Consiliul Jude\u021bean Ilfov \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 atrag\u0103 fonduri europene pentru a construi un \u201ehub regional de servicii sociale\u201d \u00een Voluntari. Valoarea total\u0103 a investi\u021biei se ridic\u0103 la peste opt milioane euro.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proiectul presupune \u00eenfiin\u021barea unui centru de zi pentru copiii cu tulbur\u0103ri de comportament \u0219i a dou\u0103 centre respiro pentru persoanele cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi, dintre care unul pentru cei mici \u0219i unul dedicat adul\u021bilor.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hub de servicii sociale \u00een Voluntari<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Hubul de servicii sociale ar urma s\u0103 fie construit pe Bulevardul Voluntari, \u00een apropierea sediului DGASPC Ilfov. Acesta presupune \u00eenfiin\u021barea concomitent\u0103 a trei centre specializate de tip zi \u0219i reziden\u021bial.<\/strong> Durata lucr\u0103rilor este estimat\u0103 la patru ani \u0219i dou\u0103 luni.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Centrul pentru copiii cu tulbur\u0103ri de comportament ar urma s\u0103 ofere interven\u021bie psihologic\u0103 \u0219i psihoeduca\u021bional\u0103, activit\u0103\u021bi de grup, consiliere parental\u0103 \u0219i sprijin pentru reintegrarea educa\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i social\u0103, pentru cel pu\u0163in 100 beneficiari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Suprafa\u0163a propus\u0103 pentru viitorul centru este de 425 metri p\u0103tra\u0163i, iar costurile se ridic\u0103 la peste 9 milioane lei. Proiectul ar urma s\u0103 fie implementat \u00een 50 luni, \u00een parteneriat cu Asocia\u021bia Help Autism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al doilea proiect propus vizeaz\u0103 construirea unui centru respiro pentru copiii cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi din jude\u021b, care s\u0103 includ\u0103 \u015fi o component\u0103 reziden\u0163ial\u0103 temporar\u0103 sau de urgen\u0163\u0103, precum \u015fi sprijin la domiciliu. Acesta ar urma s\u0103 deserveasc\u0103 un num\u0103r de aproximativ 140 copii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proiectul ar urma s\u0103 fie implementat \u00een patru ani, \u00een urma unei investi\u0163ii de aproape 16 milioane de lei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scopul investi\u0163iei este de a oferi interven\u021bie terapeutic\u0103, \u00eengrijire specializat\u0103, activit\u0103\u021bi educa\u021bionale \u0219i integrare comunitar\u0103, precum \u0219i sprijin direct pentru p\u0103rin\u021bii sau \u00eengrijitorii copiilor cu dizabilit\u0103\u0163i, \u00een contextul \u00een care \u00een jude\u0163 nu exist\u0103 un astfel de serviciu specializat, transmite CJ Ilfov<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cel de-al treilea centru ar urma s\u0103 fie dedicat adul\u021bilor cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi \u0219i ar trebui s\u0103 includ\u0103 facilit\u0103\u021bi pentru g\u0103zduire temporar\u0103, terapii specializate, programe de abilitare \u0219i autonomie personal\u0103, precum \u0219i interven\u021bie la domiciliu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proiectul vine \u00een contextul \u00een care rata de institu\u021bionalizare este de doar 2% \u00een Ilfov, de\u0219i \u00een jude\u0163 sunt \u00eenregistra\u0163i peste 16.700 de adul\u0163i cu dizabilit\u0103\u0163i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u0218i \u00een acest caz, durata de implementare este estimat\u0103 la patru ani, iar costurile se ridic\u0103 la 16,3 milioane de lei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201eAzilele Groazei\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Rata mic\u0103 de institu\u021bionalizare din Jude\u021bul Ilfov ar putea fi explicat\u0103 \u0219i prin ne\u00eencrederea cet\u0103\u021benilor \u00een institu\u021biile statului. \u00cenc\u0103 este proasp\u0103t \u00een mentalul colectiv cazul \u201eAzilele Groazei\u201d, care a dezv\u0103luit suferin\u021bele inimaginabile la care erau supuse sute de persoane vulnerabile, duc\u00e2nd astfel la demisia a doi mini\u015ftri \u015fi la o anchet\u0103 penal\u0103 extins\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La finalul lunii mai 2024, fostul \u015fofer al Gabrielei Firea, \u015etefan Godei, fratele acestuia, Daniel Godei \u015fi alte 26 de persoane au fost trimi\u015fi \u00een judecat\u0103 de procurorii care au instrumentat dosarul Azilele Groazei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u015etefan Godei, care era administrator al unui astfel de azil \u015fi fratele s\u0103u Daniel, administrator al unui centru, sunt cei care deschid lunga list\u0103 de inculpa\u0163i. Pe ea sunt \u015fi so\u0163ii Dumitra \u2013 Cristina Dumitra, cea care administra afacerea azilelor \u015fi so\u0163ul s\u0103u, fost poli\u0163ist la Inspectoratul Jude\u0163ean de Poli\u021bie Ilfov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Totodat\u0103, este vorba de responsabili din r\u00e2ndul autorit\u0103\u0163ilor care vor trebui s\u0103 r\u0103spund\u0103 \u00een fa\u0163a \u00eentreb\u0103rilor judec\u0103torilor. Printre ace\u015ftia, este \u015fi Andrei \u0162icu, fost \u015fef \u00een cadrul Direc\u0163iei de Asisten\u0163\u0103 Social\u0103 Ilfov. Lista continu\u0103 cu fo\u015fti angaja\u0163i ai azilelor, care au participat la maltratarea b\u0103tr\u00e2nilor, conform anchetei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
