Documentul cuprinde harta extins\u0103 a pistelor de biciclet\u0103 din Capital\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>UPDATE<\/strong>: Proiectul de hot\u0103r\u00e2re privind Masterplanul Velo a fost adoptat de CGMB cu 41 de voturi pentru, 3 ab\u021bineri \u0219i un vot \u00eempotriv\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Primarul general interimar a propus un amendament, acceptat de consilierii generali, care prevede c\u0103 \u201eimplementarea proiectelor pentru realizarea pistelor de biciclete se va realiza numai dup\u0103 ob\u021binerea avizului Comisiei Tehnice de Circula\u021bie a Municipiului Bucure\u0219ti, care va asigura respectarea prevederilor prezentului plan \u0219i corelarea cu legile \u0219i normativele \u00een vigoare\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un <a href=\"http:\/\/doc.pmb.ro\/consiliu\/sedinte\/553\/oz\/a_p31_20250730093409.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">amendament propus de c\u0103tre consilierii generali REPER<\/a>, care au propus crearea unui consiliu consultativ neremunerat, pentru monitorizarea \u0219i accelerarea aplic\u0103rii Masterplanului Velo, nu a fost adoptat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Masterplaul Velor prevede construirea a 150 de kilometri de re\u0163ea principal\u0103 de piste de biciclete \u015fi 400 de kilometri de re\u0163ea secundar\u0103, menit\u0103 s\u0103 asigure conexiuni \u00eentre zonele reziden\u0163iale \u015fi principalele puncte de interes: locuri de munc\u0103, \u015fcoli, zone comerciale \u015fi institu\u0163ii publice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Autorit\u0103\u0163ile promit c\u0103 pistele vor fi conectate cu transportul \u00een comun. Este de asemenea men\u0163ionat c\u0103 <strong>mai mult de jum\u0103tate din infrastructura velo existent\u0103 nu asigur\u0103 condi\u0163iile minime necesare de func\u0163ionare<\/strong>. \u00cen document sunt propuse solu\u0163ii de remediere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-harta-pistelor-de-bicicleta-si-controversele-privind-latimea-acestora\">Harta pistelor de biciclet\u0103 \u015fi controversele privind l\u0103\u0163imea acestora<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Chiar \u015fi \u00een <a href=\"https:\/\/doc.pmb.ro\/consiliu\/sedinte\/553\/oz\/12751.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">varianta masterplanului trimis\u0103 spre aprobare<\/a> \u00een Consiliul General al Municipiului Bucure\u015fti (CGMB) sunt stipulate valori suboptime pentru l\u0103\u0163imea pistelor, dup\u0103 cum exper\u0163ii au atras aten\u0163ia \u00een repetate r\u00e2nduri.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mai exact, pistele unidirec\u0163ionale ar urma s\u0103 aib\u0103 \u00eentre 1 \u015fi 1.5 metri l\u0103\u0163ime, iar cele bidirec\u0163ionale 2-2.5 metri (l\u0103\u0163ime minim\u0103 recomandat\u0103).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asocia\u0163ia ProInfrastructur\u0103 condamn\u0103 aceste standarde stabilite de autorit\u0103\u0163ile rom\u00e2ne \u015fi dau exemplul occidentalilor. \u00cen Olanda, normativul este de doi metri cu derogare la 1,7-1,8m unde sunt constr\u00e2ngeri de spa\u0163iu severe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e\u00cen opinia noastr\u0103, confortul \u015fi siguran\u0163a pe banda velo este un element critic. De\u015fi masterplanul recunoa\u015fte c\u0103 l\u0103\u0163imea minim\u0103 necesar\u0103 unei piste trebuie s\u0103 \u0163in\u0103 cont de abaterea cauzat\u0103 de echilibrul pe dou\u0103 ro\u0163i,&nbsp;<strong>PMB insist\u0103 cu l\u0103\u0163imile minime aberante pe pistele secundare, 1 metru, respectiv 1,5 metri pe cele principale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recomand\u0103m tuturor responsabililor implica\u0163i s\u0103 \u00eencerce mersul pe biciclet\u0103, pe o band\u0103 de 1 metru cu ma\u015finile v\u00e2j\u00e2ind pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 cap, ca exerci\u0163iu obligatoriu \u00eenaintea definitiv\u0103rii masterplanului\u201d, au transmis reprezentan\u0163ii Asocia\u021biei Pro Infrastructur\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00centr-un r\u0103spuns pentru Buletin de Bucure\u015fti, coordonatorul Masterplanului Velo, Radu Andronic, a declarat c\u0103 criticile aduse documentului privind l\u0103\u021bimile minime ale pistelor pentru biciclete nu sunt justificate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eEu cred c\u0103 este o ne\u00een\u021belegere \u0219i c\u0103 Masterplanul preia dimensiunile minime propuse \u00een normative, chiar le excede. Eu zic c\u0103 documentul este aliniat standardelor\u201d<\/em>, a declarat Radu Andronic. <em>\u201eAceste l\u0103\u021bimi sunt foarte sigure. Sunt l\u0103\u021bimile minime propuse, pentru situa\u021biile c\u00e2nd nu exist\u0103 spa\u021biu \u0219i se dore\u0219te neap\u0103rat o band\u0103 circulabil\u0103.<em>1,5 metri pentru re\u021beaua principal\u0103 este minimul, \u0219i la 1,5 metri ai cel pu\u021bin 0,5 metri spa\u021biu de protec\u021bie. Deci sunt super sigure l\u0103\u021bimile propuse<\/em>\u201d<\/em>, a ad\u0103ugat coordonatorul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Masterplanul Velo va fi implementat de Asocia\u0163ia de Dezvoltare Intercomunitar\u0103 pentru Transport Public Bucure\u015fti-Ilfov (TPBI). Acest document este o etap\u0103 important\u0103 \u00een dezvoltarea Bucure\u015ftiului, \u00een ceea ce prive\u015fte transportul alternativ.
