Sunt l\u0103\u021bimile minime propuse, pentru situa\u021biile c\u00e2nd nu exist\u0103 spa\u021biu \u0219i se dore\u0219te neap\u0103rat o band\u0103 circulabil\u0103\u201d<\/em>, a ad\u0103ugat coordonatorul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coordonatorul Masterplanului Velo a men\u021bionat c\u0103, dincolo de pistele dedicate, Masterplanul permite \u0219i alte tipuri de amenaj\u0103ri pentru bicicli\u0219ti, precum \u201eshared space\u201d, str\u0103zi cu marcaj specific sau zone cu vitez\u0103 redus\u0103 pentru traficul auto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zonele shared space<\/strong> sunt zone unde bicicli\u0219tii vor \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bi carosabilul cu \u0219oferii. Ma\u0219inile vor circula \u00eentr-un singur sens, iar bicicli\u0219tii \u00een ambele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201e1,5 metri pentru re\u021beaua principal\u0103 este minimul, \u0219i la 1,5 metri ai cel pu\u021bin 0,5 metri spa\u021biu de protec\u021bie. Deci sunt super sigure l\u0103\u021bimile propuse\u201d<\/em>, a mai spus Andronic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Declara\u021biile vin \u00een contextul \u00een care societatea civil\u0103, printre care Asocia\u021bia Pro Infrastructur\u0103, a criticat faptul c\u0103 Masterplanul Velo a fost declarat \u201egata\u201d, de c\u0103tre primarul Bujduveanu f\u0103r\u0103 modific\u0103rile cerute de ei privind l\u0103\u021bimile pistelor.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Asocia\u021bia a catalogat l\u0103\u021bimile minime propuse de un metru pe pistele secundare \u0219i 1,5 metri pe pistele principale drept aberante \u0219i nesigure, dup\u0103 cum a mai scris Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/masterplanul-velo-va-intra-la-votul-consiliului-general-fara-modificarile-cerute-de-societatea-civila\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>AICI<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De asemenea, \u0219i primarul interimar Bujduveanu a declarat, \u00een dezbaterea public\u0103 de luni, 7 iulie, c\u0103 pistele \u201esunt foarte late\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CITE\u0218TE \u0218I: <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/masterplanul-velo-este-gata-si-va-merge-la-aprobarea-consiliului-general-ce-contine-documentul-pentru-transportul-pe-bicicleta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Masterplanul Velo este gata \u015fi va merge la aprobarea Consiliului General. Ce con\u0163ine documentul pentru transportul pe biciclet\u0103<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-doar-pistele-secundare-vor-costa-peste-60-de-milioane-de-euro\"><strong>Doar pistele secundare vor costa peste 60 de milioane de euro<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Masterplanul Velo propune realizarea unei re\u021bele extinse de infrastructur\u0103 pentru biciclete, cu un orizont de implementare p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 2035.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen total, sunt prev\u0103zu\u021bi 565 de kilometri de piste, \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bi\u021bi \u00eentre aproximativ 150 de kilometri de trasee principale \u0219i 415 kilometri de trasee secundare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Costurile estimate pentru realizarea re\u021belei principale sunt de aproximativ <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">63 de milioane de euro<\/mark><\/strong>, dup\u0103 cum a declarat Radu Andronic la dezbaterea public\u0103 din 7 iulie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Re\u021beaua principal\u0103 este destinat\u0103 s\u0103 asigure conexiuni \u00eentre cel pu\u021bin dou\u0103 sectoare ale Capitalei \u0219i vor fi fluxurile majore de bicicli\u0219ti. Este conceput\u0103 cu o capacitate ridicat\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceasta ar urma s\u0103 fie separat\u0103 fizic at\u00e2t de traficul rutier, c\u00e2t \u0219i de cel pietonal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e2ndul s\u0103u, re\u021beaua secundar\u0103 vizeaz\u0103 conexiuni la nivel local, \u00eentre cartiere \u0219i \u00een interiorul sectoarelor, \u0219i completeaz\u0103 traseele principale printr-o acoperire mai detaliat\u0103 a ora\u0219ului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proiectul Masterplanului Velo poate fi desc\u0103rcat de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www3.pmb.ro\/institutii\/cgmb\/dezb_publica\/proiecte\/1679\">AICI<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CITE\u015eTE \u015eI:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/masterplanul-velo-bucuresti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MasterPlanul Velo Bucure\u0219ti, plusuri \u0219i minusuri. V\u00e2j\u00e2ie ma\u0219inile pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 tine\u201d<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-masterplanul-velo-parte-din-pmud\"><strong>Masterplanul Velo, parte din PMUD<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Coordonatorul Masterplanului Velo a mai explicat, \u00een cadrul dezbaterii publice pe marginea proiectului de hot\u0103r\u00e2re privind aprobarea documentului, ce s-a desf\u0103\u0219urat luni, 7 iulie, c\u0103 nu propune solu\u021bii tehnice punctuale pentru implementare, ci stabile\u0219te priorit\u0103\u021bi strategice \u0219i trasee majore. Detaliile de execu\u021bie vor fi stabilite prin studii de fezabilitate \u0219i proiecte tehnice, de c\u0103tre cele 7 prim\u0103rii ale Capitalei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>De altfel, realizarea re\u021belei secundare nu este condi\u021bionat\u0103 de finalizarea celei principale.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Primarul interimar a subliniat c\u0103 Masterplanul a fost elaborat ca parte complementar\u0103 la Planul de Mobilitate Urban\u0103 Durabil\u0103 (PMUD), despre care Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti a mai scris <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/asociatia-metrou-usor-acuza-ca-noul-pmud-a-fost-reciclat-sunt-capitole-si-tabele-intregi-din-documentatii-precedente-ce-nu-mai-sunt-de-actualitate\/\"><strong>AICI <\/strong><\/a>\u0219i vizeaz\u0103 integrarea infrastructurii velo \u00een dezvoltarea urban\u0103 a ora\u0219ului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Re\u021beaua propus\u0103 ar trebui s\u0103 lege zonele reziden\u021biale de punctele de interes economic, educa\u021bional \u0219i social: locuri de munc\u0103, institu\u021bii publice, \u0219coli \u0219i centre comerciale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CITE\u015eTE \u015eI:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/asociatia-pro-infrastructura-despre-masterplanul-velo-al-bucurestiului-solicitam-ca-latimea-minima-a-pistei-sa-fie-18-metri-pe-sens\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Asocia\u0163ia Pro Infrastructur\u0103, despre Masterplanul Velo al Bucure\u015ftiului: Solicit\u0103m ca l\u0103\u0163imea minim\u0103 a pistei s\u0103 fie 1,8 metri pe sens<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ce-se-va-intampla-cu-pistele-neconforme-care-exista-\u0219i-cu-canalele\"><strong>Ce se va \u00eent\u00e2mpla cu pistele neconforme care exist\u0103 \u0219i cu canalele<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reprezentan\u021bii societ\u0103\u021bii civile, precum cei ai Asocia\u021biei \u201eHai cu Bicla\u201d, au solicitat \u00een timpul dezbaterii ca standardele stabilite \u00een acest masterplan s\u0103 fie aplicate riguros \u00een toate etapele de implementare.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De asemenea, au cerut ca ONG-urile s\u0103 fie implicate direct \u00een procesul de implementare al Masterplanului \u0219i ca orice proiect viitor de infrastructur\u0103 s\u0103 includ\u0103 \u00een mod obligatoriu o component\u0103 velo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te finan\u021barea, C\u0103t\u0103lin Aflat, director \u00een cadrul Direc\u021biei Investi\u021bii a PMB, a declarat c\u0103 vor fi alocate fonduri \u00een bugetul municipal pentru lansarea studiilor de fezabilitate \u0219i demararea unor tronsoane din re\u021beaua principal\u0103, \u00een func\u021bie de sursele de finan\u021bare disponibile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Printre propunerile discutate se num\u0103r\u0103 \u0219i adaptarea elementelor stradale pentru a integra infrastructura velo, inclusiv mutarea canalelor de colectare a apei pluviale \u00een zona bordurilor, o solu\u021bie preluat\u0103 din modele americane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Totodat\u0103, reprezentan\u021bii tehnici au subliniat c\u0103 legea actual\u0103 din Rom\u00e2nia nu permite utilizarea benzilor de transport public \u0219i de c\u0103tre bicicli\u0219ti, a\u0219a cum se practic\u0103 \u00een alte ora\u0219e europene, precum Edinburgh.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unul dintre exemplele punctuale din discu\u021bia din timpul dezbaterii a fost pista de biciclete neomologat\u0103 de pe Bulevardul Liviu Rebreanu din Sectorul 3, amplasat\u0103 pe trotuar \u0219i aflat\u0103 \u00een conflict cu fluxul pietonal. \u00cen ciuda acestei probleme, traseul este inclus \u00een continuare \u00een Masterplan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coordonatorul Radu Andronic a precizat c\u0103 se va c\u0103uta o solu\u021bie care s\u0103 respecte at\u00e2t documentul strategic, c\u00e2t \u0219i normele de siguran\u021b\u0103, \u0219i c\u0103 inten\u021bia este ca pista s\u0103 nu r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 pe trotuar, \u00eentruc\u00e2t spa\u021biul pietonal nu trebuie \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bit cu bicicli\u0219tii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CITE\u0218TE \u0218I: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/consiliul-general-nu-vrea-protejarea-padurii-baneasa-acuza-asociatia-parcul-natural-vacaresti-miza-accesul-in-greenfield\/\"><strong>Consiliul General nu vrea protejarea p\u0103durii B\u0103neasa, acuz\u0103 Asocia\u021bia Parcul Natural V\u0103c\u0103re\u0219ti.
