De asemenea, se monteaz\u0103 sistemul de iluminat \u0219i parapetul metalic, at\u00e2t cel marginal, c\u00e2t \u0219i separatoarele de sensuri.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lucr\u0103rile la Autostr\u0103da A7, sec\u021biunea Foc\u0219ani \u2013 Bac\u0103u, Lotul 1 Foc\u0219ani \u2013 Domne\u0219ti-T\u00e2rg sunt f\u0103cute de Asocierea SA&amp;PE Construct SRL \u2013 Spedition UMB SRL \u2013 Tehnostrade SRL. Ordinul de \u00eencepere a lucr\u0103rilor pe segmentul de 35,6 km a fost emis pe 29 martie 2023, cu o durat\u0103 de execu\u021bie de 30 de luni. Stadiul fizic al lucr\u0103rilor este de 53%, mai anun\u021b\u0103 DRDP Ia\u0219i. Mega-podul de peste r\u00e2ul Buz\u0103u, cu o lungime de 1,3 kilometri, este gata \u0219i dat \u00een trafic, dar func\u021bionalitatea sa nu este de 100% pe rela\u021bia dinspre Capital\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acesta ar trebui s\u0103 conecteze Bucure\u0219tiul de Foc\u0219ani, la Est de intersec\u021bia cu E85. Totu\u0219i, darea \u00een circula\u021bie a acestuia depinde de finalizarea loturilor anterioare, dinspre Ploie\u0219ti. Acestea \u00eenregistreaz\u0103 \u00eent\u00e2rzieri din cauza execu\u021biei defectuoase \u0219i a tergivers\u0103rii licita\u021biilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-podul-neputin\u021bei-dinspre-ploie\u0219ti\"><strong>\u201ePodul neputin\u021bei\u201d dinspre Ploie\u0219ti<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalizarea podului de la Buz\u0103u a fost am\u00e2nat\u0103 \u00een repetate r\u00e2nduri, de la august 2024 la ianuarie 2025, iar acum \u0219i acest termen a fost dep\u0103\u0219it. \u00cent\u00e2rzierile se datoreaz\u0103 \u00een principal problemelor de pe tronsoanele dinspre Ploie\u0219ti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lotul 1 Dumbrava \u2013 Mizil, de 21 de kilometri, a fost deschis par\u021bial \u00een decembrie 2024. Cu toate acestea, o por\u021biune de aproximativ 10 km a fost \u00eenchis\u0103 temporar \u00een aprilie 2025 pentru a permite finalizarea lucr\u0103rilor din zona afectat\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lotul 2, Mizil \u2013 Pietroasele, de aproximativ 30 de kilometri, construit de asocierea Coni SRL \u2013 Trace Group Hold PLC, a avut probleme majore. Un pod la Mizil a fost construit defectuos, necesit\u00e2nd lucr\u0103ri de repara\u021bii. Aceste repara\u021bii au dus la \u00eenchiderea temporar\u0103 a unei por\u021biuni deja inaugurate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lotul 3, Pietroasele \u2013 Buz\u0103u, de aproape 14 km, construit de asocierea turc\u0103 Nurol \u2013 Makyol, ar trebui s\u0103 se lege de podul peste r\u00e2ul Buz\u0103u. De\u0219i lucr\u0103rile progreseaz\u0103, finalizarea complet\u0103 este estimat\u0103 pentru noiembrie 2025. Se ia \u00een calcul desc\u0103rc\u0103ri provizorii \u00een DN2\/E85 pentru a permite utilizarea podului de la Vadu Pa\u0219ii \u00eenainte de finalizarea \u00eentregului lot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-contesta\u021bii-\u0219i-blocaje-politice\"><strong>Contesta\u021bii \u0219i blocaje politice<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Semnarea contractului pentru lotul Pietroasele \u2013 Buz\u0103u a fost am\u00e2nat\u0103 din cauza contesta\u021biilor depuse de firme cu leg\u0103turi politice. Danlin XXL din jude\u021bul Neam\u021b, o firm\u0103 implicat\u0103 \u00een construc\u021bia podului de la Lu\u021bca, pr\u0103bu\u0219it \u00een 2022, a fost una dintre acestea. Fostul pre\u0219edinte al CJ Neam\u021b, Ionel Arsene (PSD), condamnat pentru corup\u021bie, a fugit din \u021bar\u0103.
