Acum, \u0219oferii pot parcurge cei 51 kilometri de autostrad\u0103, de la A1 la A2, \u00een aproximativ 30 minute. \u00cen acela\u0219i timp, centura feroviar\u0103 a Capitalei a r\u0103mas la stadiul de proiectare, dup\u0103 aproape 20 ani de promisiuni ne\u00eendeplinite, arat\u0103 o analiz\u0103<a href=\"https:\/\/clubferoviar.ro\/autostrada-a0-sud-inelul-feroviar-al-bucurestiului\/\"> Club Feroviar<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CITE\u0218TE \u0218I:<\/strong> <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/a0-sud-cum-arata-si-cat-dureaza-drumul-de-la-a1-ciorogarla-la-a2-caldararu\/\">A0 Sud | Cum arat\u0103 \u0219i c\u00e2t dureaz\u0103 drumul de la A1 Ciorog\u00e2rla la A2 C\u0103ld\u0103raru<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-centura-feroviara-din-balarii-trenuri-suspendate-de-directorul-cfr\">Centura feroviar\u0103 \u201edin b\u0103l\u0103rii\u201d. Trenuri \u201esuspendate\u201d de directorul CFR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Doar 32 kilometri din cei 133 km de cale ferat\u0103 din jurul Bucure\u0219tiului sunt func\u021bionali. La momentul actual, trenuri de c\u0103l\u0103tori circul\u0103 doar \u00eentre Gara de Nord \u0219i Gara Progresul, pe o distan\u021b\u0103 parcurs\u0103 \u00eentre 50 \u0219i 57 de minute.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trenurile au fost introduse pe 1 iunie 2024, odat\u0103 cu reluarea circula\u021biei pe ruta direct\u0103 Bucure\u0219ti-Giurgiu, \u00een urma finaliz\u0103rii de c\u0103tre Porr Construct a lucr\u0103rilor \u00eentre Vidra \u0219i Comana, scriu <a href=\"https:\/\/clubferoviar.ro\/autostrada-a0-sud-inelul-feroviar-al-bucurestiului\/\">jurnali\u0219tii Club Feroviar<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La momentul respectiv, erau \u0219apte perechi de trenuri pe zi, toate operate de CFR C\u0103l\u0103tori pe traseul Bucure\u0219ti Nord-Bucure\u0219ti Progresu-Giurgiu Ora\u0219. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Totu\u0219i, la \u00eenceputul acestui an, directorul general al CFR C\u0103l\u0103tori, Traian Preoteasa a decis s\u0103 elimine trei perechi de trenuri, r\u0103m\u00e2n\u00e2nd doar patru pe zi. Acesta sus\u0163ine c\u0103 trenurile nu au fost \u201eanulate\u201d, ci doar \u201esuspendate\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De\u0219i operatorii priva\u021bi \u0219i-au dorit s\u0103 intre pe acest traseu, \u00eenc\u0103 de la lansare, ruta este \u00een Contractul de Servicii Publice al operatorului na\u021bional. A\u015fadar, companiile private pot cere trasee de circula\u021bie pe aici, \u00eens\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 compensa\u021bie de la bugetul statului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-proiect-vechi-de-aproape-doua-decenii\">Un proiect vechi de aproape dou\u0103 decenii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Introducerea trenurilor de c\u0103l\u0103tori pe cei 32 kilometri dintre Gara de Nord \u0219i Gara Progresul a fost singurul pas concret f\u0103cut pentru c\u0103l\u0103tori, cu toate c\u0103 planuri \u0219i promisiuni pentru centura feroviar\u0103 a Capitalei exist\u0103 de aproape dou\u0103 decenii.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proiectul fost prezentat pentru prima dat\u0103 de Ludovic Orban, pe vremea c\u00e2nd ocupa postul de ministru al Transporturilor (7 aprilie 2007 \u2013 29 decembrie 2008). Mai mult, acesta a \u0219i plimbat reprezentan\u021bi ai presei ,cu un automotor Siemens Desiro, pe tronsonul Gara de Nord-Gara Progresul, se arat\u0103 \u00een <a href=\"https:\/\/clubferoviar.ro\/autostrada-a0-sud-inelul-feroviar-al-bucurestiului\/\">analiza Club Feroviar<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anii au trecut, au urmat alte promisiuni de introducere a trenurilor metropolitane, inclusiv din partea <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/exclusiv-cum-va-arata-statia-pipera-unde-va-opri-din-2023-trenul-metropolitan-anuntat-de-nicusor-dan\/\">fostului primar general Nicu\u0219or Dan<\/a> &#8211; actual pre\u0219edinte al Rom\u00e2niei, \u00eens\u0103 proiectul pentru centura feroviar\u0103 a Capitalei a r\u0103mas doar pe h\u00e2rtie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen 2022, Compania Na\u021bional\u0103 de C\u0103i Ferate CFR SA a semnat un contract de 20,7 milioane lei (f\u0103r\u0103 TVA) pentru modernizarea \u00eentregului Complex Feroviar Bucure\u0219ti.
