Autorit\u0103\u021bile justific\u0103 decizia prin costurile prohibitive de restaurare la fa\u021ba locului \u0219i starea avansat\u0103 de degradare a imobilului.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Casa a fost ridicat\u0103 pe un soclu de beton \u0219i t\u0103lpi de stejar, av\u00e2nd pere\u021bi din paiant\u0103. Decorat\u0103 cu u\u0219i sculptate \u0219i ornamente din tencuial\u0103, construc\u021bia prezenta \u0219apte panouri verticale cu basoreliefuri geometrice, potrivit <a href=\"https:\/\/jurnaluldeilfov.ro\/casa-lui-lisca-renaste-in-parcul-dintre-flori-din-buftea\/\">jurnaluldeilfov.ro<\/a>. \u00centre consolele stre\u0219inei existau, pe vremuri, panouri octogonale din stejar sculptat, cu stema heraldic\u0103 a jude\u021belor interbelice ale Rom\u00e2niei, \u00eens\u0103 acestea au disp\u0103rut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fmonumenterenascute%2Fposts%2Fpfbid0j9CFr2jcyrAtzo69THKUr5HcoqM7Y4yxsW1gSpP7qtvLstSvmqfAoD54uGuyrtcvl&#038;show_text=true&#038;width=500\" width=\"500\" height=\"716\" style=\"border:none;overflow:hidden\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" allow=\"autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; picture-in-picture; web-share\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p>Proiectul de relocare \u0219i restaurare este o ini\u021biativ\u0103 a Consiliului Jude\u021bean Ilfov, prin Centrul Jude\u021bean pentru Conservarea \u0219i Promovarea Culturii Tradi\u021bionale Ilfov, \u00een parteneriat cu Prim\u0103ria Buftea. Finan\u021barea provine de la bugetul local al Consiliului Jude\u021bean. Lucr\u0103rile se desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 pe un teren pus la dispozi\u021bie de prim\u0103ria Buftea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-model-preluat-din-giurgiu\"><strong>Un model preluat din Giurgiu<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceast\u0103 ac\u021biune nu este singular\u0103. \u00cen ultimul an, CJ Ilfov a mai relocat \u0219i restaurat alte dou\u0103 imobile tradi\u021bionale: Casa Frusina din Corbeanca \u0219i Casa Tradi\u021bional\u0103 Ilie Micu din M\u0103gurele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proiectul de la M\u0103gurele a implicat mutarea casei lui Ilie Micu din satul Fr\u0103te\u0219ti, jude\u021bul Giurgiu, dup\u0103 ce construc\u021bia, datat\u0103 din 1932, a fost salvat\u0103 de la demolare. Ilie Micu a fost ctitorul \u0218colii Populare de Arte din Sibiu.
