class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Planul propune o ierarhizare a tipurilor de interven\u021bii care pot fi aplicate pentru a crea spa\u021biu dedicat infrastructurii velo:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reorganizarea parc\u0103rilor laterale: de exemplu, trecerea de la parc\u0103ri la 45\u00b0 sau 90\u00b0 la unele paralele cu bordura;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eliminarea unor aliniamente de parc\u0103ri: desfiin\u021barea total\u0103 a unor locuri de parcare;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reducerea l\u0103\u021bimii benzilor auto: de la 3,5 m, benzile ar putea ajunge la 3,0 m sau mai pu\u021bin, acolo unde traficul permite, \u00een paralel cu reducerea vitezei maxime la 30 km\/h. Aceast\u0103 m\u0103sur\u0103 ar putea for\u021ba \u0219oferii s\u0103 circule cu vitez\u0103 mai redus\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eliminarea unei benzi auto \u00een special pe arterele cu mai multe benzi pe sens;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Restructurarea unor zone verzi acolo unde alte solu\u021bii nu sunt posibile;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reducerea l\u0103\u021bimii trotuarelor unde alte solu\u021bii nu sunt posibile;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un principiu de baz\u0103 al Masterplanului este c\u0103 pista de biciclete trebuie tratat\u0103 ca infrastructur\u0103 de transport, nu doar de agrement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De aceea, traseele trebuie s\u0103 fie continue, directe, s\u0103 evite oscila\u021bia de pe o parte pe alta a drumului \u0219i s\u0103 p\u0103streze acela\u0219i profil pe toat\u0103 lungimea lor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acestea vor fi g\u00e2ndite pentru a oferi o alternativ\u0103 real\u0103 \u0219i eficient\u0103 de mobilitate urban\u0103, conform Masterplanului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cum-vor-arata-pistele\"><strong>Cum vor ar\u0103ta pistele<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Noul model propune separarea clar\u0103 a pistelor de fluxurile pietonale \u0219i auto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pistele vor avea spa\u021bii de siguran\u021b\u0103 de 0,25 m pentru cele unidirec\u021bionale \u0219i de 0,5 m pentru cele bidirec\u021bionale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default vizibilitate \u0219i prevenirea accidentelor. \u00cen intersec\u021bii \u0219i pe trasee se vor aplica marcaje specifice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Din punct de vedere tehnic, suprafa\u021ba pistelor va fi realizat\u0103 din asfalt sau beton, nu din dale sau pavele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De asemenea, se vor amenaja pante pentru scurgerea apelor \u0219i sisteme de drenaj, unde este cazul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pistele vor fi iluminate \u0219i amenajate peisagistic pentru a fi atractive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
