurile de atunci ar fi fost respectate, noul terminal de la Otopeni ar fi trebuit inaugurat \u00eenc\u0103 din 2015, cu c\u0103ile de acces aferente, potrivit unei <a href=\"https:\/\/www.libertatea.ro\/stiri\/caracatita-terenurilor-de-la-noul-aeroport-otopeni-teapa-de-25-de-milioane-de-euro-pentru-tiriac-2429006\">investiga\u021bii Libertatea<\/a>, publicat\u0103 \u00een 2018.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un deceniu mai t\u00e2rziu, proiectul \u00eenc\u0103 se afl\u0103 \u00een faza incipient\u0103: nici m\u0103car proiectarea nu a \u00eenceput, dar\u0103mite lucr\u0103rile propriu-zise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen 2022, dup\u0103 pandemia de COVID-19, inaugurarea noului terminal de la Otopeni a fost <a href=\"https:\/\/economedia.ro\/aeroportul-otopeni-ministerul-transporturilor-amana-pentru-2028-construirea-noului-terminal.html#.YoZonKhBzIU\">am\u00e2nat\u0103 pentru decembrie 2028<\/a>, din lips\u0103 de fonduri. Nici acest termen nu mai poate fi respectat, av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere c\u0103 nici m\u0103car contractul de proiectare nu a fost semnat, iar durata lucr\u0103rilor propriu-zise este estimat\u0103 la trei ani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Valoarea estimat\u0103 a serviciilor de proiectare \u0219i asisten\u021b\u0103 tehnic\u0103 se ridic\u0103 la aproximativ 40 milioane euro, iar durata contractului este de zece ani \u0219i jum\u0103tate, dintre care: <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">opt luni pentru realizarea conceptului de design<\/mark>, dou\u0103 luni pentru documenta\u021bia tehnic\u0103 necesar\u0103 ob\u021binerii autoriza\u021biei de construire, un an \u0219i dou\u0103 luni pentru realizarea proiectului tehnic \u0219i trei ani pentru asisten\u021b\u0103 pe durata lucr\u0103rilor propriu-zise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Restul de cinci ani reprezint\u0103 perioada de garan\u021bie a lucr\u0103rilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A\u0219adar, noul terminal de la Aeroportul Otopeni nu poate fi inaugurat mai devreme de finalul anului 2031, \u00een cel mai optimist scenariu. \u0218i asta, doar dac\u0103 contractul de proiectare va fi semnat anul viitor \u0219i nu vor ap\u0103rea alte probleme tehnice ori financiare pe timpul derul\u0103rii proiectului.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-aeroport-din-ce-in-ce-mai-sufocat-trafic-record-in-2024\">Un aeroport din ce \u00een ce mai sufocat. Trafic record \u00een 2024<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Anul trecut, Aeroportul Otopeni a \u00eenregistrat valori record de trafic, cu 32% mai mari dec\u00e2t capacitatea de proiectare, de 12 milioane de pasageri.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aproximativ 15,9 milioane de c\u0103l\u0103tori i-au trecut por\u021bile, dintre care 7,98 milioane pasageri \u00eembarca\u021bi \u0219i 7.95 pasageri debarca\u021bi, a\u0219a cum a relatat Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/aeroportul-otopeni-pe-primul-loc-in-tara-cu-16-milioane-de-pasageri-in-2024\">aici<\/a>. Se preconizeaz\u0103 c\u0103 aceste valori se vor dubla \u00een 2040.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acesta a fost al \u0219aselea an \u00een care capacitatea aerog\u0103rii a fost dep\u0103\u0219it\u0103, dup\u0103 deschiderea actualului terminal, \u00een 2011. Mai precis, traficul de pasageri a dep\u0103\u0219it capacitatea de proiectare aproape \u00een fiecare an \u00een perioada 2017-2024, cu excep\u021bia anilor pandemici, c\u00e2nd au fost impuse restric\u021bii de circula\u021bie, dup\u0103 cum urmeaz\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2017 \u2013 12,8 milioane de pasageri,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2018 \u2013 13,8 milioane de pasageri,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2019 \u2013 14,8 milioane de pasageri,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2022 \u2013 12,6 milioane de pasageri,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2023 \u2013 14,69 milioane de pasageri<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">2024 &#8211; 15,9 milioane de pasageri<\/mark><\/strong>, potrivit unei statistici CNAB, citat\u0103 de <a href=\"https:\/\/cursdeguvernare.ro\/cum-a-ajuns-aeroportul-otopeni-extindere-sa-suporte-15-milioane-de-pasageri-desi-e-proiectat-pentru-6-milioane-de-ce-se-tot-amana-extinderea.html\">cursdeguvernare.ro.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dep\u0103\u015firea capacit\u0103\u0163ii aeroportului se resimte at\u00e2t \u00een disconfortul creat c\u0103l\u0103torilor, c\u00e2t \u0219i angaja\u021bilor \u0219i companiilor aeriene, de la timpi de a\u0219teptare din ce \u00een ce mai mari p\u00e2n\u0103 la defec\u021biuni tehnice \u00een perioadele de v\u00e2rf.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cum-va-arata-noul-terminal-de-la-otopeni-construc\u021bie-modulara-data-in-folosin\u021ba-etapizat\">Cum va ar\u0103ta noul terminal de la Otopeni. Construc\u021bie modular\u0103, dat\u0103 \u00een folosin\u021b\u0103 etapizat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00cen contextul unui flux de pasageri din ce \u00een ce mai ridicat, noul terminal va fi modular, pentru a putea fi dat \u00een exploatare etapizat. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Capacitatea final\u0103 va ajunge p\u00e2n\u0103 la 6.500\/ pasageri pe or\u0103, se arat\u0103 \u00een descrierea <a href=\"https:\/\/www.e-licitatie.ro\/pub\/notices\/c-notice\/v2\/view\/100193797\">licita\u021biei<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eSe va avea \u00een vedere execu\u021bia \u0219i operarea etapizat\u0103 a terminalului \u0219i a infrastructurii aferente pentru:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>faza 1 \u2013 cca. 67.000 mp (2.500 pasageri\/ or\u0103);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>faza 2 \u2013 p\u00e2n\u0103 la cca 155.000 mp (5.500 pasageri\/or\u0103), <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>faza 3 \u2013 p\u00e2n\u0103 la cca 176.000 mp (p\u00e2n\u0103 la 6.500 pasageri\/or\u0103)\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images
