Aicim la sta\u021bia Pia\u021ba Victoriei<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Marius (26 ani)&nbsp;circul\u0103 \u00een fiecare zi cu metroul, pentru c\u0103 a\u0219a ajunge rapid \u00een Pipera, unde lucreaz\u0103. \u0218i, pentru asta, merge pe linia M2 Tudor Arghezi-Pipera, care face leg\u0103tura \u00eentre sudul Capitalei \u0219i zona de nord a ora\u0219ului.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&nbsp;\u201e\u00cen afar\u0103 de situa\u021bii punctuale, \u00een care aerul din metrou mi s-a p\u0103rut \u00eenchis sau greu de respirat, nu mi-am pus niciodat\u0103 \u00eentrebarea despre c\u00e2t de poluat e aici\u201d, <\/em>ne-a declarat el.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diana (23 de ani) circul\u0103 \u0219i ea pe aceea\u0219i linie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&nbsp;\u201eMi se pare c\u0103 e foarte mult\u0103 umiditate, \u00een unele sta\u021bii sim\u021bi miros de mucegai. Cred c\u0103 ar trebui s\u0103 aib\u0103 un sistem de ventila\u021bie mai bun\u201d,  <\/em>ne-a spus ea, \u00een timp ce eram \u00een sta\u021bia de metrou Pia\u021ba Victoriei \u0219i f\u0103ceam m\u0103sur\u0103tori privind calitatea aerului din subteran.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Timp de o s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103, am monitorizat calitatea aerului pe linia de metrou cu care circul\u0103 Marius \u0219i Diana.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cunoscut\u0103 drept \u201emagistrala corporati\u0219tilor\u201d, pe M2 circul\u0103 cele mai noi trenuri de metrou, introduse pe traseu \u00een perioada 2013-2016. Includ pic\u0103turi de lichid \u0219i poluan\u021bi genera\u021bi de activitatea oamenilor. Pot fi generate \u0219i de fenomene naturale cum sunt furtunile de nisip sau erup\u021biile vulcanice \u0219i pot con\u021bine inclusiv spori de mucegai.<\/em> <em>Au m\u0103rimi diferite \u0219i pot p\u0103trunde \u00een corpul nostru gener\u00e2nd probleme de s\u0103n\u0103tate<\/em>.<br><br><em>PM10 au diametrul mai mic de 10 micrometri.&nbsp;<\/em><br><br><em>PM2,5 (sau particulele fine) au diametrul mai mic de 2,5 micrometri.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe tot parcursul document\u0103rii acestui articol, ne-a \u00eendrumat cercet\u0103toarea Lumini\u021ba M\u0103rmureanu, de la Institutul Na\u021bional de Fizic\u0103 a P\u0103m\u00e2ntului. De altfel, cercet\u0103toarea spune c\u0103 a fost precaut\u0103 \u00een interpretarea datelor. Grafic\u0103: Emilian Mocanu<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Legisla\u021bia intern\u0103 stabile\u0219te limita zilnic\u0103 de <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">50 de micrograme pe metru cub<\/mark> doar pentru particulele PM10, nu \u0219i pentru cele mai mici.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen prima zi de monitorizare, \u00een toate cele trei momente ale zilei, valoarea limit\u0103 pentru PM10 a fost dep\u0103\u0219it\u0103 la sta\u021biile de la Eroi Revolu\u021biei \u0219i Pia\u021ba Victoriei.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Valori peste limit\u0103 au mai fost \u00eenregistrate, cu preponderen\u021b\u0103 seara, \u0219i la sta\u021bia Pipera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cercet\u0103toarea Lumini\u021ba M\u0103rmureanu a explicat c\u0103 particulele mari prezente \u00een aceste sta\u021bii indic\u0103 faptul c\u0103 poluarea este generat\u0103 de frecarea ro\u0163ilor metalice de linii \u0219i praful care se ridic\u0103 din nou \u00een aer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eSta\u021bia Pia\u021ba Victoriei a eviden\u021biat de asemenea o predominan\u021b\u0103 a particulelor grosiere, ceea ce indic\u0103 o influen\u021b\u0103 mai puternic\u0103 a surselor mecanice \u0219i de resuspensie a prafului. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Cu toate acestea, exist\u0103 o mic\u0103 diferen\u021b\u0103&nbsp; \u00eentre cele Victoriei \u0219i Eroii Revolu\u021biei,&nbsp; <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">posibil atribuit\u0103 sistemului diferit de ventila\u021bie<\/mark>\u201d, <\/em>ne-a declarat Lumini\u021ba M\u0103rmureanu, dup\u0103 ce a studiat datele.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cantitatea de PM-uri din aer cre\u0219te pe parcursul zilei, potrivit m\u0103sur\u0103torilor, fapt ce se poate explica prin ventila\u021bia insuficient\u0103, fluxul de c\u0103l\u0103tori \u015fi circula\u0163ia trenurilor, precum \u015fi prin poluarea de la suprafa\u0163\u0103, conform cercet\u0103toarei.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201e(&#8230;) \u00cen intervalul serii predomin\u0103 acumularea particulelor fine \u0219i ultrafine, fenomen ce poate fi atribuit at\u00e2t ventil\u0103rii insuficiente, c\u00e2t \u0219i contribu\u021biei continue a surselor interne \u0219i externe, precum <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">gazele de e\u0219apament \u0219i transformarea acestora \u00een prin reac\u021bii chimice\/fotochimice \u0219i p\u0103trunderea aerului poluat din exterior(n.r. &#8211; prin gurile de captare aflate la nivelul intersec\u0163ilor)\u201d<\/mark>, <\/em>a povestit specialista, \u00een urma analizei datelor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 sta\u021biile de metrou, am f\u0103cut m\u0103sur\u0103tori \u0219i \u00een vagoane. Ar fi un pas binevenit pentru bucure\u0219teni s\u0103 amplas\u0103m acolo senzori, motiv pentru care am \u00eenceput o discu\u021bie cu Ministrul Transporturilor, domnul \u0218erban, pentru a \u00eencheia un parteneriat \u00een acest sens cu echipa de la Ministerul Mediului, Apelor \u0219i P\u0103durilor\u201d, <\/em>a declarat Diana Buzoianu pentru Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti<em>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La fel a declarat \u0219i fostul ministru Mircea Fechet, care a men\u021bionat c\u0103 astfel de m\u0103sur\u0103tori dep\u0103\u0219esc atribu\u021biile Ministerului Mediului, potrivit legisla\u021biei \u00een vigoare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>Cred c\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 ne uit\u0103m \u00een lege \u0219i s\u0103 \u00een\u021belegem rolul fiec\u0103rei institu\u021bii, ori Ministerul Mediului, Apelor \u0219i P\u0103durilor, deocamdat\u0103, nu verific\u0103 calitatea aerului nici \u00een metrou, nici \u00een microbuz, nici \u00een autobuz.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Dac\u0103 \u00een viitor, legiuitorul va decide c\u0103 cineva va trebui s\u0103 verifice \u0219i aceste lucruri, \u0219i \u00een m\u0103sura \u00een care va fi desemnat Ministerul Mediului s\u0103 verifice lucrurile acestea, probabil c\u0103 o va face\u201d<\/em>, a declarat Mircea Fechet pentru <strong>Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti.<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00centruc\u00e2t Ministerul Mediului nu colecteaz\u0103 date din subteran, \u0219tim foarte pu\u021bine lucruri despre calitatea aerului din metrou, iar majoritatea informa\u021biilor vin din studii independente sau m\u0103sur\u0103tori f\u0103cute de jurnali\u0219ti \u0219i ONG-uri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>De exemplu, <a href=\"https:\/\/pubs.aip.org\/aip\/acp\/article-abstract\/2291\/1\/020032\/725013\/Underground-air-quality-monitoring-in-subway?redirectedFrom=fulltext\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">un studiu realizat \u00een 2020<\/a> de cercet\u0103tori de la Institutului Na\u0163ional de Cercetare-Dezvoltare pentru Protec\u0163ia Mediului&nbsp;arat\u0103 c\u0103 nivelul de PM10 este semnificativ mai ridicat \u00een sta\u021biile de metrou dec\u00e2t la suprafa\u021b\u0103, similar m\u0103sur\u0103torilor realizate de Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti, la peste cinci ani distan\u0163\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cercet\u0103torii au monitorizat aerul timp de dou\u0103 zile, \u00een patru sta\u021bii de metrou. Cantitatea de PM10 a variat \u00eentre 40-70 micrograme pe metru cub pentru sta\u021bia Lujerului, respectiv 20-30 micrograme pe metru cub pentru Pia\u021ba Unirii 1, diferen\u021be atribuite sistemului de ventila\u021bie, potrivit studiului.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Principale surse de particule \u00een suspensie identificate au fost uzura \u0219inelor \u0219i&nbsp;a pere\u021bilor din tunel. Totodat\u0103, s-a observat o leg\u0103tur\u0103 \u00eentre calitatea aerului din sta\u021bii \u0219i cel din apropierea prizelor de ventila\u021bie de la suprafa\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un alt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.journalofyoungscientist.usamv.ro\/index.php\/scientific-papers\/572-silent-dangers-from-underground-bucharest-subway-air-quality#spucontentCitation13\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">studiu din 2019<\/a> arat\u0103 c\u0103 nivelul de PM-uri a dep\u0103\u0219it valorile-limit\u0103 \u00een toate cele opt sta\u021bii \u00een care a fost monitorizat\u0103 calitatea aerului. M\u0103sur\u0103torile au fost f\u0103cute, timp de o s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103, de c\u0103tre studen\u021bi din cadrul Universit\u0103\u021bii de \u0218tiin\u021be Agronomice \u0219i Medicin\u0103 Veterinar\u0103 din Bucure\u0219ti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Concluzia lor a fost c\u0103 \u00een majoritarea sta\u021biilor unde au f\u0103cut m\u0103sur\u0103tori, valorile PM10 au dep\u0103\u0219it limita impus\u0103 de lege.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Totu\u0219i, datele nu sunt nici pe departe suficiente pentru a \u00een\u021belege \u00een ansamblu fenomenul polu\u0103rii din subteran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potrivit site-ului Metrorex, \u0219i operatorul de transport colecteaz\u0103 astfel de date, \u00eens\u0103 nu sunt publice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Am contactat Metrorex pentru mai multe detalii despre monitorizarea aerului, dar \u0219i pentru un punct de vedere cu privire la m\u0103sur\u0103torile realizate de Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti, \u00eens\u0103 nu am primit un r\u0103spuns p\u00e2n\u0103 la data public\u0103rii.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-particulele-care-ne-scurteaza-via\u021ba\"><strong>Particulele care ne scurteaz\u0103 via\u021ba<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Expunerea la aerul toxic din metrou, adic\u0103 pe termen scurt, ar cauza doar reac\u021bii alergice, dar:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201e (&#8230;) dac\u0103 lu\u0103m cumulat cu tot ceea ce tr\u0103im \u00eentr-o zi, \u00eentr-o lun\u0103, \u00een ani de zile, cu nivel crescut de particule de materie, nu doar \u00een mijloacele de transport, ci \u0219i la locul de munc\u0103 \u0219i \u00een via\u021ba de zi cu zi, unii chiar \u0219i acas\u0103, pentru c\u0103 exist\u0103 \u0219i o poluare indoor, atunci efectele pentru s\u0103n\u0103tatea noastr\u0103 se resimt direct \u0219i aici e nevoie de aten\u021bie \u0219i m\u0103suri.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u00cencet, \u00eencet pe noi ne cost\u0103 ani din via\u021b\u0103. \u0218i nu doar c\u0103 murim mai repede, dar tr\u0103im cu boli cronice care \u00eenseamn\u0103 suferin\u021b\u0103, calitatea vie\u021bii proast\u0103, cheltuieli pentru sistemul de s\u0103n\u0103tate majore, a\u0219a c\u0103 trebuie cumva s\u0103 schimb\u0103m ni\u0219te lucruri. Dac\u0103 vrem s\u0103 ne fie nou\u0103 mai bine, tuturor.&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(&#8230;) <\/em><strong><em>nu sunt doar boli pulmonare, sunt boli cardiovasculare, afec\u021biuni endocrine, sunt afec\u021biuni neurologice, care sunt \u00een rela\u021bie cu poluarea<\/em><\/strong><em>\u201d<\/em>, ne-a explicat Beatrice Mahler, medic pneumolog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Angaja\u021bii Metrorex care lucreaz\u0103 la \u00eentre\u0163inere, \u00een tuneluri, sunt cei mai expu\u0219i la poluarea subteran\u0103, petrec\u00e2nd \u00eentre \u0219ase \u0219i opt ore pe noapte \u00een acest mediu, spre deosebire de c\u0103l\u0103torii care tranziteaz\u0103 rapid. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Categoriile vulnerabile &#8211; copiii, v\u00e2rstnicii \u0219i persoanele cu boli cronice &#8211; sunt cele mai afectate de calitatea aerului. Studiul \u201ePoluan\u021bii din aer \u0219i impactul lor asupra bolilor cronice&#8221;, despre care Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti a scris <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/studiu-spitalele-din-capitala-pline-cu-bolnavi-in-perioadele-cand-senzorii-de-aer-bat-in-rosu-938-de-internari-in-plus-doar-pentru-afectiuni-ale-aparatului-respirator\/\"><strong>aici<\/strong><\/a>, arat\u0103 c\u0103 pacien\u021bii cronici ajung mai des la spital c\u00e2nd poluarea cre\u0219te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-aerul-din-autobuz-mai-curat-nbsp\"><strong>Aerul din autobuz, mai curat&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen perioada 23-30 iunie, ne-am plimbat cu autobuzul pe linia 311, pe care circul\u0103 noile autobuze electrice ZTE Granton, introduse \u00een circula\u021bie \u00een 2023. Traseul lui \u00eencepe la periferia estic\u0103 a ora\u0219ului, de la Uzinele Faur p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een centrul Bucure\u0219tiului, la Sala Palatului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am c\u0103l\u0103torit diminea\u021ba, la pr\u00e2nz \u0219i seara, c\u00e2te o or\u0103. \u00cen unele cazuri, din cauza aglomera\u021biei, am petrecut \u0219i c\u00e2te dou\u0103 ore \u00een autobuz.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0219a am aflat c\u0103 \u00een autobuzele STB aerul e considerabil mai curat dec\u00e2t \u00een subteran.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201e (&#8230;) valorile medii \u00eenregistrate s-au situat \u00eentre 6,8\u20137,1 \u00b5g\/m\u00b3 (n.r. micrograme pe metru p\u0103trat) pentru PM2.5 \u0219i 7,9\u20138,35 \u00b5g\/m\u00b3 pentru PM10, \u00eencadr\u00e2ndu-se \u00een intervalele tipice pentru sezonul cald.
