Are 30 de ani \u0219i este \u00eenc\u0103 din 2019 pre\u0219edintele organiza\u021biei. Absolvent de studii economice \u0219i pasionat de mobilitate urban\u0103 \u0219i transporturi, este cel care se implic\u0103 adeseori prin contribu\u021bii \u0219i propuneri pentru proiecte de infrastructur\u0103 aflate \u00een dezabatere public\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot Alexandru Tufan este ini\u021biatorul peti\u021biei pentru \u00eenfiin\u021barea Muzeului Transportului Bucure\u0219tean \u00een Depoul Victoria, dar \u0219i cel ce salvat pe cont propriu ultimul autobuz istoric IKARUS-260 ce a apar\u021binut RATB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>***<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti: Care este povestea Asocia\u021biei \u201eMetrou U\u0219or\u201d? Ce a stat \u00een spatele \u00eenfiin\u021b\u0103rii acesteia?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Alexandru Tufan: <\/strong> \u00cenainte de a vorbi despre asocia\u021bie cred c\u0103 putem vorbi despre ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 de fapt \u201eMetrou U\u0219or\u201d \u0219i de unde a ap\u0103rut comunitatea. Ea a ap\u0103rut \u00een anul 2009 ca o platform\u0103 online ce \u0219i-a propus s\u0103 reuneasc\u0103 pasiona\u021bii de transport \u00een comun, dar cu timpul au \u00eenceput s\u0103 fie abordate \u0219i teme ce \u021bin de mobilitate \u0219i urbanism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ulterior c\u00e2\u021biva colegi au pus bazele asocia\u021biei din punct de vedere juridic, \u00een anul 2014, iar peste cinci ani, \u00een 2019 s\u0103rb\u0103toream 10 ani de comunitate. Cu aceast\u0103 ocazie \u021bin minte c\u0103 ne-am plimbat pe un traseu inelar, respectiv pe cel al liniei 1, cu un tramvai istoric, pentru a s\u0103rb\u0103tori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anul trecut am s\u0103rb\u0103torit 15 ani \u0219i sper\u0103m la c\u00e2t mai mul\u021bi de acum \u00eenainte. Ini\u021bial, la punctul maxim, asocia\u021bia a avut undeva la 16 membri legali. \u00cen prezent cred c\u0103 am ajuns la un opt. Asta \u0219i din cauza ultimilor ani care au condus pu\u021bin la dezangajarea societ\u0103\u021bii civile. Comunicarea a devenit din ce \u00een ce mai slab\u0103, iar r\u0103spunsurile la adrese oficiale formulate de ONG au \u00eenceput s\u0103 apar\u0103 tot mai rar. Cred c\u0103 asta ar fi \u0219i o problem\u0103, faptul c\u0103 autorit\u0103\u021bile nu \u00ee\u0219i mai asum\u0103 r\u0103spunsurile, le e fric\u0103 s\u0103 semneze ceva clar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De asemenea, tot despre \u201eMetrou U\u0219or\u201d a\u0219 vrea s\u0103 mai subliniez \u0219i c\u0103 suntem unul dintre pu\u021binele ONG-uri axate pe mobilitate urban\u0103 \u0219i cam singurul axat pe transport public na\u021bional de\u0219i cea mai mare activitate r\u0103m\u00e2ne tot \u00een Capital\u0103. Chiar \u0219i a\u0219a, oriunde vedem oportunit\u0103\u021bi sau identific\u0103m probleme \u0219i \u00een alte ora\u0219e din Rom\u00e2nia, desigur, intervenim cu pozi\u021bii \u0219i a\u0219a mai departe. Unul dintre cele mai bune exemple cred c\u0103 este re\u021beaua de troleibuz din Piatra Neam\u021b unde noi am intervenit dar a fost desfin\u021bat\u0103 din ra\u021biuni politice. Am \u00eencercat s\u0103 o salv\u0103m dar nu am reu\u0219it din p\u0103cate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CITE\u0218TE \u0218I: <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/strazi-deschise-promenada-urbana-in-weekendul-6-7-septembrie\/\">\u201eStr\u0103zi deschise \u2013 Promenad\u0103 urban\u0103\u201d \u00een weekendul 6-7 septembrie: jocuri sportive, spectacole \u0219i o parad\u0103 pentru copii<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V\u0103 implica\u021bi \u00een ini\u021biativa \u00eenfiin\u021b\u0103rii unui muzeu dedicat transportului \u00een comun din Capital\u0103. \u00cen ce stadiu se afl\u0103 proiectul? Ce impact va avea acesta \u00een cadrul turismului din Capital\u0103?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen primul r\u00e2nd, c\u00e2nd vorbim de muzeu al transportului public vorbim despre dou\u0103 aspecte: despre loca\u021bie \u0219i despre ce putem expune \u00een respectiva loca\u021bie. Dac\u0103 le lu\u0103m pe r\u00e2nd, amplasamentul \u00eel avem, acesta fiind Depoul Victoria, fostul Depou Bonaparte, cum se numea \u00eenainte. Construc\u021bia acestuia a \u00eenceput \u00een anul 1871 urm\u00e2nd ca inaugurarea s\u0103 aib\u0103 loc un an mai t\u00e2rziu, \u00een 1872. Locul \u0103sta are o mare \u00eensemn\u0103tate istoric\u0103 pentru transportul public din Rom\u00e2nia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen mandatul 2016-2020 a ap\u0103rut prima dat\u0103 problema \u00eenstr\u0103in\u0103rii lui la nivel oficial, pentru diverse activit\u0103\u021bi economice \u0219i a\u0219a mai departe. Atunci, Asocia\u021bia \u201eMetrou U\u0219or\u201d a protestat, pentru c\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 din 2015 acest loc este inclus \u00een planul de mobilitate urban\u0103 durabil\u0103. Potrivit acestuia aici ar trebui construit un astfel de muzeu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e2t despre vehicule, din p\u0103cate, \u00een ultimii s\u0103 zic 15 ani s-au tot t\u0103iat din piesele cu o puternic\u0103 valoare istoric\u0103. \u00cen anul 2019 am reu\u0219it s\u0103 salv\u0103m nou\u0103 vehicule foarte importante. Am mers atunci p\u00e2n\u0103 la Ministerul Culturii \u0219i am reu\u0219it astfel, prin puternice proteste publice s\u0103 salv\u0103m aceste nou\u0103 vehicule. Istoria ne-a dat dreptate \u00eens\u0103, pentru c\u0103 dou\u0103 dintre aceste troleibuze au fost restaurate \u0219i expuse \u00een Parcul Her\u0103str\u0103u. Loca\u021bia e foarte bun\u0103 \u00een sensul \u00een care este central \u0219i \u00een apropierea altor institu\u021bii precum Muzeul Geologiei, Muzeul \u021a\u0103ranului Rom\u00e2n, Muzeul H\u0103r\u021bilor \u0219i a\u0219a mai departe. S-ar putea realiza un bilet unic pentru acestea astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t vizitatorii, str\u0103ini \u0219i nu numai s\u0103 le poat\u0103 accesa pe toate cu un singur bilet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot despre partea de vehicule istorice, eu pe persoan\u0103 fizic\u0103 am reu\u0219it s\u0103 achizi\u021bionez trei astfel de vehicule. Cu siguran\u021b\u0103 nu este ceva ce m-a\u0219 fi v\u0103zut f\u0103c\u00e2nd acum mul\u021bi ani dar c\u00e2nd am auzit c\u0103 ar putea s\u0103 fie t\u0103iate am ac\u021bionat. Acum sunt \u00eempr\u0103\u0219tiate prin \u021bar\u0103 dar mi-a\u0219 dori s\u0103 le v\u0103d la Bucure\u0219ti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am reu\u0219it s\u0103 achizi\u021bionez \u0219i ultimul autobuz Rocar de Simon care a ie\u0219it vreodat\u0103 pe poarta Uzinei Autobuzul. Cum va ar\u0103ta traseul celor dou\u0103 linii? C\u00e2\u021bi c\u0103l\u0103tori ar fi sprijini\u021bi de aceast\u0103 leg\u0103tur\u0103?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este o m\u0103sur\u0103 foarte bun\u0103, \u00een sensul \u00een care se repar\u0103 practic o gre\u0219eal\u0103 istoric\u0103. Dup\u0103 cum \u0219tim, anii 80 au fost crun\u021bi pentru tot ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 Bucure\u0219ti. Anii 80 au v\u0103zut \u0219i o lovitur\u0103 puternic\u0103 pentru transportul public de suprafa\u021b\u0103, \u00een special pentru cel electric. Vorbim aici despre dezafectarea re\u021belelor de troleibuz. Dup\u0103 anul 1986, dup\u0103 construc\u021bia Magistralei 2, practic s-au desfiin\u021bat zeci de kilometri de re\u021bele trolibuz care a fost \u00eenlocuit p\u00e2n\u0103 la urm\u0103 cu vehicule diesel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Revenind strict la Pia\u021ba Unirii \u0219i la tramvai, da, Pia\u021ba Unirii a fost traversat\u0103 de tramvai, deci nu este o noutate. Este un proiect prev\u0103zut, dac\u0103 nu gre\u0219esc, \u00eenc\u0103 din anii 90, din primele studii f\u0103cute cu exper\u021bi japonezi. Mai mult, este extraordinar de util pentru c\u0103  avem trei puncte terminus de tramvai: la Regina Maria, la Pia\u021ba Sf\u00e2nta Vineri \u0219i la Pia\u021ba Sf\u00e2ntul Gheorghe, dar niciuna nu atinge Pia\u021ba Unirii \u0219i zona unde ai metroul. De asemenea, aceste tramvaie nu se conecteaz\u0103 \u00eentre ele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Din p\u0103cate, citeam chiar recent comentariile de pe pagina, de dezbatere a Prim\u0103riei Municipiului Bucure\u0219ti, pentru c\u0103 proiectul s-a aflat \u00een dezbatere public\u0103 la Prim\u0103ria Municipiului Bucure\u0219ti \u0219i sunt \u0219i unele comentarii din partea unor oameni care nu \u00een\u021beleg neap\u0103rat mobilitatea. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ei spun c\u0103 cei 900 de metri \u00eentre Sf. Vineri \u0219i Regina Maria \u00eei faci foarte lejer \u00een 20 de minute pe jos dar nu \u00een\u021beleg c\u0103 n-avem to\u021bi 20 de ani \u0219i nu \u00eentotdeauna este soare. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este foarte necesar tramvaiul aici iar noi am transmis prim\u0103riei \u00een ultimii patru ani diverse proiecte pentru a \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi varianta existent\u0103, \u00een sensul \u00een care nu prevene o leg\u0103tur\u0103 direct\u0103 cu metroul. Sper\u0103m s\u0103 fie revizuit proiectul pentru c\u0103 astfel se elimin\u0103 problema travers\u0103rii \u0219i automat ar sc\u0103dea \u0219i num\u0103rul de accidente posibile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e2t despre num\u0103rul de c\u0103l\u0103tori ce ar putea beneficia pe urma acestui proiect, nu vorbim de sute sau mii, ci de aproximativ o sut\u0103 de mii de pasageri. Desigur, \u00een urma acestor modific\u0103ri ar trebui adaptate \u0219i traseele de autobuz la noua realitate \u00een care avem tramvaie de 36 de metri, adic\u0103 vehicule de medie \u0219i mare capacitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ce v\u0103 place la sistemul de transport din Capital\u0103 \u00een prezent? Ce ar mai putea fi \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bit?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e2n\u0103 acum au ap\u0103rut culoarele unice pentru tramvai \u0219i autobuz care sunt un lucru destul de bun, chiar dac\u0103 asta s-a f\u0103cut prin celebrele garduri. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este o solu\u021bie practic\u0103 care \u0219i-a dovedit utilitatea \u00eenc\u0103 din anul 2002 c\u00e2nd a fost inaugurat\u0103 linia 41 \u0219i au fost instalate aceste garduri. Acestea s-au mai pus \u0219i pe \u0218oseaua Colentina, tot pe inelul principal, ar\u0103t\u00e2ndu-\u0219i utilitatea \u0219i \u00een aceast\u0103 situa\u021bie. Mai apoi s-au mutat \u0219i autobuzele pe aceste culoare, fapt ce s-a tradus prin transbordarea mai u\u0219oar\u0103 \u00eentre vehicule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De asemenea a mai sc\u0103zut \u0219i num\u0103rul de accidente pentru c\u0103 mul\u021bi nu mai aveau r\u0103bdare s\u0103 mearg\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la trecerea de pietoni. Acum fac asta elegant, \u00een siguran\u021b\u0103 \u0219i mai accesibil pentru persoanele cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi. \u00cemi place \u0219i c\u0103 s-a diversificat re\u021beaua de autobuz. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este important \u0219i c\u0103 acum STB nu \u00ee\u0219i mai face singur\u0103 traseele pentru c\u0103 avea pl\u0103cerea de a pune buchete de linii pe bulevardele mari. Asta \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 aveai bulevarde bine irigate dar \u0219i o \u00eentreag\u0103 zon\u0103 adiacent\u0103 \u00een care nu aveai vehicule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cemi mai place \u0219i c\u0103 au fost extinse de fapt anumite linii, printre care 312, 323, 311 dar m\u0103 bucur\u0103 \u0219i introducerea tarifului orar pentru c\u0103 nu trebuie s\u0103 mai validezi la urcarea \u00een fiecare vehicul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>C\u00e2t despre ce s-ar mai putea \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi, probabil cea mai a\u0219teptat\u0103 ar fi banda unic\u0103 de pe Iuliu Maniu, \u00eenceput\u0103 prin 2020. Avem o buc\u0103\u021bic\u0103 \u00eentre Lujerului \u0219i Politehnic\u0103 dar este important\u0103 continuarea proiectului.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 tot vorbim despre \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021biri ar fi bun\u0103 \u0219i reintroducerea biletului comun, care a picat dup\u0103 ce Metrorex a scumpit tariful c\u0103l\u0103toriei, ie\u0219ind de la sine putere din \u00een\u021belegere, f\u0103r\u0103 a exista o colaborare cu Prim\u0103ria General\u0103 \u0219i STB. La fel s-a \u00eent\u00e2mplat \u0219i \u00een cazul CFR care a ie\u0219it din acord. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desigur, c\u0103l\u0103torii sunt cei mai afecta\u021bi \u00een cazul acesta, pentru c\u0103 din p\u0103cate avem \u00een continuare dou\u0103 sisteme separate transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mi-a\u0219 dori \u0219i o prim\u0103rie mai puternic\u0103, pentru c\u0103 PMB s-a trezit c\u0103 sunt scoase gardurile de pe patru kilometri de culoar unic pe \u0218oseaua Olteni\u021bei de c\u0103tre Prim\u0103ria Sectorului 4. Noi am \u00eencercat s\u0103 protest\u0103m \u0219i s\u0103 atragem aten\u021bia Prim\u0103riei Generale cu privire la asta dar ei ne-au confirmat c\u0103 doar au descoperit cum Prim\u0103ria Sectorului 4 desfiin\u021beaz\u0103 \u00een timp real gardurile, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 fac\u0103 nimic \u00een acest sens. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot Prim\u0103ria Sectorului 4 era cea care trebuia s\u0103 repun\u0103 re\u021beaua de troleu dup\u0103 lucr\u0103rile la Pasajul Europa Unit\u0103, dar se refuz\u0103 constant redeschiderea liniei de troleu 74.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mai exact interven\u021bia, adic\u0103 lucrarea \u00een sine, a fost realizat\u0103 de Prim\u0103ria Sectorului 4, iar \u00een mod normal ea are obliga\u021bia de a aduce toate infrastructura conex\u0103 la starea ini\u021bial\u0103 sau \u00eentr-o stare similar\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CITE\u0218TE \u0218I: <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/cafeneaua-bdb-stefan-diaconu-flautist-dirijor-si-aranjor-de-partituri-enescu-va-ajunge-unul-din-cei-mai-cantati-compozitori-ai-lumii-in-urmatorii-20-de-ani-daca-incalzirea-globala-ne-va\/\">Cafeneaua BdB | \u0218tefan Diaconu, flautist, dirijor \u0219i aranjor de partituri: \u201eEnescu va ajunge unul dintre cei mai c\u00e2nta\u021bi compozitori ai lumii \u00een urm\u0103torii 20 de ani, dac\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103lzirea global\u0103 ne va mai permite s\u0103 c\u00e2nt\u0103m\u201d<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Va circula tramvaiul pe Pasajul Europa Unit\u0103? Dar pe pasajul de la Ap\u0103r\u0103torii Patriei? Vor fi \u00eenfiin\u021bate linii noi \u00een zon\u0103?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toate aceste pasaje, pe care le-a\u021bi enumerat dumneavoastr\u0103, respectiv Europa Unit\u0103 \u0219i cel de la Ap\u0103r\u0103torii Patriei se afl\u0103 pe inelul median. Acesta este un inel strategic de transport pentru toat\u0103 mobilitatea urban\u0103 din Bucure\u0219ti \u0219i Ilfov. Pentru a \u00een\u021belege importan\u021ba lui g\u00e2ndi\u021bi-v\u0103 c\u0103 linia 41, care este un etalon ast\u0103zi, se afl\u0103 pe inelul median doar c\u0103 \u00een partea de nord-vest. Zona Berceniului are o infrastructur\u0103 foarte bine dezvoltat\u0103 \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te transportul cu troleibuzul, dar din p\u0103cate este ciuntit\u0103. Chiar \u0219i a\u0219a, \u00een prezent nu credem c\u0103 ar fi util\u0103 introducerea tramvaiului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exist\u0103 totodat\u0103 \u0219i alte metode, dac\u0103 se dovede\u0219te c\u0103 fluxul de c\u0103l\u0103tori e mare. Adic\u0103 putem introduce mult mai multe vehicule, sau putem face benzi unice pentru troleibuze \u00een caz de nevoie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S\u0103 discut\u0103m \u0219i despre Magistrala 4 de metrou. Exist\u0103 planuri pentru extinderea liniei. Crede\u021bi c\u0103 inaugurarea se va face tot cu rame IVA?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu putem prezice neap\u0103rat viitorul dar nu credem c\u0103 se va face cu rame IVA, pentru c\u0103 nu prea mai sunt destule. Ultima oar\u0103, dac\u0103 nu sunt \u00een eroare, erau zece rame func\u021bionale. \u0218tiu c\u0103 vreo dou\u0103 s-au defectat, dar parcul de rame IVA este la nivel minim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen al doilea r\u00e2nd apare \u0219i problema semnaliz\u0103rii.
