class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-istoricul-nbsp-proiectului-bucure\u0219ti-craiova\"><strong>Istoricul&nbsp;<\/strong>proiectului Bucure\u0219ti-Craiova<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Acest tronson ultim, cu o lungime total\u0103 de 31,81 km, a avut deja o por\u021biune de 20,1 km deschis\u0103 traficului \u00een noiembrie 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong> Drumul Expres DEx12, cunoscut \u0219i sub denumirea de \u201eAutostrada Ford\u201d datorit\u0103 importan\u021bei sale pentru fabrica auto din Craiova, are o lungime total\u0103 de 121 km \u0219i este proiectat s\u0103 \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021beasc\u0103 semnificativ fluiditatea traficului \u0219i siguran\u021ba rutier\u0103, ocolind principalele localit\u0103\u021bi, sub forma de \u201ecentur\u0103\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Concret, va fi deviat traficul greu \u0219i cel de tranzit de pe drumurile existente, unde vitezele medii sunt sc\u0103zute, iar rata accidentelor fatale este cu 5,8% peste media na\u021bional\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Proiectul DEx12 este conceput s\u0103 includ\u0103 10 intersec\u021bii rutiere \u0219i 75 de poduri \u0219i pasaje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Drumul expres, care beneficiaz\u0103 de o contribu\u021bie european\u0103 de 726 de milioane de euro prin politica de coeziune, a avut un traiect sinuos: ini\u021bial, \u00een 2013, a fost planificat ca autostrad\u0103 (A12) \u0219i licitat ca un contract de concesiune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ulterior, \u00een 2017, decizia de a-l redefini ca drum expres, cu limit\u0103 de 120 km\/h \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 band\u0103 de urgen\u021b\u0103, a st\u00e2rnit critici \u00een spa\u021biul public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CITE\u015eTE
